Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee empowerment and work environment on job satisfaction, and to test employee loyalty as a mediating variable in the relationship in MSMEs in Madura. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire to measure the number of responses or respondents using primary data. The results of the study indicate that employee empowerment and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Employees who are satisfied with empowerment and the work environment tend to have higher loyalty to the organization. This study provides an important contribution for MSME managers in Madura in understanding the importance of empowerment and a conducive work environment to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

Airport management always poses challenges in its administration. In addition to requiring high-security standards, airport management must provide well-standardized services. This research was conducted to understand how a well-planned airport management development aligns with existing standards. In this study, the author tested the hypothesis regarding the importance of commanding/charismatic leadership in ensuring the implementation of an airport management system that meets service standards. The research was conducted at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport in Sulawesi, and the results showed a strong correlation between commanding/charismatic leadership and the improvement of quality at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the survival strategies of keris craftsmen in Aeng Tong-Tong Village, Saronggi District, Sumenep Regency. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological method. The selected informants are the keris craftsman coordinator and the owner of the keris craft industry. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation in the keris craft industry in Aeng Tong-Tong Village. In this study, data validity testing was used through source triangulation which was then analyzed and conclusions were drawn. The results of the study indicate that the survival strategy of keris craftsmen in Aeng Tong-Tong Village utilizes assets or capital, including human capital, natural capital, financial capital, physical capital and social capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify what problems are causing the decline in employee productivity and what can be done to improve employee productivity, as well as to clarify problems related to improving employee productivity and QSPM analysis of improvement strategies. Employee productivity of PT Bumida Medan. PT Bumida Medan is an insurance company that offers various types of insurance products. After observation and discussion with the management of PT Bumida Medan, it was found that among the various problems faced by the staff were many staff who were not disciplined regarding permission to participate. Many employees came late to the office to ask for permission. In addition, the insurance sales plan was not achieved. The insurance sales target also slumped due to higher costs and lower employee productivity. Based on these problems, it can be concluded that the main problem faced by PT Bumida Medan is low employee productivity. To overcome all these problems, the company needs to improve or increase the productivity of its employees. Therefore, this study uses the SWOT approach to determine strategies to improve employee productivity at PT Bumida Medan and among the many alternative strategies to improve employee productivity, the author uses the QSPM technique to evaluate the optimal strategy to be chosen. The results of this study are based on the results of the IFE matrix, indicating that the evaluation of optimal strategies must go through the WT strategy, namely a lack of career ladder, clarifying ranks, manual work methods, maintaining marketing graphics. In addition, the WT strategy in square V explains that companies can use market penetration strategies, as well as HR and product development through clear career ladder training, job promotions, work methods according to needs, modern marketing penetration to increase product sales. The suggestions in this study are expected that PT Bumida Medan can develop a performance improvement plan in order to perform better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of financial knowledge and digital payment on financial management behavior with consumptive behavior as a moderating variable for students of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The type of research is associative quantitative. The data used is primary data. In collecting data, this study used the questionnaire distribution method. In this study using 391 respondents. To analyze the data results, researchers used smartPLS 4.0 software tools This study proves that financial knowledge and digital payment have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior and consumptive behavior cannot moderate the variables of financial knowledge and digital payment on financial management behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of female leadership, work facilities, and emotional intelligence on employee performance atPT. Yanaprima Hastapersada Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling using probability sampling techniques, with the accidental sampling method. Accidental sampling with a total of 85 respondents from employees atPT. Yanaprima Hastapersada Tbk. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study using SPSS 25 software program (statistical program for the social sciences). The results of the study showed that through partial tests obtained (1) the role of female leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. (2) work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance. (3) emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (f test) shows that female leadership, work facilities, and emotional intelligence have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether human relations and work environment work environment affect the work ethic of employees at PT Malea Energy Tana Toraja Regency. Data collection techniques in this research is by observation and distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. Partial test results show that (t test) human relation variable and work environment work environment affect the work ethic of employees at PT Malea Energy Tana Toraja Regency. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing (F test) test results show that human relation variables and work environment affect the work ethic of employees at PT. Abstract

Knowledge sharing behavior is influenced by two main factors, namely macro factors originating from the organization, such as organizational culture, leadership, reward and incentive systems, as well as technological aspects such as information systems. The second factor is micro factors originating from the individual, including personality, knowledge, self-efficacy, and trust. Trust is a crucial element in knowledge sharing behavior, as revealed by several studies that the higher the level of trust between management and colleagues, the greater the tendency to share knowledge. The main focus of this research is on individual factors, because they are considered a key element in the success of knowledge management. Knowledge in organizations is created through interactions between employees at various levels, so the individual aspect becomes very important. This research involved 200 permanent employees with more than one year of service, using a non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. This sample size is in accordance with the criteria for structural equation modeling (SEM) with the optimal Maximum Likelihood method for detecting significant differences. The results indicate that organizations need to pay special attention to developing individual factors, especially trust and self-efficacy, to improve knowledge sharing behavior.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the company's most valuable assets. The balance of human resources should not be taken lightly, because this is the first step in human resource planning to create quality human resources. This research aims to determine the effect of person job fit compensation and work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Dian Mega Kurnia. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this research is all employees at PT. Dian Mega Kurnia, totaling 120 employees. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Dian Mega Kurnia, researchers know that there is a positive and significant influence of the compensation variable (X1) Person job fit (X2) and work environment (X3) on the job satisfaction variable (Y).

Abstract

Desa Klampar, Kecamatan Proppo, Kabupaten Pamekasan, dikenal sebagai sentra pengrajin batik di Pulau Madura. Tantangan globalisasi dan persaingan pasar mengharuskan pengrajin batik untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan inovasi agar tetap kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap produktivitas dan kreativitas pengrajin batik di Desa Klampar. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 27 pengrajin batik yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dalam satu tahun terakhir, dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel pengembangan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas (Y), sementara pelatihan (X1) dan produktivitas (X3) tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kreativitas pengrajin batik. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa model regresi memenuhi syarat validitas, dengan data yang berdistribusi normal, tidak terdapat multikolinearitas, serta varians residual yang homogen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pelatihan dan pengembangan yang tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi juga mendorong kreativitas dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan untuk industri batik di Desa Klampar.
