Abstract

Ngemplak District is a center for tilapia fish seed production. There are a number of obstacles experienced, namely increasingly tight competition in the seed production business, lack of concentration of human resources in seed production, and seed quality that is not in line with market demand. Based on this problem, the objectives of the study are: to understand the entrepreneurial characteristics of tilapia fish seed producers, to understand the level of entrepreneurial competence possessed by tilapia fish seed producers, to understand the level of entrepreneurial orientation of tilapia fish seed producers, and to understand the influence of characteristics, competence and entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial performance of tilapia fish seed producers in Ngemplak District. Data processing uses frequency distribution tabulation and arithmetic mean from the Likert scale and regression analysis. The study was conducted on fifty-one seed producers in the Mina Ngremboko Group and Siwar Putih. The results of the study prove: the entrepreneurial characteristics of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District are very high, the entrepreneurial competence of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District is high, the entrepreneurial orientation of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District is high, the characteristics, competence and entrepreneurial orientation significantly influence the entrepreneurship of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District. The results of the study have the potential to improve the economy by maximizing the entrepreneurial performance of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to understand: 1) The importance of supply chain management for companies; 2) What is the role of supply chain management in improving the operational efficiency of companies? This article uses qualitative research that uses literature review as its data collection method. Research has shown that the importance of supply chain management for companies is to ensure that products and services are optimally distributed to customers and to ensure that products are delivered when customers want them, reducing costs and increasing the company's profits in the supply chain. Optimizing time, space, and the amount of resources. All this so that companies can compete in an increasingly global business. The role of supply chain management in improving the company's operational performance is as follows: 1) Helping to identify potential problems that may arise. 2) Optimizing costs; 3) Efficiency and reduction of operational costs; 4) Improving the supply chain process through spatial awareness.

Abstract

Nurse compliance plays an important role in supporting patient safety with an attitude of having to respond quickly and act. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data using statistics, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis in the form of a questionnaire. The research sample used was all inpatient nurses at RSIA Dedari Kupang totaling 40 people. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in the form of a list of statements arranged based on indicators from each variable tested including nurse compliance, nurse attitudes, nurse knowledge, nurse motivation, nurse age, nurse work experience, and nurse Early Warning Score training. With a research period from August 2023 to January 2024. The research tool uses the SPSS application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and find empirical evidence regarding the Influence of Green Accounting, Corporate Emission Disclosure and Corporate Environmental Performance on Financial Performance with Corporate Governance as a Moderator. This study uses secondary data with data collection techniques using financial and annual reports of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 96 from 32 companies. Data testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that Green accounting has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Carbon emission disclosure has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Corporate environmental performance does not have a significant effect on financial performance. Corporate governance weakens the effect of green accounting on financial performance, Corporate governance strengthens the effect of carbon emission disclosure on financial performance. Corporate governance is unable to moderate the effect of corporate environmental performance on financial performance, Corporate Governance of the company is unable to moderate the effect of Corporate environmental on financial performance.

Abstract

The government is trying to maximize budget revenue to increase National Development sustainably..Tax is the largest source of income for the country. However, from an economic perspective, for companies, tax is a burden that can reduce the company's income or profit. This study aims to analyze tax planning using the net method and tax planning using the gross up method. PT Aqiilah Duta Balisfa uses the net method as a measuring tool in paying income tax article 21. The results of the analysis show that tax planning for income tax article 21 using the gross up method is the most appropriate for companies to make corporate income tax efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Organizational culture (X1), Transformational leadership (X2),0and work motivation0(X3)0is an independent variable0(X) and performance0employee0as a dependent variable0(Y).0population of the study0this is0employees of UD. Jawa Madura in Sidoarjo totaling 67 people. This study was taken using quantitative methods, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Primary data sources in the form of online questionnaires distributed to respondents. This data analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 determinant coefficient. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture does not affect employee performance, transformational leadership does not affect employee performance, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at UD. Jawa Madura.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of entrepreneurship education on students' entrepreneurial interest at SMKN 3 Bengkalis. High unemployment rates in Indonesia are partly due to a lack of job opportunities for high school graduates and a low entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship education is crucial in shaping students' creativity, independence, and willingness to take risks in starting a business. Using a quantitative descriptive method, the study involved 100 students selected through random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using the product moment correlation. The findings reveal a significant correlation (r=0.613) between entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial interest, suggesting that exposure to entrepreneurship education increases students' motivation and interest in entrepreneurship. The study recommends enhancing entrepreneurship programs in schools to better prepare students for the business world, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset that contributes to economic development.

Abstract

The printing industry plays an important role in the economy, covering publishing, graphic design, and advertising, as well as printing various products such as books, magazines, brochures, and promotional materials. However, challenges from technological developments and economic pressures have caused printing companies to face financial management problems. This study aims to examine the impact of financial attitudes and financial management actions on printing business performance, with fintech as a moderating variable. Financial attitudes refer to the views of business owners on financial management, while management actions include financial management behaviors and practices in the business. Business performance is measured through profitability, operational efficiency, and growth, and fintech can strengthen or weaken the relationship between the two.

Abstract

This study explores the role of motivation in human resource management (HRM) and its impact on employee loyalty. Human resources are a crucial element in managing and utilizing other resources effectively. Motivation greatly influences employee performance and loyalty. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review to examine how motivation is implemented and its effects on loyalty. Effective motivation can increase employee loyalty through a supportive work environment and strong leadership, although challenges such as the gap between theory and practice and less supportive leadership can hinder its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology, digital financial literacy, and internal control systems on employee performance at the Sleman Regency DPRD Secretariat office. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, using a sample of 121 employees and the data was obtained through a questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is then processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that information technology, digital financial literacy, and internal control systemshas an influence on employee performance with a total of 53.2% and the remaining 46.8% is caused by other factors that were not studied.
