Abstract

The rapid development of today’s era means that every person, organization or company must also have ideas and creativity to continue to keep the company or business attractive and left behind. Therefore, this research aims to find out how to apply the UTAUT2 model to the use of E-commerce features in the BSI mobile banking application. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis research methods which aim to test theories, build facts, show relationships between variables, provide statistical descriptions, estimate and predict results. The data in this research uses secondary data, namely data from questionnaire results. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive, starting with the t test, then continuing with the F test. The results of this research are that performance expectations, business expectations, habits, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, interest in use have a significant effect on e-commerce features. The value of Fcount > Ttable (295.705 > 1.98), as well as the significance value (0.000 < 0.05). In the research that has been conducted, it Is proven that the variables of facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and price value influence the intention to use e-commerce features, and the variables of habit and intention to use influence the behavior of using e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Halal Marketing, Exposure, Brand Image, and Word of Mouth (WOM) on consumer intention to purchase halal cosmetics in Indonesia, with Halal Awareness and Attitude as mediating variables. Data were collected through an online survey with 352 respondents from the millennial and Gen Z generations in Indonesia. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 program. The results showed that Halal Marketing and Exposure had a significant effect on Halal Awareness, which affected the intention to purchase halal cosmetics. Brand Image also had a significant effect on Attitude, which increased consumer purchase intention. In addition, WOM significantly influenced consumer Attitude, emphasizing the importance of recommendations in forming positive attitudes towards halal cosmetics. These findings suggest that a positive brand image and effective halal marketing strategies can increase consumer awareness and positive attitudes towards halal products, which ultimately drives their purchase intention. Managerial implications emphasize the importance of building a strong brand image and utilizing effective marketing strategies with educational content to increase consumer purchase intention towards halal cosmetics.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher chose CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo as the object of the study with the aim of finding out Organizational Culture, Intrinsic Motivation, andKnowledge Sharingon Employee Performance at CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative research methods, with the type of data used being primary data (survey). The sampling technique used by researchers is the distribution of questionnaires where the population is 41 employees with direct data collection from respondents. The data collection technique in this study uses a Likert scale, a Likert scale is a tool used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of individuals or groups of people about social phenomena. Analysis techniquesdata testing using Smart Partial Square (PLS) software version 4.0. With the classical assumption test of validity and reliability, Outer Model and Inner Model. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance, Intrinsic Motivation influences Employee Performance, and Knowledge Sharing influences Employee Performance at CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and ensure the influence of job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and employee commitment on employee performance at PT. Natura Plastindo Pasuruan Regency. The methodology of this study is quantitative. The population of the study was employees of PT. Natura Plastindo Pasuruan Regency. All sampling approaches were used to obtain this data. The research sample consisted of fifty-four employees. Respondents were given a survey or questionnaire that was evaluated using a Likert scale to collect primary data for this study. Data were analyzed using statistical approaches and quantitative data analysis tools. Descriptive analysis, t-test, f-test, and multivariate linear regression in addition to hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS 25 software, were statistical test techniques used. The results of the partial test stated that each employee commitment, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The simultaneous results also stated that employee commitment, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction together had a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development, work experience, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk. Using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, this study involved 145 respondents selected through random sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that partially, human resource development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.305, where training programs are proven to increase employee productivity and adaptation. Work experience also has a significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.232, indicating that longer experience supports work efficiency and understanding. Work motivation is the dominant variable with a regression coefficient of 0.425, which confirms the importance of financial incentives and non-financial rewards in improving employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables explain 83.4% of the variation in employee performance, as indicated by the F value of 235.758. These findings confirm that human resource development, work experience, and work motivation are important elements in creating optimal performance, so companies need to focus on strategic management of these three factors to increase competitiveness.

Abstract

The property sector plays an important role in a country's economy and is an indicator of economic growth. The development of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN) in East Kalimantan is estimated to have a significant impact on the stock prices of the property companies involved. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the stock prices of the property sector before and after the announcement of the IKN project. The research method used is an event study with a quantitative approach, using data from property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the analysis show that liquidity and leverage have a significant effect on stock prices, while profitability does not have a significant effect. In addition, there was a change in investor investment strategies after the announcement of the IKN development, where leverage began to become a major consideration in assessing property sector stocks. This study provides insight for investors and stakeholders into the financial factors that influence stock prices in the context of large infrastructure projects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and measure how much influence the work environment, rewards and punishments have on work loyalty of J&T Express Jemundo Expedition Employees, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study is a quantitative study using an explanatory research approach. The population of the study includes all employees of the J&T Express Jemundo expedition company, with a total of 123 employees. The sampling process was carried out using probability sampling techniques. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation and distributing questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. This study uses the SPSS analysis method. Based on the results of data analysis carried out on the four hypotheses in this study, it can be concluded that the variables of the Work Environment, Rewards, and Punishment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee work loyalty.

Abstract

Mie Gacoan, a popular noodle restaurant in Indonesia, is known for its spicy noodles of various levels and innovative marketing strategies, attracting the attention of consumers, especially young people. This study analyzes the influence of Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) and information credibility on consumer purchase intention, with brand trust as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at Mie Gacoan, Malang City using a quantitative descriptive method. The sample consisted of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with primary data obtained through a Likert-based questionnaire and secondary data from the literature. Data analysis using PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 includes validity, reliability, and relationship tests between variables. The results of the study indicate that eWOM and information credibility have a significant effect on brand trust, which in turn increases consumer purchase intention. In addition, both variables also have a direct effect on purchase intention. Brand trust is proven to be a mediator that strengthens the relationship between eWOM and purchase intention, emphasizing the importance of brand trust in consumer decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the crucial role of management control systems on organizational performance, by adopting the levers of control framework developed by Simons (1994). The sample in this study consisted of employees who held supervisory positions in heavy equipment and truck companies operating in the North Kalimantan region. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to related companies, and succeeded in obtaining 57 respondents. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the PLS-SEM approach. The results of the analysis showed that enabling control has a direct effect on organizational performance, while constraining control has an indirect impact. In addition, management innovation has been shown to have a direct effect on organizational performance, and is a mediator in the relationship between constraining control and organizational performance.

Abstract

Banking institutions that provide sharia-based services in Indonesia still have a smaller number of customers compared to conventional banks, even though Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Therefore, this study aims to observe customer satisfaction with Islamic banking services and help managers evaluate their performance. This research was conducted using big data analysis from reviews given by the public regarding 3 Islamic banks in Surabaya through the Google Maps website, including: Bank Syariah Indonesia Surabaya Jemur Handayani, Bank Syariah Surabaya Branch Office Dharmawangsa, and Bank Syariah Surabaya Branch Office Darmo. By using the textual review method, it is hoped that this research can provide an overview of social perspectives regarding service quality and customer satisfaction with Islamic banks and provide input for managers so that they can advance the Islamic economy, especially in Indonesia.
