Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of threat assessment and coping ability on the co-creation behavior of female customers in using digital banking services, with FOMO as a moderating variable. This study uses a survey research design, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to female customers who use online banking from big cities in Indonesia. They are at least 17 years old, have used digital banking services for more than a year, and make transactions regularly. The results of the study indicate that threat assessment and coping ability have a positive effect on co-creation behavior. The ability to cope with risks also strengthens the involvement of female customers in joint protection. Meanwhile, FOMO is confirmed to moderate the relationship between threat assessment and co-creation behavior, but does not moderate the relationship between coping ability and the behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of threat perception, digital literacy, and banking technology innovation in creating a safer and more trusted digital banking ecosystem

Abstract

Klampar Village, Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency, is known as the center of batik craftsmen on Madura Island. The challenges of globalization and market competition require batik craftsmen to improve their skills and innovation in order to remain competitive. This study aims to analyze the effect of employee training and development on the productivity and creativity of batik craftsmen in Klampar Village. A quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method is used to measure the relationship between these variables. The research sample consisted of 27 batik craftsmen who had undergone training in the past year, selected using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5, and data analysis used multiple regression with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of the study showed that partially, the development variable (X2) had a significant effect on creativity (Y), while training (X1) and productivity (X3) did not have a significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables contributed significantly to increasing the creativity of batik craftsmen. The classical assumption test showed that the regression model met the validity requirements, with normally distributed data, no multicollinearity, and homogeneous residual variance. These findings emphasize the importance of training and development strategies that not only increase productivity but also encourage creativity in facing market dynamics. This study provides recommendations for stakeholders in designing sustainable human resource development programs for the batik industry in Klampar Village

Abstract

The issue of declining audit quality in Indonesia has now become a public concern. The number of cases involving public accountants in financial scandals can have a major impact on both the economy, public trust, and the reputation of the accounting profession. This study aims to analyze the moderating effect of work experience on the effect of professionalism, independence, and competence on audit quality. Data were collected through a survey involving 42 KAP auditors in the Greater Malang area. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the PLS-SEM method. The results showed that professionalism had no significant effect on audit quality with a p-value of 0.220, independence and competence had a positive and significant effect on audit quality with a p-value of 0.047 and 0.083, respectively. Work experience is able to moderate the effect of professionalism on audit quality with a p-value of 0.086, but is unable to moderate the effect of independence and competence on audit quality with a p-value of 0.950 and 0.417. This finding indicates that although work experience can increase the impact of professionalism on audit quality, independence and competence factors still require continuous development that does not only rely on experience.
