Abstract

This research focuses on problems related to the form of moral values teaching, and the elements of story building that are used to convey the moral values contained in the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandarini and Gina S. Noer. Data collection was carried out by means of reading and note-taking techniques, then data analysis was carried out by using qualitative descriptive method techniques. The research instrument used was the researcher himself and was assisted by a friend to research the novel so that the data obtained was more accurate. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding the moral values in the novel Dua Garis Biru by Lucia Priandari and Gina S. Noer, there are 10 aspects in it, namely Assertive, Forgiving, True to Promises, Living in Harmony, Deliberation, Caring for Others, Please Help, Pray to God, Respect Others, and Parental Love for Children. The moral values in the novel make various problems that exist to be resolved because of concern, help each other, and various problems that can be discussed and discussed will find ways to solve them.

Abstract

Challenges in this era of globalization require teachers and students to apply a curriculum that is in line with the times and scientific technology (IPTEK). Recently, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture changed the curriculum from the 2013 curriculum to the independent learning curriculum. To improve character education, the Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) has made the Pancasila Student Profile one of the Visions and Missions of the Ministry of Education and Culture as stipulated in Permendikbud Number 22 of 2020 concerning the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Culture for 2020-2024. qualitative descriptive with the object of research being Indonesian language books at the advanced level of class XI. The use of a descriptive descriptive approach in this case the research aims to provide a real and clear picture of the results of an in-depth analysis of the object of research. The research results show that. First, the advanced Indonesian language book: proficient in Indonesian language and literature for class XI high school in driving schools, the 2021 edition published by the Ministry of Education and Culture consists of 7 chapters, each chapter having implications for elements of the Pancasila student profile. Second,  knowing the level of cognitive aspects in practice questions include remembering, understanding or understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating.Keywords :Freedom to Learn, Pancasila Student Profiles, Textbooks.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing teaching materials for writing procedural texts based on project based learning with audio visual (video) media for SMP IT Huda Wan Nur Langsa. The Borg and Gall research and development method was used in this research. This research involves ten steps, starting from preliminary research to creating the final product. The research results include prototypes of teaching materials that have been created, which are then tested for validity and practicality. The research results show that (1) the results of the Material Expert Assessment of the Appropriateness of the Content of Teaching Materials with an average value of (3.4) are in the good category; (2) The feasibility aspect of teaching materials with an average value of (3.38) is in the good category; (3) The Material Expert Component aspect regarding Feasibility of Presentation with an average value of (3.36) is in the good category; and (4) Design Expert Assessment Component (3.4) in the good category. Referring to the validation that has been carried out, procedural text teaching materials using the PLBL model based on Audio Visual Media are feasible to be developed and implemented in learning in schools.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui (1) bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi; dan (2) jenis tindak tutur ilokusi dalam film pendek yang berjudul “Monokrom” yang terbit pada tahun 2021. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskripsi kualitatif dalam penelitian ini. Dialog para tokoh dalam film pendek “Monokrom” sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Film yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah film pendek “Monokrom” yang erat kaitannya dengan Perbedaan Budaya (Culture Shock) dan kebiasaan masyarakat yang ada di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan catat dalam penelitian ini sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian ini, Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalis atau sebagai pisau analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pragmatik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang ditemukan oleh peneliti, dapat disimpulkan menjadi dua. Pertama, bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi yang didapatkan dalam film pendek “Monokrom” yaitu deklaratif, imperatif, dan interogatif. Data kedua jenis tindak tutur ilokusi yang ditemukan ialah asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif.

Abstract

Language as a tool for interaction between humans in society has a social nature. Regional languages contain the wisdom of a society, there are cultural values contained in regional languages. Regional language is also a reflection of a community in a certain area. Film is the product of culture and means of artistic expression. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of regional languages. The method used in this research is experiment, pre test and post test. Data collection techniques were carried out by watching films and understanding the data obtained, then determining the score for each variable, calculating the average value and standard deviation of the sample data. the results of this study concluded that there was an increase in the use of regional languages by using the film media tarung sarong.

Abstract

This study uses an anthology of poetry by Sapardi Djoko Damono entitled Rain in June. This study will use the poetry anthology Rain in June as the object of research. The poetry anthology Rain in the Month of June consists of 102 titles of poems written between 1959-1994. Meanwhile, the poems that will be used as research objects only consist of three poems with the titles "June Rain", "I Want" and "In My Prayers". The selection of the three poems is based on the theme that is considered the same by the researcher, namely the theme of love. The researcher will use a qualitative research method, the method used in this qualitative research is a descriptive analysis method, that is, the research is not only limited to collecting data, but the research also analyzes and interprets the data. The focus of research in this case is how the inner and physical elements of the poem Rain in June by Saprdi Djoko Damono. The data collection techniques carried out by researchers are reading and understanding poetry. The researcher read and understood the poems "Rain in the Month of June", "I Want" and "In My Prayers" by Sapardi Djoko Damono, then understood the structure and transformation of the poems. Data analysis techniques in research use three main components: Data reduction is a selection process, focusing attention on simplification, abstraction and transformation of raw data that emerges from records in the research object of presenting data. The results and discussion found that the poems "June Rain, "I Want" and "In My Prayers" in the June Rain poetry anthology have physical elements which include theme, taste, tone and message. The inner elements contained in the poems "June Rain", "I Want" and "In My Prayers" in the June Rain poetry anthology include: diction, imagery, typography, concrete words, style, and rhyme. This study uses an anthology of poetry by Sapardi Djoko Damono entitled Rain in June. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: 1) The process of applying the ability to study history teks using the horay course review model for the first grade of nursing assistant students at SMK Karya Setia Pegajahan academic year 2022-2023. 2) Increase the quality of the learning process of studying history teks for students with the horay review course model for the first grade of nursing assistant students at SMK Karya Setia Pegajahan academic year 2022-2023. Data collection for this research was carried out by observation, written test, daily notes and documentation. The research results show : 1) Application of the horay review course model can improve student learning out comes in their ability to study history for the first grade of nursing assistant students at smk karya setia pegajahan. Students activity in cycle one in the learning process of studying history texts was 386 with a percentage of 80% and it was found that the results of observations showed that the learning outcomes of cycle one students in studying history teks showed an increase from pre-cycle after doing the questions were given, with an average score of 75 with a percentage of 66.6%. 2)Increasing the quality of the learning process studying history teks in cycle two, the total number of students was obtained 435 with a percentage of 91%. So this research is considered complete in improving student activity by applying the model “course revie horay”.

Abstract

One of the language skills that are no less important is writing skills. Writing skill is the skill of pouring ideas and thoughts into a written work that can be enjoyed by readers. The aim of this research is to improve short story writing skills through the application of song transformation techniques. This research is included in the type of classroom action research with a population of class X students of SMP Negeri 3 Perbaungan with a sample of 38 students in class X-10. The instruments used in this study were observation, in-depth review, and short story writing skill tests. The analysis technique used is comparative critical analysis. Learning that is carried out by correcting the weaknesses and deficiencies of the learning process carried out by the teacher has a significant impact. This is evidenced by increasing the percentage of student learning completeness from 57.89% to 89.47%, in this case, indicated by the class average score which increased from 64.42 with and standard deviation of 22.95 to 73.11 and a standard deviation of 13.35. If examined in more depth, this increase occurs when the teacher begins to provide feedback in the form of motivation and appreciation to students for overcoming problems in writing, whether caused by a lack of ideas or weaknesses in short story writing techniques.One of the language skills that is no less important is writing skill. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang multimodalitas pada iklan wedding organizer. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pada iklan wacana multimodal yang mengkaji dalam teks yang dikombinasikan dengan gambar, warna, simbol, dan sumber semiotik lainnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif melalui observasi dengan mengambil sumber data dari postingan instagram. Teks dan sumber daya semiotik tersebut digunakan untuk merepresentasikan makna. Oleh karena itu, digunakan pendekatan semiotik untuk mengkaji makna yang tersirat dari teks, gambar, dan warna yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan semiotik multimodal digunakan untuk mengkaji gambar, warna, dan teks pada iklan Wedding Organizer.Model analisis multimodal dikembangkan dari perpaduan analisis multimodal oleh Kotler dan Amstrong, (2009:236) dan Cheong (Sinar,2012:136). Dari hasil analisis iklan wedding organizer mencakup atas verbal, teks visual dan gabungan keduanya dari teori tersebut.

Abstract

Literature as a function of entertainment and guidance will not be separated from the so-called value. This then underlies the importance of learning literature in elementary schools to instill character education. Literature can be a bridge between teachers and students in schools in an effort to cultivate positive character values. One of the literary works that can be used as a medium for character education in schools is children's stories. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with the object of research in the form of children's story text. The use of a descriptive qualitative approach in this study aims to provide a real and clear picture of the results of an in-depth analysis of the research object. The results of the study show that children's stories can be a bridge or media in strengthening character education in elementary schools. A collection of children's stories entitled "Faldo Si Kleptomania" written by children contains various values, including the values of social care, environmental care, creative discipline, patience and hard work, religious, national spirit, communicative, tolerance, and fond of reading. concise and factual, including research objectives, research methods, results and conclusions.
