Sistem propulsi kapal adalah suatu mekanisme yang akan memutar baling-baling. Pada perkembangan saat ini motor induksi 3 fasa banyak digunakan untuk kendaraan elektrik baik untuk mobil listrik maupun propulsi pada kapal. Disamping keunggulannya motor induksi memiliki kelemahan yaitu sulitnya mengatur kecepatan motor induksi dikarenakan sifatnya yang tidak linier. Pada prinsipnya motor induksi dioperasikan pada kecepatan yang konstan, bila beban berubah kecepatan motor juga berubah. Dari permasalahan tersebut dalam penelitian ini dirancang alat kendali kecepatan motor berbasisi logika fuzzy untuk sistem propulsi elektrik pada kapal menggunakan pulse width modulation. Untuk mengetahui kinerja alat maka dilakukan beberapa pengujian, pengujian pertama dengan membandingkan respon kecepatan motor mengguakan logika fuzzy dan tanpa logika fuzzy dimana hasilnya adalah untuk respon kecepatan motor tanpa menggunakan kontrol logika fuzzy rata-rata dapat menempuh 23 detik untuk stady state, sedangkan untuk penggunaan kontrol logika fuzzy rata-rata mampu mencapai stady state dengan waktu 17 detik. Untuk nilai rata-rata error stady state tanpa penggunaan kontrol logika fuzzy yaitu sebanyak 97 rpm, sedangkan untuk penggunaan kontrol logika fuzzy rata-rata nilai error stady state adalah 78 rpm. Dimana untuk rise time sendiri tanpa menggunakan logika fuzzy rata-rata adalah 4 detik dan untuk penggunaan kontrol logika fuzzy memerlukan waktu rata-rata 2 detik.

This research aims to reveal and analyze the role of religious leaders in maintaining harmony in society after the 2024 election. This research highlights the urgency of collaboration between religious leaders, community leaders and village governments in preventing polarization of society after the 2024 election through open and inclusive dialogue spaces. This research method uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. The data collection process was obtained through observation of community behavior and in-depth interviews with religious leaders, community leaders, village government and residents. Research findings show that religious leaders in Wonokoyo Village, Beji District, Pasuruan Regency have a significant role in building understanding among the community after the 2024 election about the importance of maintaining the values of unity, tolerance and justice. The strategy used by religious leaders is uswah hasanah and sustainable moral development. Communication between religious leaders, community leaders and village government must also run synergistically. Therefore, the results of this research can be a basis for developing policies that support efforts to prevent societal polarization which can threaten stability and create disharmonious situations

The newest component of the independent curriculum is the Pancasila student profile. In terms of character education and increasing student competence, the Pancasila student profile is a reference for educational policy guidelines. One of the problems with literacy skills at Al-Muawanah Islamic Elementary School in Surabaya is that the majority of grade 1 students' literacy skills are still below standard. Some children still have difficulty distinguishing letters; when reading, there are words that are missing or even incomplete, and students' understanding of reading material is also below standard. Research and development use a model adapted by Borg and Gall. Of the ten development steps, researchers only implemented seven. The results of this development show: 1) The module specifications consist of a cover, introductory remarks, table of contents, materials, evaluation questions, and author biodata. The results of the research were 90.6% content experts with good qualifications, 89.3% learning media experts with good qualifications, and 94.6% learning experts with good qualifications. 2) To determine the attractiveness of the module, the researcher conducted a post-test in class on 10 students with an achievement percentage of 91.8% and very good qualifications. This shows that the use of the big book has met the criteria of being attractive and valid. Data analysis used the Paired Samples T Test with SPSS 16 tools, and the results were Sig 0.000 < 0.02, so Ho was rejected, meaning that there were differences in learning outcomes between students who had used the big book. So it can be concluded that the use of big books is able to improve literacy skills based on the Pancasila student profile..

Literature as a function of entertainment and guidance will not be separated from the so-called value. This then underlies the importance of learning literature in elementary schools to instill character education. Literature can be a bridge between teachers and students in schools in an effort to cultivate positive character values. One of the literary works that can be used as a medium for character education in schools is children's stories. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with the object of research in the form of children's story text. The use of a descriptive qualitative approach in this study aims to provide a real and clear picture of the results of an in-depth analysis of the research object. The results of the study show that children's stories can be a bridge or media in strengthening character education in elementary schools. A collection of children's stories entitled "Faldo Si Kleptomania" written by children contains various values, including the values of social care, environmental care, creative discipline, patience and hard work, religious, national spirit, communicative, tolerance, and fond of reading. concise and factual, including research objectives, research methods, results and conclusions.

In learning to read Arabic texts, appropriate and fun learning methods are needed in order to realize interesting and effective learning. One method that can be used in learning to read Arabic text is Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). This method can help students to improve their Arabic text reading skills. This study aims to describe the application of the CIRC method and its effectiveness in learning to read Arabic text. This research is an experimental study with a one-Group pretest-posttest design model where the researcher performs a pretest before the treatment is carried out and a posttest after the treatment is carried out. The sample of this study was the students of SMP Plus Al-Firdaus Malang class VII with a total of 28 students. The results of the study showed a significant increase after treatment was carried out in the form of the application of the CIRC method. This is evidenced by the average value of the pretest 63.1 increasing with the posttest average value of 86.1.

This study aims to understand the home ownership credit accounting system at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Pettarani Makassar Branch, with a focus on simple requirements and a fast credit application process. Based on research conducted at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Pettarani Makassar Branch, the use of the MyCore application in providing home ownership credit can facilitate the input of prospective debtor files in an effective and efficient manner, thereby speeding up the process. The author applies a qualitative research method, which produces descriptive data in the form of written notes and oral information from individuals observed during data collection in the field. The results of the study show that the process of applying for a home ownership loan at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Pettarani Makassar Branch has become easier and faster because the requirements applied are general requirements that are already owned by customers. This allows the collection of files to be done more quickly.

This study aimed to explore the perceptions of undergraduate students on suitable learning media for website development. A qualitative method with a case study type was used in this research. Fifty undergraduate students from the Educational Technology department participated. A questionnaire was used as the instrument to gather data on the necessary learning media. Data analysis was performed using NVivo 12 software, and results were presented as percentages based on two indicators: technology accessibility and learning materials. The study’s results and discussion highlighted two crucial factors influencing the choice of learning media in website development education. First, technology accessibility factors, encompass technological support and interaction. Second, learning material factors, including the type and complexity of the material. These findings offer valuable insights for developing more effective learning media in web development courses by taking these key factors into account.
