One of the executing agency is the PNPM Urban Community Self-Reliance Agency (BKM). BKM is a collective leadership council society resident population of the village, and as the BKM institutions can act as a representation of civil society village residents. In some villages in the district east Banjarmasin, found that in his travels, BKM various constraints both internal and external, among others: internal constraints such as: yet the prevalence of human resource capabilities associated with the BKM BKM concepts so that the dependence on the coordinator is still large. External constraints such as indifference from the majority community towards poverty reduction so as to make some programs, particularly environmental obstacles. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that. BKM performed the role of communication in disseminating the National Program for Community Empowerment in Urban Banjarmasin run effectively enough to remember the people who began to use the program PNPM Urban community even ask for increasingly easy in the governance practices as well as the implementation of the PNPM Urban continuously improved and sustained. Teachers as professionals in the field of education, in addition to understand the things that are philosophical and conceptual, also need to know and carry out the things that are technical. Matters of a technical nature, particularly the activities of managing and implementing the teaching and learning interactions. This research is a quantitative research that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) are processed with statistical methods. The method used in this study is a random sampling with Slovin formula. Number of sample are 44 student as respondent. The study found there is a partial effect significant Interpersonal Communication Between Teachers with Learning Results students of class XI in Madrasah Aliyah in District Cempaka , between teaching and learning activities to the success of Learning, the facilities of the success of the Student class XI studied at Madrasah Aliyah in District Cempaka , There is a simultaneous influence of Interpersonal Communication Between Teachers and Learning Facilities basis for success Student Madrasah Aliyah class XI in District Cempaka. The Problems who discussed in this research are : 1). How the influence emotional intelligence of employee performance, 2). How the influence competence of employee performance, 3). How the influence environment work of employee performance, 4). How the influence are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work together of employee performance. The type of research is explanatory research that is assosiative, which aims to know the relationship between two or more variables. This research conducted in Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin. The population of this research are employes of Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin which amounts 163 people. The method of taking data is by using a questionnaire as a source of primary data and documentation as a source of secondary data. The techniques of data analysis in this research is by using multiple regression analysis. That result of research find all hypothesis in this research already to proven significantly. The emotional intelligence weigh in significantly of employee performance. The competence weigh significantly of employee performance with magnitude of correlation. The environment work weigh in significantly of employee performance with magnitude correlation. The emotional intelligence, competence, and the environment work in simultane weigh significantly of employee performance. The implication of this research are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work have the same role important either individually or jointly in improve of employee performance. Key word : emotional intelligence, competence, environtment work, and employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to: 1) determine how the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance, 2) determine the mapping supervision of principals based on SWOT analysis, 3) assess educational theories relating to supervision, 4) review the tasks and role as the principal , 5) assess the performance of gurusesuai by profession, 6) examines teachers' perceptions related to supervision. The supervision of research conducted at SMPN 1 Banjarmasin. Results of the study found that: one of the efforts to improve the professional quality of teacher performance is through clinical supervision and academic supervision. Implementation of clinical supervision and academic supervision needs to be done systematically by the principal and school superintendent. This supervision aims to provide guidance to teachers in order to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently. There are a number of techniques of supervision conducted by the principal, including; engineering class visits, regular meetings with teachers and employees, and techniques related private meetings with teachers. The purpose of this paper seeks to explore the factors that influence the activity of knowledge which is the organizational culture that was adopted many knowledge management programs. The main problem under study is to assess the importance of organizational culture in an enterprise and determining how this knowledge can ensure that the activities would continue as and right in enterprise Practical implications - awareness of external versus internal focus of the organization will make the organization more or less consciously with the adoption in business and organizational culture more or less conducive to the implementation of knowledge activities. Communication within an organization is an activity that is always present (never absent), the conditio Sinne quanon, because communication is the means used by employees, either formally or informally, to discuss, exchange ideas, make a report to superiors, to provide direction to subordinates and etc. In the submitted proposal for a promotion and regular salary it is still done using the district government Home Knives SAPK application program to assist in overcoming delays. But the facts that occurred after the use of SAPK on staffing service process takes a long time because the process is long.This research is a quantitative research that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) are processed with statistical methods. The method used in this study is a survey method. Results of the study are partial effect on the communication strategy undertaken in the use SAPK to the process of staffing services in BKPP Pemkab promotion. Home Knives simultaneous influences of the communication strategy undertaken in the use SAPK to the process of staffing services in BKPP Pemkab promotion. Home Knives it can be seen from the results obtained from the ANOVA table that F count = 19,192 with sig = 0,000. The communication strategy of the most dominant group in affecting the increase in staffing services. Key words: Communication Strategies, Employee Application System, Promotion

Investment is rational action did by humans to increase their wealth in the future, with sacrifice money and other economic resources in investing there are some things that should be considered by investors one of which is the return and risk. In general, investors will always consider the trade off between return that will be earned in investing and the risks to be faced in making such investments. The object of this study was the Consumer Goods sector Manufacturing industries listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 years, from 2008 to 2011. The method of selecting samples in this research is purposive judgment sampling method. The F-test was 0,000 which is smaller than the degree of error is equal to 0.05 or 5% thus Beta, company size, and the ratio of book to market simultaneously - significant effect in predicting Return Consumer Goods shares in the company. T test results showed the Beta coefficient of 0.023 with a significance value of 0.004. This means Beta significant positive effect due to the significance value of 0.004 is smaller than the required significance level of 5%. Company size coefficient of 2.349 and 0.915 significance value. This means that the size of the company does not have a significant effect because the significance value of 0.915 is much larger than the required significance level of 5%. Coefficient of book to market ratios of -0.015 with a significance value of 0.001. This means that the ratio of book to market significant negative effect because the significance value 0.001 is much smaller than the required significance level of 5%. Key words : Beta, Firm size, Market to book ratio, and Stock Retuns.

The success rate of a communication can be seen from the level of achievement of the purpose of communicating, if the purpose of communicating is not achieved then the communication can be said gagal.Ada some of the problems faced by the Air Force, especially therein that may interfere with the performance of the performance, can degrade performance, and bad for the organization. Restrictions problem in this thesis the two groups in terms of the smoothness of the material operational duties in the Air Force Air Force Base Sjamsudin Noor Banjarmasin is work motivation and interpersonal communication. Qualitative descriptive research with phenomenological approach, to determine the cases studied, focused on the characteristics, performed on a target or location or subject, namely the means of communication interpersonal relationships with the motivation to work in the Air Force Air Force Base Sjamsudin Noor Banjarmasin. Patterns of communication of research results that are run by the Air Force command. When the communication flowing through the official designated by the official hierarchy of the organization or by the job function of the message according to a formal communication network. Message in a formal communication network usually flows from top to bottom, from bottom to top or from the same level or horizontally. in principle, the placement of employees in the Air Force Sjamsudin Noor has been based on "the right man on the right place". The aims of this research were to: 1) describe education and training program of employees’, 2) describe employees’ job performance, 3) find out the education and training program variable’s could be increasing to employees’ job performance at PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district. This research was done by using the explanatory approach which is a research approach to explain the causality or contribution of independent variable toward dependent variable through the argumentation of hypothesis way. The descriptive result of the research showed that the PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district still can be categorized in good condition. While the inferential result of this research showed that education and training are influence toward employees’ job performance at PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district . For suggestion, the results of this research are expected not only to give academic contribution for the improvement of human resource, especially as a comprehension toward employees’ behavior in organization, but also to be an input for the users especially for the management section in PT. This research aims to; (1) Empirically examine the effect of human resource competence to employee performance on the shipping coal carrier company (2) empirically examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance on the shipping coal carrier company (3) empirically examine the influence of leadership style on the performance of employee at the shipping coal carrier company (4) empirically examine the effect of simultaneously human resource competence, organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance on the shipping coal carrier company. This research using quantitative methods approach to examine the sample, using the formula Slovin then obtained 157 samples from the total population of 258, and a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data given to a random sample of respondents and instruments research was made using a Likert scale of 1-5. All the collected data were processed using SPSS version 21. Based on the analysis using SPSS v21 then the conclusion can be drawn in four hypotheses, namely the human resource competence, organizational culture and leadership style simultaneously giving significant effect on employee performance, human resource competency partially giving significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has no significant effect on the performance of employees performance, leadership style partially significant effect on employee performance.
