Abstract

Based on the evaluation results of the annual operational plan at the STMIK Banjarbaru institution, there are several objectives that have not been achieved. Some of the factors that cause employees are not aware of their obligations so that work is neglected, there is no significant difference in treatment between high-achieving and under-performing employees so that employees are not motivated to carry out their duties, and communication between leaders and subordinates is not going well. For lecturers, there is a slightly different treatment due to different workloads. The work environment for lecturers is not limited to fellow lecturers or employees but also includes direct interaction with students, with a higher intensity. The main task of a lecturer is to teach in accordance with the total credit load given by the campus, besides that the lecturer also still has to do research and community service in accordance with the tri dharma of higher education. Direct communication between lecturers and leaders rarely occurs outside of work meetings. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work environment, work motivation, and leadership style of the head of STMIK Banjarbaru on the performance of lecturers and employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with explanatory, associative and correlational levels. The approach used is descriptive analysis and survey, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The sample used in this study were 31 respondents divided into 20 lecturers and 11 employees. From a total population of 103 people (lecturers and employees). Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the influence of the work environment is not significant on lecturer performance and employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. Work motivation partially has no significant effect on lecturer performance, but has a significant effect on employee performance so that simultaneously, work motivation does not have a significant effect on lecturer and employee performance. The leadership style of the chairman of STMIK Banjarbaru partially has a significant effect on the performance of the lecturers, but does not significantly affect the performance of employees. Simultaneously, the leadership style of the Head of STMIK Banjarbaru has no significant effect on the performance of lecturers and employees.

Abstract

This study describes systematically changes in student behavior through interpersonal communication of Islamic Education teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assalam Martapura. Focusing on changing behavior and helping teachers to implement good behavior to their students. This behavior change includes: a) Interactive involvement, this behavior change determines the level of one's participation and participation in communication with other people, including: responsiveness, perceptive attitude and attentiveness. b). Interaction management, this change in behavior helps a person be able to take useful actions for someone to achieve communication goals. c) Behavioral flexibility, this change in behavior helps a person to carry out various possible behaviors that can be taken to achieve communication goals. d) Listening, this behavior change helps someone to be able to listen to people who communicate with someone  not  only content,  but  also  the  feelings,  concerns,  and  worries that accompany it. e) Social style, this behavior change helps someone to behave attractively, distinctively, and can be accepted by those who communicate with that person. f) Communication anxiety, this behavior change can overcome fear, confusion,  and  confusion  of  thought,  body  shaking,  and  stage  fright  that appears in communicating.

Abstract

Saat ini penjualan secara online banyak mengalami perkembangan secara pesat. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa situs internet yang mewarkan berbagai barang atau produk yang disuguhkkan kepada pembeli. Memang tidak mudah dalam menawarkan barang secara online, karena penjualan yang dilakukan secara konvesionel membutuhkan berbagai strategi yang dilakukan. Oleh sebab itu penjulan yang dilkaukan dengan car aonline juga tentunya harus memiliki strategi kuat dar penjualan secara konvensional. Komuniksi pemasaran menjadi hal ynag sangat penting dilakukan dalam menawarkan barang atau jasa dilakukan secara online, mulai dari membujuk, merayu dan mempromosikan barang menjadi suatu hal yang harsu dilakukan secara tepat.  Banyak orang yang menjajakan barang dagangan mereka dengan memnafaatkan situs online, yang pada nantinya akan membagikan sistem keuntungan mereka dengan sitem bagi hasil atau istilah pemasarannya adalah affiliate marketing. Pada dasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan agar volume penjualan meningkat. Untuk membuktikan berbagai hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Penilitian yang dilakukan dalam hal ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan membagiakan kuesioner kepada para  pedagang online. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian didaptkan bahwa Komunikasi Pemasaran dan Affiliate Marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap Volume Penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai startegi komunikasi pemerintah kota Bandung dalam penyebaran informasi penglolaan sampah sungai citarum, termasuk di dalamnya ada sungai cidurian selatan yang menjadi jalur ke sungai citarum tersebut. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah memberikan informasi program citarum harum yang berupa program untuk pengelolaan di sekitaran sungai tersebut. Pesan atau informasi ini berupa himbauan   kepada   masyarakat   sekitaran   sungai   cidurian   selatan.   Penelitian   ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui tahap-tahap strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk ditujukan kepada masyarakat sekitaran sungai cidurian. Metode yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pemerintah selaku komunikator menyampaikan pesan yang berisi edukasi dan informasi melalui kegiatan Citarum bergetar. Media yang dipakai dalam strategi komunikasi adalah media cetak surat formal, poster dan spanduk. Sasaran dalam kegiatan Citarum harum ini adalah masyarakat Cidurian selatan, kegiatan Citarum harum bedampak cukup baik terhadap kebersihan sungai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Content Marketing dan juga Lifestyle Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Usaha Kecil Menengah Di Media Sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data kuantitatif, teknik analisis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Alasan pemilihan menggunakan metode tersebut ini adalah adanya pengujian antarvariabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa Content Marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Usaha Kecil Menengah Di Media Sosial, sedangkan Lifestyle berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Usaha Kecil Menengah Di Media Sosial

Abstract

The future is something that is uncertain for humans. Therefore, everyone tries to predict and plan for his/her future. Individual career planning is an important way to secure life. A career plan will help employees feel comfortable with their work and will directly affect job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual career planning and employee job satisfaction for two types of university workers  –  academic  and  administrative  staff.  This  research  is  also  to  understand whether the influence of individual career planning on job satisfaction is positive and significant. The research instrument using a questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents  at  Uniska  Banjarmasin.  Statistical  analysis  with  linear  regression  and tested using SPSS software for windows version 20.0.The results of the study found that the existence of a clear career planning from the organization can increase job satisfaction positively and significantly.

Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan is a program that must be followed by all Indonesian citizens. The government, through Presidential Regulation Number 64 of 2020, has increased the amount of BPJS Health contributions and will take effect from July 1, 2020. The government's efforts to increase the fees have received various responses from the public. Moreover, the government's decision to increase the premium in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted to determine public opinion on the increase in BPJS Health contributions. Also to find out what health services the public expects for BPJS Kesehatan participants. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection using interview and observation techniques. The informants in this study were students of the University of South Sumatra. Analysis of the data used in this study using the Miles and Huberman model. In this study, it can be concluded that the majority of the public disagrees with the government's move to increase the BPJS Health premium. Of the 12 informants, 9 stated that they did not agree with the increase in BPJS Health contributions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strength, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats in the development  of special interest tours for rafting on the Citarum River, and to formulate strategies in developing  of potential tourist attractions on the Citarum. The research method is the qualitative research. The source of data in the study is the stakeholders of rafting tourism activities on the Citarum. The data are collected by doing observation and by conducting the structured interviews. The data are analyzed using the SWOT analysis method. Based on the IFAS and EFAS results and based on the position of the SWOT diagram, the rafting tour of the Citarum River is in quadrant II, which means  although the Citarum rafting tour faces threats, it has good internal strength.

Abstract

University business incubator has become a place for many entrepreneurs to develop innovative products. However, several problems are experienced by tenants including capital, lack of business ability, poor of performance teams. Facing tenant problems related lack of business ability can be overcome by training and coaching. Therefore, researchers try to develop entrepreneurship modules for university business incubators. The research applies ADDIE (Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. There are five major phases that are carried out starting from identifying training topics, designing a module, creating modules and questionnaires, providing entrepreneurship training, and evaluating modules. After going through 5 stages, the research produces 3 entrepreneurship modules, namely business models, financial understanding, and winning markets through digital marketing. These three modules are delivered in training activity which are divided into three sessions. After attending training, the participants respond that the modules are structured in terms of content and their benefits in improving management skills.
