Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of providing incentives to employee work productivity, (2) the effect of commitment to employee work productivity, (3) the effect of intuitive and commitment to the work productivity of employees of PT. Gelael Supermarket. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The study population was all employees of PT. Gelael Supermarket as many as 150 employees with a sample of 65 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is simple random sampling, while the data analysis is done using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of the study: 1) Incentives had a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. 2) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 3) Simultaneous incentives and commitments affect employee work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to  determine the  model of communication between Muslim families of different cultures and inhibiting factors of communication. This research was conducted on couples of five families who married with different cultures in the Tanjung Pinang sub-district, Pahandut sub-district, Palangka Raya City. With the marriage of different cultures is expected to enrich the culture and can also be used as lessons  for  individuals  who  want  to  do  the  marriage.  This  type  of  research  is descriptive  qualitative,  the  sample  of  this  study  is  5  families.  The  communication model of 5 Muslim families with different cultures can be seen from the adaptation process that occurs in their respective families. In adapting there are various things that start from the adaptation of the language, through habits, through different food tastes and complement each other so that each family has a different communication model. Whereas the factors which hamper communication in the family are the difficulty of language adjustment, the existence of prejudice, the communication that occurs is one- way or there is no feedback and errors in the evaluation of the message delivered.

Abstract

The hospital was formed to serve consumers in the health sector. To achieve success, a strong foundation is needed, namely an organization that is able to strengthen and maximize the performance of its employees. The performance of health workers is the most important part in a hospital, because it can determine the progress or withdrawal of a hospital.This study aims to test and analyze the effect of competence, compensation and motivation on the performance of Health Workers at the Regional Public Hospital dr. H. Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin with a sample of 50 Civil Servant Nurse Inpatient. The analysis uses multiple regression.The results of the study prove that partially the competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers (t count 3.044, α 0.004). Compensation has a positive but not significant effect (t count 0.498, α 0.621). Motivation has a positive and significant effect (t count 3.342, α 0.001). Simultaneously Competence, Compensation, and Motivation Improve the Performance of Health Workers at the Regional Public Hospital dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Competence,   Compensation,   and  Motivation  affect  the  Performance  of   Health Workers at the Regional Public Hospital dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin with an F count (8,711) > from an F table (2.80) and a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and employee performance has on student satisfaction at the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari, especially in the New Student Admissions Counter for the 2019-2020 period. This study uses a sample size of 98 respondents using the slovin formula. . From this research, it is concluded that the variable X1 has a positive and insignificant effect on Variable Y, so that H1 is rejected and for Variable X2 the results have a positive and significant effect on Variable Y, so that H2 is accepted. For the F test, the significance value is 0.000 <0.005 and the F value is calculated. 12.978>3.09. So it can be concluded that H3 is accepted. The value of R Square is 0.472, meaning that the simultaneous influence of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 47.2%, and the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside the variable. that the author tested.

Abstract

Communication is a social event that occurs when a human interacts with other humans. The assumptions that there is motivation to learn can be seen with the achievements and cognitive perspectives of students, both elementary school students or college students. The problem of learning motivation in students today is increasingly complex, including online game opium which develops in the dynamics of our society, especiallyIndonesia. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded (1) There is a positive impact of playing online games on learning motivation. Can be seen from the efforts to increase learning motivation. The cumulative grade point average (GPA) is very satisfying to perfect. (2) There is a positive impact of online games on interpersonal communication skills. Can be seen from the interaction between players in the online game play. Online media-based interpersonal interaction and communication, online games. (3) There is a positive impact of playing online games on learning motivation and interpersonal communication skills. Students who like to play online games have motivation to go to college. This can be seen from the cumulative achievement index (GPA) which is very satisfying to perfect. These students can interact, socialize and communicate well through online game media.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  dan  juga  menganalisa  pengaruh  rasioketergantungan dan juga jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data kuantitatif. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan membuktikan Rasio Ketergantungan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan pada  Tahun  2010  s/d  2019.  Kemudian  Jumlah  Tenaga  Kerja  berpengaruh  nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan padaTahun 2010 s/d 2019

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price Fairness, Brand Image, and Brand Trust variables on Customer Satisfaction of Samsung brand mobile phones. This research is a correlational study with the population is all people who own and use Samsung mobile phones that meet the requirements for respondents. The sample in this study was 125 respondents. The results showed that (1). Simultaneously the Product Quality, Price Fairness, Brand Image and Brand Trust variables significantly influence Customer Satisfaction (2). Partially, Product Quality and Price Fairness variables have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Whereas the Brand Image variable, Brand Trust has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The trend of the number of Covid-19 sufferers is increasing day by day, on the other hand thegovernment with various programs has been very maximal, how can together with the people be free  from  this  pandemic. In  South  Kalimantan,  a province  where  the  percentage  of  people exposed to Covid-19 is 0.17%, almost 3 times the national average, only 0.09%. The level of compliance and understanding of health protocols that are not understood by the community is because of ineffective handling communication.This study used observational methods and purposive deep interviews with informants to 60Neighborhood Association who distributed cash social assistance to people affected by Covid-19 in South Kalimantan. Other data was collected through a publication conducted by the Covid-19Emergency Alert Task Force for South Kalimantan Province from March 30, 2020 to September1, 2020.The communication program does not run smoothly between policy holders and the community. Part of the coordination between the central and local governments is not going well. The constraint on the number of Indonesian people is very large and quite wide spread, causing different perceptions, some even are antipathy to government policies. The cooperation and involvement of community role models who have many followers is less clear. Awareness of togetherness to maintain mutual health and the spread of the Covid-19 virus has not been evenly distributed, as well as various terms that are not easily understood properly, are difficult to apply. Likewise, the provision of cash social assistance, which was not balanced with education on the importance of maintaining health protocols and various sanctions, actually resulted in a counterproductive  situation.  Various  communication  programs  have  not  fully  been  able  to change people's behavior, they need to be evaluated immediately so that they are more effective in handling Covid-19.

Abstract

This research type is a causality with the aim of analyzing the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on stock returns with profitability as a moderating variable on the LQ-45 Stock Index during the 2013-2017 period. The research population is all companies listed in the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The sampling using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 23 companies. Data of this research is quantitative type with data analysis techniques consisting of descriptive analysis, testing classic assumptions, moderating regression analysis, and testing hypotheses. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect on testing the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Stock Returns. While the high or low profitability (Return on Equity) is considered unable to moderate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Stock Returns because of the large expenditure incurred for Corporate Social Responsibility can have a negative impact on business operations that will reduce the level of profitability obtained by the investor.

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution requires humans to be able to use and take advantage ofexisting technology. The mass media Radio cannot stand by the conventional model. Radio Dahlia FM Bandung is a private radio in the city of Bandung which still exists today and is able to compete amidst tight competitors, this cannot be separated from the role of public relations as a liaison between the company and the public. This study aims to determine the planning of a public relations strategy for Radio Dahlia FM Bandung in facing competition in the industrial era 4.0. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study Public Relations Radio Dahlia FM Bandung carried out four stages in facing competition in the industrial era 4.0. What has been done by PR includes fact finding, planning, communication and evaluating. Planning for Dahlia radio PR activities, namely by branding activities through the On Air, Off Air  program  and  social  media,  creating  internal  events,  sponsorship  collaboration events and special events, and making dahlia streaming radio innovations, and being more active in social media. In introducing the innovation of streaming radio, dahlia has considered the main elements of innovation diffusion, such as innovation, communication channels, time and social systems.
