Abstract

The purpose of the research is: analyzing the effect of mother's emotional intelligence on self-efficacy, analyzing the influence of mother's emotional intelligence on children's learning achievement, analyzing the effect of self-efficacy on children's learning achievement, and analyzing the role of the intervening variable self-efficacy in relation to mother's emotional intelligence on children's learning achievement. A sample of 150 respondents were from the city of Denpasar with data analysis techniques, namely Partial Least Square approach (PLS). PLS is a component or variant based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation. Based on the hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be found that maternal emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on selfefficacy, mother's emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on children's learning achievement, self- efficacy has a significant positive effect on children's learning achievement, and self-efficacy is able to be significant as an intervening variable in the proposed model.

Abstract

Price and brand image have an important role in purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price and brand image partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of Toyota Avanza at PT. Agung Toyota Cokrominoto Denpasar Branch. The benefit of this research is to provide information on the effect of price and brand image partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of Toyota Avanza at PT. Agung Cokroaminoto Denpasar Branch This research is a quantitative study using a sample of 90 people who know about prices and brand image at PT. Agung Toyota Cokroaminoto Denpasar Branch for data collection in this study using a questionnaire distributed via the internet. In this study using a non probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, analyzed using the SPSS version 25 program for windows. The results of this study indicate that (1) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Toyota Avanza cars at PT. Agung Toyota Cokroaminoto Denpasar Branch; (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Toyota Avanza cars at PT. Agung Toyota Cokroaminoto Denpasar; (3) price and brand image together significantly influence the purchase decision of Toyota Avanza cars at PT. Agung Toyota Cokroaminoto Denpasar Branch.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) calculating and evaluating the basic tariff for the latest raw material technology services on the bulk selling price of CN-17A castings; (2) determine the effect of raw material technology service rates on the cost of production; (3) determine the effect of raw material technology service rates on profitability; and (4) proposing tariffs for new raw material technology services. The results showed that: (1) The theoretical raw material technology service tariff for CN-17A pouring mass was IDR 8,648.60 per liter, but the last tariff was IDR 4,500 per kg; (2) The tariff for raw material technology services affects the cost of goods manufactured. Raw material technology service rates are in accordance with PP. 51 of 2018 resulted in the cost of production of Rp 4,090.91 per kg, while the cost of goods manufactured should be Rp 8,862.36 per liter; (3) Tariffs for raw material technology affect profitability. The tariff for raw material technology services according to PP. 51 of 2018 is lower than it should be IDR 75.80 per kg (liter); and (4) the latest tariffs for ceramic raw material technology services need to be revised to reflect more realistic conditions.

Abstract

In the last 5 years, the landfill has not been able to accommodate the piles of garbage, even in 2007 it is estimated that the landfill is only 6 months old. To improve the effectiveness of waste management, the DTRKP (Department of Urban Spatial Planning and Settlements) promotes a reduce, reuse and recycle (3R) program by placing 13 units of containers and some containers that use organic waste into compost. Until now, the role of the community in general is limited to garbage disposal, which has not yet reached the stage of waste management that can benefit the community. Simple waste management by separating organic and inorganic waste requires intensive socialization from the government to the community. The concept of this approach puts the community as the main party or center of development that is encouraging community participation and partnership. In addition, the role of the community itself is a manifestation of efforts to increase community capacity derived from the willingness and ability of the community to be involved in each stage of development. If the domestic waste problem is not treated properly, it will clearly have an impact on environmental pollution and the reduction in aesthetic value. This occurs due to lack of sense of responsibility and the very low understanding of the community regarding the benefits of cleanliness. Community participation in managing domestic waste is highly dependent on the understanding and willingness of the community to maintain and create a clean environment. Besides that, the ability of the community to contribute to domestic waste management will also depend very much on the income of the community, especially people in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to determine the effect of changes in raw materials and coloring techniques on the financial variables of biscuit-baked barong souvenirs at BTIKK in 2019. This research method is descriptive quantitative, which data sources are internal and external, both primary and secondary. The analysis techniques are: a standard cost system based on full costing to calculate the cost of goods manufactured, cost-plus pricing to calculate the selling price, and the operating profit margin method to calculate profitability. The results showed that the change in raw material from CN-17 cast mass to BPN-01 cast mass and the coloring technique from underglaze to onglaze could increase financial variables (cost of goods manufactured, selling price, and operating profit margin) of biscuit-baked barong souvenir (l30,0 - w10,0 - h25,0). The effect on the cost of goods manufactured of barong souvenir made of CN-17 mass raw material for underglaze staining, BPN-01 cast mass raw material under underglaze staining, CN-17 cast mass raw material onglaze staining, and BPN-01 cast mass raw material for onglaze staining are increasing respectively 548.76%, 553.64%, 563.88%, and 568.67% respectively compared to biscuit-baked barong souvenir, because changes in raw materials and / or coloring techniques change the composition and types of raw materials which cost more expensive, time processing takes longer, the cost of colour material is more expensive, and the frequency of burning is increased by two or three times.

Abstract

This paper objective is to examine the ideas related to the importance of designing and enforcing legal principles and rules that based on the values that live and applied in society, especially in the field of business law. Business Law includes, among others, company law, commercial law, investment law, civil law, intellectual property law, capital market law, banking law, consumer protection law, anti-monopoly law, and others. Some of the contents of the current provisions of business law in Indonesia are based on values that are not native to Indonesia. With the recent trend of free trade which tends to be based on capitalistic and neo-liberalistic thinking, the tendency to adopt uniform values from global relations also seems to be increasing. This paper aims to find out the importance of local / regional socio-cultural values originating from Indonesia as a source of content and regulation of business law in Indonesia. The approach method in this research is a normative legal research method with a qualitative research approach. This research comes to the conclusion that based on literature research on legal ideas, it is necessary to have an inventory of the values of original Indonesian legal principles related to the design and application of legal principles and principles that take into account the living and applied values in society, and that the original local / regional sociocultural values of Indonesia should be optimized as the source of the content and regulation of business law in Indonesia.

Abstract

With the management of professional human resource management, it is hoped that employees can perform well in serving guests in order to create satisfaction from these guests. Besides not missing the rules set by management. However, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee performance, especially in the Front Office towards the satisfaction of guests staying at Vinila Villa Nusa Dua. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely premier data. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in the form of guest comments to respondents, namely guests who stay overnight, while the data analysis techniques used are: classical assumption test, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the Front Office Performance significantly affected the satisfaction of guests staying at Vinila Villa Nusa Dua

Abstract

Cooperatives are economic institutions of the people who move the economy in promoting the welfare of the people of society. The main purpose of this study is to determine the level of efficiency and performance and cooperation of civil servants existing in Jembrana district. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from PKPRI. KPRI population in Jembrana, while the number of samples used is 5 KPRI taken by simple random sampling. The research method used is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Capital cost, management, number of managers as variable input, whereas Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) as output variables. Results of analysis states that KPRI-KPRI cause of these inefficiencies derived from inputs that do not conform with the needs/going waste. Cost management becomes the biggest cause of inefficiency in the cooperative that is equal to 2,65 %, followed by the number of managers amounted to 0,81% and 0,81% of capital. There were 1 of 5 KPRI KPRI samples were low, There were 1 of 5 KPRI samples that have not been efficient, there are: Shad Karya KPRI: 95,93%. Suggestion for KPRI is not efficient should pay more attention to the use of inputs in order to achieve maximum output, especially the allocation of operational costs so that more attention, use of employees' needs and improve its work, and reduce the use of funds derived from loans and optimize the rotation of capital and refers to other KPRI has achieved efficiently.

Abstract

Departing from the main issue that is being discussed in many societies related to Islamic banking, which is a byword in today's society. Therefore, the initiative of the researcher to raise this problem is the subject of the title of this study. And this study aims to determine the effect of Islamic banking services and products on customer loyalty in taking funding and financing at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Banyuwangi Branch. The research method uses multiple linear regression which is sourced from primary data of respondents. Data was collected by filling out questionnaires for 70 customers of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Banyuwangi Branch. The sampling technique uses the Cluster Random Sampling technique, because the number of sample populations cannot be known accurately, which allows for no design related to the sampling frame, and the presence of the population is randomly distributed or collected in different spheres. at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Banyuwangi Branch were respondents. Data analysis using SPSS 25 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the service variable does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Banyuwangi Branch, so that the hypothesis is accepted. Service has no influence on customer loyalty. Product variables have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty variables. Product variable (X2) has an effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y). Service variable (X1) and the Product variable (X2) simultaneously or simultaneously have an influence on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the potential of Rangko Cave Tourism and to know the obstacles in the development process. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies, while data analysis techniques used were the analysis of strength, weakness, oopportunities, threats (SWOT) and the SWOT matrix. The results of this study indicate that there is a lot of potential that has the attraction of Rangko Cave Tourism that can be developed. But unfortunately there are still many shortcomings contained in the development process ranging from low Human Resources to inadequate facilities. To overcome these obstacles needed a development strategy that is suitable for the Rangko Cave Tourism Attraction and with these strategies it is expected that the development of the Rangko Cave Tourism Attraction will run even better in the future.
