Abstract

Skripsi merupakan sebuah tugas mandiri, sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan bagi seorang mahasiswa. Salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa dalam proses penyelesaian skripsi, selain kemampuan untuk memahami teori, pemilihan metode penelitian yang tepat, mahasiswa juga dituntut memiliki kemampuan untuk menulis secara ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan kecemasan mengerjakan skripsi pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 82 mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan skala adversity quotient dan skala kecemasan. Analisa data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan( r = - 0,605 ; sig = 0,000 < 0,010) antara adversity quotient dengan kecemasan mengerjakan skripsi pada mahasiswa, dimana semakin tinggi adversity quotient maka kecemasan semakin rendah.Kata kunci: Adversity quotient, kecemasan mengerjakan skripsi

Abstract

Ideally dating is sharing mutual love, attention, gentle treatment, intimacy, and romance. However, it is not uncommon to find abusive treatment from their loved ones. Emotional regulation with a poor ability to regulate emotions is associated with emotional arousal which leads to an increase in aggression behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional regulation with violent dating behavior in students. This study uses a correlational quantitative research method using a purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted on perpetrators of violence in dating with a total of 183 subjects with an age range of 18-24 years. Data collection uses the scale of DERS adaptation and scale of Violence in Dating. Data analysis method uses Pearson product moment analysis. The results showed a significant correlation between emotional regulation of dating violence (r= 0.360; r² = 0.130; p = 0,000; p <0.05).

Abstract

Menjadi mahasiswa yang sukses membutuhkan kesiapan diri baik secara fisik, psikis, juga financial. Kesiapan tersebut tidak lain agar mereka mampu menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, maka mereka harus mampu berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosialnya. Namun masih banyak mahasiswa yang tidak mampu berinteraksi dengan baik, sehingga menambah permasalahan dan merasa kesulitan menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan sosialnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan penyesuaian sosial pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang  menggunakan sampel insidental, dan jumlah subjek sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Skala yang digunakan ialah skala kecerdasan emosional dan skala penyesuaian sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan penyesuaian sosial pada mahasiswa yang dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,481; (p)=0,000 < 0,01. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan emosional, penyesuaian sosial, mahasiswa To be a successful student require readiness yourself both physically, psychic, as well as financial. The readiness of the other so that they are not able to deal with various problems, then they must be able to interact with their social environment. But there are still many students who are not able to interact with both, so that adds to the problems and feel the difficulty adjusts to its social environment. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of emotional intelligence with social adjustment in college students. This research uses techniques of accidental sampling, and number of the subject of as many as 100 college students. The scale used is the scale of emotional intelligence and social adjustment scale. The results showed that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and social adjustment in college students as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient (r) = 0,481; (p)= 0.000 < 0.01. Abstract

Satisfaction in a marriage is very important because it is a part of appraisement and evaluation, whether the marriage can to proceed or have many conflict. adjusements of a person will be the basis for the achievement of marital satisfaction, this also happens to a person who marriage trough by ta’aruf process.  The research aims to investigate the influence of self-adjusment on marital satisfaction to person marriage trough by ta’aruf process. The type of research is by quantitative with 118 subjects who marriage trough by ta’aruf process. The subjects were taking by snowball sampling technique. From the retrival of data that result of the coeffition of determination or r2 = 0,268 with a significant value is 0,000 so that the self-adjustment on marital satisfaction to person who marriage trough by ta’aruf process gives a small influence with a value 26,8%.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ( OCB ) merupakan perilaku diluar deskripsi kerja yang telah ditentukan perusahaan, namun memiliki dampak yang baik bagi perusahaan. Rumah Sakit sebagai instansi yang mengedepankan pelayanan jasa membutuhkan peran yang optimal dari perawat oleh karena itu sangat dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ( OCB ) pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Dr.R. Soedarsono Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain non-eksperimen kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ( OCB ) yang dibuat oleh Dwi Suhartiningsih. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya seluruh perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Dr.R. Soedarsono. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawat yang memiliki OCB dalam kategori rendah sebanyak 44 perawat ( 56.4% ), sedangkan yang memiliki kategori tinggi sebanyak 34 perawat ( 43.6%). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan OCB pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Dr.R.soedarsono dalam kategori rendahKata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ( OCB ), perawat

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan perasaan seseorang yang merupakanrepresentatif dari sikap terhadap pekerjaannya, dan sangat berpengaruhterhadap kinerja seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihathubungan kemampuan adaptasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian inimenggunakan populasi karyawan swasta, BUMN, dan PNS (kecuali tenagapengajar dan medis), dan mengambil 62 subjek dengan teknik simplerandom sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan 2 kuisionerdengan model skala Likert, yaitu MSQ dan kuisioner kemampuan adaptasiyang disusun berdasarkan indikator penelitian Adaptif Performance. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antarakemampuan adaptasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai r= 0,255 dengan p < 0,05.Kata kunci: Kepuasan kerja, kemampuan adaptasi, karyawanJob satisfaction is a representative feeling that shows someone’s attitudetowards their job and accordingly affects their performance greatly. Thisresearch aimed at investigating correlation between adaptability and jobsatisfaction. The subject were 62 people including private employees,BUMN employees, and vivil servants (teachers and medical-relatedemployees excluded) that) that were chosen using purposive samplingtechnique. The data were taken using two questionnaires of Likert Scale,MSQ and adaptability questionnaire which was designed based on researchindicator of Adaptive Performance. The findings revealed a significantpositive correlation between adaptability and job satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Self Regulated Learning (SRL) dengan prestasi akademik siswa akselerasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif korelasional dengan subjek sebanyak 52 siswa akselerasi kelas X yang tergabung dari tiga sekolah yakni SMAN 4, SMAN 5, dan SMAN 8 Kota X. Peneliti menggunakan skala likert yaitu Responden akan diminta untuk menyatakan kesetujuan atau ketidaksetujuan terhadap lima pernyataan dalam lima macam kategori. Untuk mengetahui prestasi akademik, peneliti menggunakan raport semester ganjil.Hasil pengujian korelasi menggunakan Korelasi Spearman dapat diketahui bahwa antara Self Regulated Learning (SRL) berkorelasi dengan Prestasi Akademik, karena nilai signifikansi dari Korelasi Spearman untuk SMAN 04 (sebesar 0,000), SMAN 05 (0,018) dan SMAN 08 (0,011) lebih kecil dari pada α (0,05). Korelasi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,823, 0,567, dan 0,615 yang keseluruhannya berkorelasi positif, artinya semakin tinggi skor Self Regulated Learning (SRL) maka Prestasi Akademik yang tinggi dan sebaliknya siswa dengan Self Regulated Learning (SRL) rendah memiliki Prestasi Akademik rendah.   Kata kunci : Self regulated learning (SRL), Prestasi akademik, Akselerasi     The aim of the research was to know the the correlation between Self Regulated Learning (SRL) with academic achievement  for the accelerated students. The research used the correlational qualitative approach with 52 accelerated students on the tenth grade as the subjects. These students were merging from three schools which consist of SMAN 4, SMAN 5 and SMAN 8 in X city. For measuring the Self Regulated Learning (SRL), the researcher used Likert scale. In this way, the respondents are asked to make the agreement and disagreement for five statements in five categories. To know the academic achievement of students, the researcher used school report in odd semesters.The result of correlation test using Spearman correlation was known that Self Regulated Learning (SRL) was correlated with the academic achievement. The significance value from Spearman correlation of SMAN 04 was 0,000, SMAN 05 was 0,018 and SMAN 08 was 0,011 smaller than α (0,05). the whole of correlation was positive with value 0,823,0,567 and 0,615. It means, the higher score of Self Regulated Learning (SRL) the higher of the academic achievement. Just the opposite, the lower score of Self Regulated Learning (SRL) the lower of the academic achievement.   Keywords: Self Regulated Learning(SRL), Academic achievement, Acceleration

Abstract

ABSTRACT Turnover Intention is an important phenomenon that affects the development of the company. One of the factors that influence turnover intention is work autonomy. High work autonomy will increase psychological empowerment, ultimately affecting turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work autonomy on turnover intention through mediators of psychological empowerment. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The method of data collection uses the scale of The Work Design Questionnaire, the Multidimentional questionnaire of Psychological Empowerment and Mobley's Measurement Model. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique, the total subject is 72 people from four local television companies in Malang, Data analysis using Bootstrapping analysis. The results obtained are (1) There is no effect of work autonomy on turnover intention, the value of F = 2.748 (p = 0.102); (2) There is an influence of work autonomy on psychological empowerment with a value of F = 47.07 (p = 0,0001); (3) There is no effect of psychological empowerment on turnover intention, F value = 0.654 (p = 0.421); (4) There is no mediating effect of psychological empowerment on work autonomy with turnover intention.KEYWORDS Turnover Intention, Work Autonomy, Psychology EmpowermetCITITATION  Akbar, I., Hasanati, N., & Shohib, M. Abstract

Fenomena berjilbab pada anak remaja merupakan  suatu model pakaian dan kewajiban kaum  muslimah,.untuk menutupi aurat. Kewajiban berjilbab pada anak remaja dapat  memotivasi  dalam berpartisipasi sosial menjadi wanita Islami.  Dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian  dengan  tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi memakai jilbab terhadap gaya hidup anak remaja dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data bahwa variabeb motivasi memakai jilbab  thitung sebesar 6.006 dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0,000, karena thitung lebih besar ttabel (6.006>2.048) atau signifikansi t lebih kecil dari 5% (0,000<0,05), maka disimpulkan bahwa motivasi memakai jilbab  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Gaya Hidup anak remajaKata kunci: Motivasi, gaya hidup, remaja islami The phenomenon of veiling in adolescents is an underwear model and obligations of the Muslim,. Tempatnya dilakukan di toko busana Mayang Collection. Subjek penelitian adalah 62 yang terpilih berdasarkan teknik insidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunkan skala store image dan loyalitas konsumen.Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh r=0,653 dengan nilai probabilitas kesalahan (p)=0,000 yang berarti hubungan positif antara store image dengan loyalitas konsumen, dimana semakin positif store image konsumen maka akan semakin tinggi pula loyalitas konsumen. Sebaliknya semakin negatifstore image konsumen maka akan semakin rendah pula loyalitas konsumen. Adapun koefisien determinan variabel (r²)store image dengan loyalitas konsumen adalah sebesar 0,426. Dengan demikian sumbangan efektif dari store image dengan loyalitas konsumen adalah sebesar 42,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu value atau nilai (harga dan kualitas),  convenience and Availabity (kenyamanan dan kemudahan), satisfaction (kepuasan), service (pelayanan), guarantee or warranty (garansi atau perbaikan produk).   Kata kunci: Store image, Loyalitas konsumen     This research aimed to know relation between store image and consumer loyality.This research is quantitative research. Place of research is done in cloth shop Mayang Collection and done during two weeks. In this research research subject is 62 chosen Mayang Collection cloth shop consumers based on technique insidental sampling. This research done by propagating two scales, which is scale store image and consumer loyality.From research which has been done obtained r=0,653 with mistake probability value (p)=0,000 is meaning positive relationship between store image with consumer loyality, where increasingly positive store image consumer hence excelsior would also consumer loyality. On the contrary increasingly negativity store image consumer hence would increasingly low also consumer loyality. As for variable determinant coefficient (r²) store image with consumer loyality is 0,426. Thereby effective contribution from store image with consumer loyality is equal to 42,6%, while the rest equal to 57,4% influenced by other variable of which is not checked in this research that is the price and quality, convenience and Availabity, satisfaction, service, guarantee or warranty.   Keyword: Store image, Consumer loyality
