In-depth examination of parents' post-divorce financial obligations is provided by this study, which takes into account the Compilation of Islamic Law in Nanga Mbaur Village, Sambi Rampas District, East Manggarai Regency. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive method that uses primary data sources that are directly gathered from informants via documentation and interviews. The study's findings suggest that parents should not assume they will always be able to provide for their children's needs when a divorce is decided. The imposition of child support following the divorce ruling was not carried out because of a number of reasons, including a deficiency of human resources, family dynamics, economic considerations, third-party considerations, and religious knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the practice of buying and selling land carried out by sellers to other parties, even though the land was previously the object of sale and purchase with previous parties in the PPJB. The research methodology employed is qualitative research with a case study approach. The findings of this research indicate that land sale and purchase transactions (mutsman) conducted by the seller (al-ba'i) with buyers (al-Musytari) still within the PPJB with other parties constitute a form of buying and selling that does not align with the pillars and conditions of transactions in Sharia economics. The object of sale and purchase (mutsman) that is resold by the seller (al-ba'i) must be owned outright, or if not owned, permission must be obtained from the rightful owner. The resale of goods (mutsman) previously purchased by another individual is prohibited for the seller (al-ba'i) to the buyer (al-Musytari). Consequently, the sale and purchase are deemed invalid.

Abstract

The high and evenly distributed number of early marriages in Banyuraden Village, Gamping District, Sleman Regency should raise concerns in order to lessen the issue of family discord by bolstering the spiritual principles of Islam, which is the predominant religion practiced by the locals. One way to do this is by participating in one of the Toddler Family Development (Bina Keluarga Balita) activity groups. For this reason, Participation Action Research (PAR) was used to teach family resilience and conduct community service projects with pertinent themes. Planning, licensing, and communicating family resilience challenges are all part of the implementation at the BKB community group in the same village, Mutiara Hati Child Care Center. Additionally, a focus group discussion (FGD) was conducted about the creation of Islamically oriented family resilience materials associated with the BKB activities. The evaluation process is then preceded by socialization. The strengthening of Islamic-based family resilience materials that have been modified for BKB activities can still be done after completing this PKM activity.

Abstract

The development of inclusive learning methods is growing the needs of students in accordance with the directives of the Minister of National Education Number 70/2009 concerning Inclusive Education. The method of learning the Alquran in sign language is also of particular concern. This is reinforced by one of God's words in Qs. Al-Qamar/54 which is repeated four times in verses 17, 22, 32 and 40 regarding the guarantee that Allah makes it easy for the Alquran to be read, studied and memorized including those with the deaf. The importance of learning the Alquran in sign language, students of PAI department need to be equipped with competence regarding the sign language Alquran so that they have special abilities to teach the Alquran both in spoken and sign language. The learning method of the Alquran in sign language is certainly different from oral learning. However, even though the deaf do not use their voice when reading and memorizing the Qur'an, the deaf can still understand and interpret it (Azwar Hairul, 2022). In addition, learning the Alquran in sign language must at least go through three stages are therapy (oral and vocal), reading practice and practice (Ma'ruf P Subekti, 2020). Therefore, in order to create uniformity in learning the signed Alquran, Lajnah Pentashihan Mushaf Alquran (LPMQ) of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and all deaf institutions and communities agreed on a form of the Alquran in sign language which can now be viewed live through the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's digital Alquran website https://quran.kemenag.go.id/. Abstract

This qualitative research, conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, aims to examine and explore how the sorogan method is implemented, what influences its implementation, and what impacts occur after implementing it. The results show that the Fajrussa’adah Islamic boarding school is one of the Salaf Islamic boarding schools that uses the yellow book and the sorogan method as a source and method in its learning. The implementation takes place three days a week and is held in the evening after the Isha prayer. Several supporting factors include strong student motivation and the presence of a teacher. Several inhibiting factors include students' fatigue after attending formal school outside the boarding school and many feeling sleepy because classes are held at night. Nevertheless, the implementation of sorogan has a significant impact on students in terms of reading and understanding the yellow book and has an impact on their daily lives, making them more mature in preparing things.
