Abstract

Basic Life Skills (Basic Life Skills) are the ability and knowledge of a person to dare to face the problems of life and life proactively seek and find solutions so that they are finally able to overcome them with the ability to interact and adapt with others, decision-making skills, problem solving, critical thinking, thinking. creative, effective communication, fostering interpersonal relationships, self-awareness, empathy, coping with emotions, and coping with stress. Basic Life Skills This has been implemented by the Education System in Japan for a long time, but in Indonesia, activities like this tend to be rarely carried out, even though this program is very important. Basic Life Skills for Elementary School is one of the flagship programs initiated by the PGSD STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin Study Program. This activity is an open activity that involves children to participate in all activities, social life, and encourages the growth and development and welfare of children. Basic Life Skills for Elementary School at PGSD STKIP Banjarmasin will take effect in the 2021/2022 academic year. However, the problem is that there are no available teaching materials or references, both offline and online. Therefore, as an initial stage, researchers want to develop one form of teaching material, namely the Basic Life Skills Practical Guide. This study aims to determine the feasibility of basic life skills practicum guides from aspects of validity and practicality, so this research is included in the type of development research. The development models referred to are the 4D and Nieveen models. Based on the results of expert validation and student assessment through validation sheets and practicality sheets, data obtained that the average score for the validity of the guide is 60.33 with a score range of 14≤x≤70 so it is included in the very valid criteria. Meanwhile, the average practicality score of the guide is 39.6 with a score range of 10≤x≤50 so that it is included in the practical category. These results indicate that the Basic Life Skills Practicum Guide for PGSD STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin students is feasible to use.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a library research that aims to determine the effect of online games on the learning achievement of elementary school students. The type of research used is library research or literature review. Analysis of the data used in this study is simplification of data, presentation of data and drawing conclusions on the data used. Data collection techniques were carried out by reading and recording important information contained in various journals related to the research being conducted. The results of the study indicate that a child who is addicted to playing online games will affect his learning achievement. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a relationship between the influence of the habit of playing online games with the learning achievement of elementary school students.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the use of information technology as an online learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic. By using various platforms such as: Google Classroom, YouTube, Googlemeet, zoom meeting, WhatsApp. The research was conducted by means of a qualitative approach. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through the literature review method. Then the results show that information and communication technology has many roles and benefits, especially in the world of education such as during online learning as it is today due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic. By conducting a literature review of journals obtained from Google Scholar regarding the use of information and communication technology as online learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic, it can be concluded that information and communication technology has been used in online learning as a learning medium such as: Google Classroom, YouTube, Googlemeet, zoom meeting, WhatsApp.

Abstract

Teachers as educators need to master various skills to achieve learning objectives. This writing aims to determine the importance of teacher skills in creating fun learning. To achieve educational goals, one of the efforts that can be improved is the skills of teachers in implementing learning where students can play a role in active, creative, innovative and effective learning. This writing uses the Literature Review method. Where the source of this writing is obtained from various journals written by other authors as writing material. In this writing, there are various stages including 1) compiling the topic to be studied, 2) looking for reference sources or references as writing material, 3) the data obtained are used as a reference in writing for discussion and conclusions. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be seen that the importance of skills to be mastered by teachers so that the learning carried out can provide a pleasant learning atmosphere. These skills include skills in using learning media, learning models, and teaching skills.

Abstract

Abstract: The use of media in the learning process can arouse motivational desires and stimuli of learning activities, even bring psychological influences to students, especially elementary-age students. The use of learning media will help the effectiveness of the learning process and the delivery of messages and content of learning. Learning media is useful to clarify teaching materials, overcome space and time, encourage children to be more active, and can improve cooperation. The benefits of using a learning media will be felt optimally if the teacher is able to choose and use the media in accordance with its purpose and function. Media puzzle made of unused cardboard is one of the many media that can be obtained from the surrounding environment that is useful for learning. In addition, it is useful for students learning media is also useful for educators. Educators will also get the leadership to design learning media, create and maintain media facilities and infrastructure of learning media well.

Abstract

This paper presents how the model is Problem Based Learning (PBL)applied to the material (IPA) in grade IV Elementary School. PBL is a learning approach that uses real-world problems as a context for students to optimize students' thinking skills through a systematic group or team work process, so that students can empower, hone, test, and develop their thinking skills on an ongoing basis. The PBL learning model also provides opportunities for students to stimulate higher-order thinking. The steps of the learning model have 5 stages, namely the learning model. the PBL lesson implementation phase in the process has five phases, the first 1) The student orientation phase on the problems contained in the PBL, 2) The stage of organizing students to learn, 3) The stage of guiding individual and group investigations, 4) The stage of developing and presenting the results, and 5) The stage of analyzing and evaluating the problem solving process.

Abstract

The Basic Education Dance course is oriented to give an experience, theoretical and practical knowledge of creating creative dance. Characteristics of the resulting dance is the dance of elementary school age children. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of cultivating and the work of dance students of the STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin Dance Education Study Program class 2017 as a basic education dance product. This type of research is qualitative by using interview data collection techniques, observation, literature study and documentation. The results of the research obtained are that there are three stages in creating dance, consisting of exploration, improvisation and composition. The method of imitation of animals, namely the metamorphosis of butterflies, becomes the theme and basic reference in the processing of dance works. The result of the work is entitled Butterfly Metamorphosis with the storyline of the Butterfly life cycle. Although, using simple movement techniques, the dance has the potential as a learning model and teaching material for students in grades 4-6 of elementary school. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru serta aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran dan peningkatan hasil belajar PKn dengan menggunakan kombinasi model pembelajaran Think Pair and Share (TPS), Simulasi, dan Word Square. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan 3 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VB SDN Pemurus Luar 1 Banjarmasin tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Instrumen data yang digunakan yaitu berupa pengamatan aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa dan butir-butir soal untuk hasil evaluasi belajar siswa. Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan distribusi, frekuensi, persentase, dan deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan kombinasi model pembelajaran Think Pair and Share (TPS), Simulasi, dan Word Square mampu memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru, serta meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Setting penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VA SDN KARANG MEKAR 5 BANJARMASIN yang berjumlah 27 siswa terdiri dari 16 orang laki-laki dan 11 orang perempuan tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas guru telah mencapai skor 34 dengan kriteria sangat baik, aktivitas siswa dalam mengikuti proses kegiatan pembelajaran mencapai persentase klasikal 93% dengan kategori sangat aktif, dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai ketuntasan 96%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dapat memperbaiki aktivitas guru, meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan kombinasi model Mind Mapping, Think Pair and Share dan Word Square pada materi Daur Air dan Peristiwa Alam di kelas VA SDN KARANG MEKAR 5 BANJARMASIN.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on education. Primary school is one of the levels that feel the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Education at the elementary school level is an initial milestone in the formation of student character, so that if done online the function of developing and monitoring educators becomes ineffective. This research aims to find out the impact of learning implementation on teachers and students at the elementary school level in SD Negeri 6 Raja. The method used in this study is a qualitative method obtained through interview activities directly to educators in SD Negeri 6 Raja. Broadly speaking, the results obtained illustrate that online learning in SD Negeri 6 Raja is very influential on educators and learners. There are more negative effects than positive effects. The benefit of this research is to enrich references about the implementation of online learning at the elementary school level, especially in areas outside Java.
