Abstract

The research’s purpose is to improve the analysis ability of energi and energi source through the use of learning models Reading – Concept Map – Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectual (Remap-SAVI) in class IV SDN Bratan 2 Surakarta 2018/2019 school year. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consisted of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The subject of this research are the 30 of class IV SDN Bratan 2 Surakarta, comprising 17 male students and 13 female students. This study uses observational techniques, interviews, documentation, and tests. Data analysis using interactive data analys with step of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validity test techniquw uses content validity and triangulation. The result of this research showed that the initial pre-action test score were 57 with classical completeness of 0%, increased in the first cycle by 64 with classical completeness of 23%, then in second cycle it increased significantly to 77 with classical completeness of 83%. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that through the application of the Remap-SAVI learning model can improve the analysis ability of energi and energi source in class IV SDN Bratan 2 Surakarta 2018/2019 school year.Keywords: Reading – Concept Map – Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectual (Remap-SAVI), analysis ability

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research was to improve comprehension reading ability, through used Cooperative Script learning model for 5th grade of elementary school student at Surakarta on 2018/2019. This study was a classroom action research. The subjects of this study were class teacher and 32 students from 5th grade of elementary school student. The procedure of this research consisted of 2 cycle, each cycle consisted of 2 learning process. Data collection of this research was done by interviewing, observing, comprehension reading ability testing, and documenting technique. The data’s validity in this research was done by using content validity, source triangulation, and tecnique triangulation. Qualitative data of this research were analysed throught use analysis interactif model (Miles and Huberman), while quantitative data of this research were analysed throught use descriptive comparative model. The classical average value of student’ comprehension reading ability test increased from the first cycle to the second cycle. The classical average of the first cycle was 73,41 (59,4%), it increased to 79.84 (84,4%) in the second cycle. Based on the result of this study, it concluded that Cooperative Script learning model could increase the comprehension reading ability of 5th grade of elementary school student.Keyword: comprehension reading ability, cooperative script learning model, elementary school

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between parent’s guidance and the application of curriculum 2013 toward student’s attitude of 4th grade primary school students. The form of this research was  quantitative correlation. The sample of this research were the students of fourth grade of elementary school in Ngemplak, sub-district of Boyolali regency academic year 2018/2019.  Data collection techniques are conducted by questioner, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis technique is a quantitative inferensial technique. The conclusion  of this research is ‘there is a positive relationship between parent’s guidance and the application of curriculum 2013 toward student’s attitude of 4th grade primary school students’

Abstract

Abstract. This research purposed to increase the reading comprehension skill by using the DRTA strategy on students class V SDN Bibis Wetan student year 2018/2019. The form of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAT) held in two cycles. Everycycle was consist of 4 steps as following planning, action, observe, and reflection. The subject of this research was teacher and students was amounts 36 students. The technique of collecting datas were documentation, observation, interviewing, and test. The datas were analysed by using interactive analysis (Miles and Huberman). The data validity used source triangulation and  technical triangulation. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to improve the reasoning skills in the plan figure by applying Means Ends Analysis learning model. The subjects of this research were students of IV class at SDN Serengan II Surakarta in the 2018/2019 academic year, totalling 28 students. This research is a Classroom Action Research with three cycles. Data collection techniques are using observations, interviews, test and documentation. Data validity tests are using technique triangulation. Interactive model of Miles-Huberman was used to data analysis technique. The initial condition of reasoning skills of IV class the average value class score of 32,64 with 0% in classical completeness. The first cycle began with the first learning resulting in increased 7,14% with 41,00 of average, second learning was 21,43% with 49,14 average. The study continued with second cycle with percentage 57,14% with average 68,79, second learning was 50% with 72,68 average. The study continued with third cycle with the percentage was 78,57% with 77,07 average, second learning was 85,71%  with 81,21 average. Based on the results, it can be concluded that through the application of the Means Ends Analysis model can improve the reasoning skills in class IV SDN Serengan II Surakarta 2018/2019 academic year.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to improve reading comprehension skills in fictional texts through the use of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model at fourth grade students at SDN Jenengan 3 Boyolali in academic year 2018/2019. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was done in two cycle. In each cycle consists of the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The subjects of this research was researchers, fourth grade teachers and fourth grade students with 28 students. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The technique used to check the validity is triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is a comparative descriptive technique and interactive analysis techniques. Data analysis includes: data reduction, explanation, data (data display) and conclusion. The results of this research show the average class also increased, at the pre-action stage 45.71 with classical completeness of 28.57% then in the first cycle it increased to 65.65 with classical completeness of 42.85% and in the second cycle it increased to 79.46 with classical completeness of 89.28%. Based of the result, the conclusion Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model can improve the reading comprehension skill of fourth grade student at SDN Jenengan 3 Boyolali in academic year 2018/2019.                Keywords: think talk write (TTW) model, skills, reading comprehension, elementary school

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the cooperation social attitude in social studies learning throught the used of Decision Making in IV grade of state primary school Munggung 1 Surakarta at 2018/2019 academic year. Subject of the reseach are teacher and student totally 20 students. The research is a classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in three cycles. The data collection techniques used of interview, observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles-Huberman. The validity of the data using triangulation of data sources and triangulation of data collection techniques. The first cycle resulting in a percentage of 35% in classical, the second  cycle resulting a percentage of 60% and the third cycle resulting in a percentage of 80% in classical terms.

Abstract

Abstract. A purpose of this research is for intensify an understanding of concepts at the energy sources by applying learning models Auditory, Intellectually and Repetition for students in class IV of SD Negeri Tegalrejo No. 98 Surakarta. This study used classroom action research on 3 cycles that every cycles consisted of 4 innings composed  of planning, implementation, observation, & reflection. Subject from this reseacrh are students and teacher in class IV SD Negeri Tegalrejo No. 98 Surakarta as many 30 students. The reseachers as preceptor on this reseacrh. Data from this study is collect by teacher and students through surveilance, debriefing, documentation, & test. Data is validated by using content validity, source & technique triangulations. Data analyzed by using interactive analysis from Milles and Huberman and comparative descriptive. Abstract

The purpose of research design was to increase the capability solve the story problem of presenting data by appliying the TGT learning model. Two cycles was used in this research design amount teacher and student 5th grade of primary school of SD N Mangkuyudan Surakarta conduct 30 students as the subject research. The data collecting techniques were test, observation, interview, and documentation. And the analyze data used a modified learning model with activities carried out outside the classroom. The first cycle result is of 50% for classical and result of second cycle is a 83,33% for classical. The conclusion is applying TGT model activities can work up the capability solve the story problem of presenting data in the fifth grade of SD N Mangkuyudan Surakarta in the 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to improve the understanding of the concept about comparing simple fractions with the application of model pair checks. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted for two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques are using tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data validity test techniques are using content validity, source and technical triangulation. Data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed the average value of the pre-action class score of 55,55 (14,28%), in the first cycle the average value increased to 73,55 (61,90%), and second cycle the average value increased to 80,93 (90,48%). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that through the application of model pair checks can improve the understanding of the concept about comparing simple fractions for third grade of SDN Asinan 2, Bawen, Semarang in the academic year 2018/2019.Keywords : concept understanding, comparing simple fractions, and model pair checks
