The background of this research the number of students who have an attitude of juvenile delinquency is on the low category, attitude is the tendency level that is positive or negative relating to the object of psychology. One of the factors suspected to affect the attitude is attention parents. This study aims to: (1) describe the student’s attitudes toward juvenile delinquency, (2) describe the attention parents, and (3) test a significant positive relationship between attention parents with student’s attitudes toward juvenile delinquency.This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive correlational. The study population is 728 students Junior High School 25 Padang registered in July-December of periode academic 2019/2020 and a sample of 238 students were selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used was a questionaire the attention parents with reliability 0.097 and questionnaires student’s attitudes toward juvenile delinquency with the reliability of 0.862. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment technique.The findings show that: (1) attention parents are in good enough category, (2) students' attitudes toward juvenile delinquency are in the good category, (3) and there is a significant positive relationship between attention parental attitudes toward juvenile delinquency with a correlation coefficient of 0.234 and a significance level of 0.000.

The background of this research is the students who have lack confidence because of themselves or their environment. The aim of this research is: to describe confidence of the students negative reinforcement was given, to describe confidence of the student after negative reinforcement was given and the effectiveness of negative reinforcement to increase confidence of the student. Research design of this research is quasi experimental. The population of this research is 259 students and the sampling is 50 students using purposive sampling. The technique of data analysis is using percentage technique and t-test analysis. The results of this research are: (1) confidence of the student before being given negative reinforcement in fairly confidence category, (2) confidence of the students after being given negative reinforcement in fairly confidence category, (3) negative reinforcement is effective in increasing the confidence of the students with the result of t-test is negative reinforcement 2,121. Therefore, effective negative reinforcement methods are applied to the classroom educators to help learners improve their self confidence.

The internet which is often used as a supply of various information and entertainment turns out to have many impacts. Impacts that are often caused are generally negative, one of which is the tendency of individuals to access matters relating to pornography or sexuality commonly known as cybersex. Cybersex can be interpreted as sexual activities, sexual shows or conversations that lead to matters relating to sexuality. But the reality in the field there are still students who access porn sites so that, can disrupt daily activities. If this problem is not resolved early on, this will have a negative impact on the individual. Allegedly one of the factors that influence it is self-control. Self-control is the ability to guide one's own behavior, the ability to emphasize or block impulses or impulse behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and the tendency of cybersex behavior of students at Adabiah Padang Senior High School and the implications for guidance and counseling services. This type of research is a correlational descriptive study with quantitative methods. The population of this study was all male and female students of class X and XI majoring in Natural Sciences and Social Sciences at Adabiah Padang Senior High School, with a total sample of 149 students. Sample selection using Purposive Sampling technique. The research instrument used was a self-control questionnaire and cybersex with a Likert scale model. The results revealed that (1) the tendency of cybersex behavior of students in Adabiah Padang senior high school on average was categorized very high, (2) Self-control of students in Adabiah Padang senior high school was on average categorized low (3) There was a significant negative relationship between self-control with the tendency of cybersex behavior of students at Adabiah Padang Senior High School. Based on the research findings, it is suggested to the school counselor to be able to provide counseling services namely information services, content mastery services, individual counseling services, group counseling services and group guidance in order to help students who have self-control problems and cybersex behavioral tendencies.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who have high learning achievement and low learning achievement, who have a lack of trust with their abilities, feel pessimistic, doubtful, lack of confidence, easily offended when disagreeing with others, doing denial and run away from problems if they make mistakes with their friends, are not satisfied with their learning achievements. This relates to students' self esteem and their learning achievement. This study aims to: (1) describe the self esteem of high learning achievement and low learning achievement students, (2) compare of student’s self esteem who have high learning achievement and low learning achievement students.This research uses quantitative methods with with a comparative descriptive type. The population of this study were 848 students of SMPN 13 Padang. The total sample of 238 students was selected using the Purposive Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used was an self esteem questionnaire for students. Data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of t-test techniques.The results of the study revealed the self esteem of students on; (1) Self Esteem of student’s with high learning achievement is in the high category, (2) Self Esteem of student’s with low learning achievement is in the high category, (3) there are differences which is significant regarding the self esteem of high learning achievement and low learning achievement students.

For adolescents, the need for greater interaction with peers. Peer interaction in adolescence also impacts development in later years. One of the tasks of adolescent development is to strengthen self control (the ability to control oneself). Individuals with good self control are able to control themselves in interacting with other individuals. High or low self-control can be seen from three aspects, namely (1) behavioral control, (2) cognitive control, and (3) decision control. This study aims to describe the self-control of men and women in social interactions, and examine the differences in self-control in social interactions between male and female students. This research uses comparative quantitative descriptive research methods. The sample of the research is 207 Pertiwi 1 Padang students. The instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale model. The data is processed using descriptive statistical techniques and to test the difference in levels the t-test formula is used using the SPSS 16.0 application. The research findings show that: (1) the overall level of self-control of male students in social interaction is in the high category, (2) the level of self-control of female students in social interaction is in the high category, (3) there is a significant difference between controls self male students with female students in social interactions that is self control of female students higher than male students.

This research is motivated by there are still students who experience difficulties and obstacles in planning their careers. This study aims to describe student career planning, describe parental social support and examine the relationship between parental social support and student career planning. This research is in the form of correlational descriptive with a sample of 269 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. From the research results it is known that students' career planning is in the good category, parental social support is in the high category and there is a significant positive relationship between parental social support and student career planning

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that students spend 5-6 hours playing online games, do not eat on time, and do not care about the social environment because playing online games is more interesting according to them. Students also often play games in class if the teacher is boring, students often want to go home quickly to be able to play games in thearnet, in a day students are able to play games 2-3 hours, and during school holidays students play online games for up to 4 hours more a day. This study aims to: (1) Describe students' online game addictions before being given group guidance services, management, and (4) Describe the differences in online game addiction of students in groups that are given group guidance services and groups that are provided with group guidance services using self-management techniques. . The subjects of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau, registered in 2019/2020, amounting to 30 people. The research instrument used was an online game addiction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and the Test Difference technique with the help of the SPSS For Windows 20.0 program. The results of the study revealed that (1) the results of the analysis of the pretest data obtained information that the addiction of the online game of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau students was in the High category (2) the results of the posttest data analysis in the experimental group provided group guidance services using self management techniques obtained information that addicted to the online game of Sungai Limau High School 2 students in the Low category, (3) The results of the posttest data in the control group provided group guidance services without using self management techniques obtained information that the addiction of online games of Sungai Limau High School 2 students was in the Medium category, (4) the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS 20.0 obtained information that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. This means that the hypothesis proposed in the study is accepted where group guidance services using effective self management techniques to prevent addiction to playing online games.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students not completing school work within the deadline due to lack of confidence in their abilities. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The study population numbered 745 students and a sample of 282 students in SMP N 25 Padang. The sampling technique used in this study is Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire of the relationship of confidence with academic procrastination with a choice of Likert scale model answers. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with percentage techniques and to see the relationship between the two variables used statistical analysis with the Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique with the help of the SPSS For Windows 20.0 program. The results of the study revealed that: 1) In general most of the results of the study revealed the confidence of students in SMP Negeri 25 Padang having a moderate level of confidence. 2) Most of the results of the study revealed the academic procrastination of students at SMP Negeri 25 Padang in the medium category. 3) There is a significant negative correlation of self-confidence with students' academic procrastination in SMP Negeri 25 Padang meaning that the higher the level of student's self-confidence, the lower the student's academic procrastination.

Through placement and channeling services the guidance and counseling teacher seeks to help one or more individuals to independently be able to dig up, determine and develop potential, interests, talents, attitudes and goals based on current values, so some students can plan or determine what majors are appropriate for them. This method of study is descriptive research that aims to describe any data that is available for student placement services at the senior high school 4 south Bengkulu. The data collection techniques use the angkets, by alternate answers to use Likert scale. Overall research results include all of the indicators for variable service placement and distribution to majors or study programs in the category resulting in a percentage of 70,8%. The results of the study are that guidance and counseling teacher could continue to practice more advanced student placement in accordance with the student’s potential. The students can increase their knowledge of work by working together with guidance and counseling teacher, so students don’t have a very poor understanding of majors.

Teachers are expected to guide students to achieve optimal development through teaching-learning process especially to students who face difficulties at school; for instance, unstabilize their emotion. Because of this unstable emotion, it is impacted to relationship harmony between teacher and the students itself. The goal of this article to discuss teachers’ effort in guiding emotion of students in the scope of: teenager and their developmental duties, emotional development and youngster’ emotional maturity, teacher/parent efforts in fostering adolescent development.
