Task work skills are a skill to do tasks with various techniques and methods used. One that affects task-doing skills is self-efficacy, Sis with high self-efficacy will believe in her abilities, work on things well and don't give up on challenges, including in doing assignments. Students who actually have good skills in doing assignments, but because of low self-efficacy have an effect on the work they do. This study aims to find out the picture of student self-efficacy, the description of student task skills, and the relationship between self-efficacy and the task skills of SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Penuh students. This study used a descriptive correlational method with a total sample size of 243 selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Collecting data using self-efficacy questionnaires and task skills with a Likert scale model. The results of the study revealed (1) students 'self-efficacy was in the very high category with a score of 127 and a percentage of 52.3%, (2) the students' task work skills were in the high category with a score of 155 and a percentage of 63.8%. (3) there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and work skills with the Pearson correlation of 0.620 and a significant of 0.000. Thus, counseling teachers can design service programs to help students improve self-efficacy and task-doing skills for the better.

Self-determination is the ability of individuals to choose and determine the actions to be achieved in determining their future. Self-determination includes three indicators namely competence, autonomy and interrelation. If the individual or adolescent has low self-determination, he will perform actions or behaviors in accordance with peer group members, in this case related to peer conformity. conformity is behavior that arises because of the desire of individuals to imitate the attitudes and behavior of others, peers make it difficult for adolescents to believe in themselves and tend to trust more in peer groups. This study aims to: (1) describe the level of peer conformity in adolescents, (2) describe the level of teen self-determination, (3) test whether there is a significant relationship between peer conformity and adolescent self-determination.This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational description method, with a sample of 249 students from SMA Negeri 12 Padang, using Stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed via the Google forms application. Based on likert scale. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson Product Moment correlation techniques with the help of the SPSS program.The results revealed that: (1) Peer conformity was in the moderate category with a frequency of 48%, (2) self-determination was in the moderate category with a frequency of 33%, and (3) There was a significant positive relationship between peer conformity with self-determination with coefficient correlation of 0.282 with a significance level of 0,000.

Students anxiety is a state of the student's condation which characterized byphysical and psychological tension that will affect academic success and concentration. furthermore, self-efficaci is also one of the influencing factors. This study aims to see the description of academicself-efficacy and student anxiety when facing final exam at SMP Negeri 2 Padang. This research is descriptive correlational research. With a sample size of 127 students who were selected using a proportional random sampling technique. The data was collectingusing academic self-efficacy questionnaires and student anxiety questionnaires facing final exams with a Likert scale model. The results showed (1) the academic self-efficacy of students, in general, was in the high category as many as 71 people with 55.91%, (2) the anxiety of students facing final exams was mostly in the moderate category as many as 69 people with a score of 54.33%, (3) there is a significant negative correlation between academic self-efficacy and students' anxiety facing final semester exams at SMP Negeri 2 Padang of -0.609 with a significance value of 0.00. These findings can be used as a reference for counseling teachers in making programs to provide BK services to students.

Habits are created because of something accustomed, so that habits can be referred to as actions or skills always, not changing for a long time, so that those deeds and skills can really be recognized and the conclusion becomes a routine that is hard to leave. Routine can also be referred to as the motion of an action that runs easily and seems to run by itself. This action was initially caused by the mind that carried out the consideration and planning, so that later it would lead to actions which if this act were repeated so that it would become a routine.

The pressures of life that continue to increase during the Covid-19 pandemic have made people stressed in living their lives. Therefore, to ease the burden of life so as not to be stressed, advice is needed to deal with a lot of problems properly and to run life normally. For a Muslim, the source of advice in life is the Qur'an. As the word of Allah SWT which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad to be used as a life guide for humans, it contains various values that can be used as lessons in life. To understand the values, the author researched the words mau'izhah in the Qur'an and its relation to counseling science. This study aims to find out the explanation of the Qur'an about Mau'izah and its relation to advice in counseling science. The method used in this study is library research. The results of this research showed that the word mau`izhah in the Al-Qur'an has several meanings, namely: religious law, warning, and advice. The last meaning is closely related to counseling science.

Motivation for student learning by several factors, one of which is self-efficacy which refers to the belief in an individual's ability to be able to meet the situation that is being used by the individual. Students' confidence in their own abilities in carrying out learning activities is called academic self-efficacy. This study aims: (1) to describe the academic self-efficacy of students who have high learning motivation, (2) to describe the academic self-efficacy of students who have low learning motivation, (3) to describe the significant difference between the academic self-efficacy of students who have motivation study high and low. This type of research is comparative descriptive using the chi-square analysis technique. The research subjects were all students who had high and low learning motivation in grades VII and VIII at the SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. A sample of 146 people, selected using stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The findings of the study revealed that the academic self-efficacy of students who had high learning motivation at the SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP was classified as high, there is no academic self-efficacy of students who had low learning motivation at the SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. And chi-squre analysis revealed that there was difference between the academic self-efficacy of students who had high and low learning motivation at the SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students trying to open pornographic sites via smartphones, students seeing how expensive smartphones are owned as a measure of social status, and there are students who are not happy when the use of smartphones is limited by teachers. This study aims to: (1) describe the attitudes of students using smartphones from the cognitive components, (2) to describe the attitudes of students using smartphone users from the affective component, and (3) to describe the attitudes of students using smartphone users from the conative component. This research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were all students of SMPN 4 Lembah Melintang West Pasaman Regency who were actively registered in the 2019/2020 school year. The number of subjects was 32 students with the criteria of students using smartphones. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study revealed that (1) the attitudes of smartphone users in terms of cognitive components were in the low category, (2) the attitudes of smartphone users in terms of the affective components were in the medium category, and (3) the attitudes of smartphone users in terms of the components. conative is in the low categoryBased on the research findings, it is suggested that BK teachers or school counselors be able to provide guidance and counseling services, information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services to students, in order to help and minimize students falling into the wrong attitude towards smartphone use.

The Covid-19 virus has an impact on the world of education, the impact of students is not ready and the most feared is the long-term effects. Another result is the loss of students' learning motivation. Learning motivation is a very important part of learning. Learning motivation is an intrinsic and extrinsic motivation or will that causes a person to do learning activities.This case study aims to help students improve learning motivation through individual counseling self-management techniques.This research uses descriptive methods through action research. The target audience in the case study with the title of improving learning motivation through individual counseling self-management techniques is 1 junior high school student located in Medan.Data collection techniques are observation and document study. The results obtained in the form of improved student learning motivation through individual counseling self management techniques.

Today, the phenomenon of student cheating behavior is still often found in the field. One of the factors causing the occurrence of cheating behavior is the low self-confidence of students or the low self-efficacy of students. This study aims to see an overview of students 'cheating behavior, student self-efficacy, and to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and students' cheating behavior. The research method used is descriptive and correlational approaches. The study population was the students of SMA Negeri 3 Padang, amounting to 667 students, with a sample of 250 students who were selected by using stratified random sampling technique. Collecting data using a Likert scale model questionnaire. To see the relationship between the two variables using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The results of this study indicate: 1) student self-efficacy is in the high category with a frequency of 144 and a percentage of 57.6%, 2) the student's cheating behavior is in the medium category with a frequency of 48% 3) there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and cheating behavior with rxy = - 0.497 and a significant level of 0.000.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who often skip class without clear information, being around the school while sitting in the canteen during class hours. This is because students are not interested in lessons and are bored in learning. This study aims to describe truancy behavior in terms of the causes and teachers' efforts to overcome it.This type of research is descriptive using quantitative methods. The population of this study was 278 students of SMPN 34 Padang who were registered in the 2019/2020 school year, with a total sample of 54 students who were truant, the sample selection used a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. This study describes the factors that cause truant students to be in the low category, and based on the indicators (1) the students' own factors are in the high enough category with a percentage (38.89%), (2) family factors are in the low category with a percentage (55, 56%), (3) school factors are in the low category with a percentage (37.04%), and community factors in the school environment are in the high enough category with a percentage (44.44%). Furthermore, the teacher's efforts to overcome truant students are in the high enough category, and based on the indicators (1) enforcing school discipline is in the very high category with a percentage (37.04%), (2) helping to overcome problems experienced by students is in the high category with a percentage (35.19%), (3) providing facilities, learning facilities and infrastructure is in the high enough category with a percentage (42.59%), and (4) establishing cooperation with various parties is in the high enough category with a percentage ( 53.70%).
