Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of religious therapy in the rehabilitation process of drug addicts in the al-Kamal rehabilitation center at the Sibolangit Center. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely by parsing, explaining, and describing the problems that are closely related to the research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews involving counselors, religious counselors and some patietnts and documentation. The data analysis techique in this studi is a qualitative data analysis teachnique using adjusted effectiveness indicators and then analyzed through the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation and data conclusion. This research was conducted at the Al Kamal Sibolangit Center rehabilitation Center. The results obtained show that the role of religious therapy in drug addicts patients carried out at the Al-Kamal rehabilitation center at the Sibolangit Center greatly affects the recovery process for the patient until the time specified by the patient can return to normal witgg a healthy mentel and physical health. The obstacles and constraints faced by patients when carrying out religious therapy are their emotional instability, then various factors from their families, such as a lot of pressure from their families or a lack of love from their families and so on.Keywords: Religious Therapy, Drug Addicts Patients, Rehabilitation Homes.

Abstract

Abstract. This article wants to explore justice as conceptualized by Islamic theology in various disciplines. In the discussion of Islamic theology, in addition to the existence of obligations, there is also what is called rights. Related to these rights, of course it cannot be separated from what is called justice or a sense of justice. The justice contained in Islamic teachings is put forward to be indoctrinated by various scientific aspects, both philosophy, morals, theology and law. This study specifically discusses the relationship between rights and justice which are conceptualized and taught in Islamic Theology. The result is that in Islamic theology, the provision and provision of the rights of a person or group cannot be separated from the existence of an important principle, namely justice.Keywords: Justice, Theology, Islam

Abstract

According to the Sei Rotan Village Community, Pawang Hujan is someone who is good at moving or controlling rain using masical or supernatural science which is carried out by means of rituals using several requirements such as fresh red chillies that still have stems, salt, and nails. Provided by the person who is doing the celebration. According to the belief of the Sei Rotan village community, for people who want to do a celebration event or a wedding party, you should use the services of a rain handler for the smooth running of the eent without any obstacles because of the coming rain. The purpose of study is to see whether the use of the services of the rain handler and how the procedure of the implementation of this rain handler deviates from the Islamic aqeedah which can lead to acts of shirk towards Allah that we should make a place to ask for any help. The type of this thesis research is a qualitative research model with descriptive methods by means of observation or observing whether the tradition of using the services of this rain handler deviates from islamic aqidah as the purpose of this thesis is made. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the existence of Wilayatul Hisbah on the good an bad behavior of the community in Aceh Tamiang district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely by parsing, explaining, and describing the close problems in the study. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews involving Wilayatul Hisbah, the community, border preachers and several members of the village mosque youth and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were qualitative data analysis techniques using adjusted effectiveness indicators and the analized through data collection, reduction, presentation, and data collection stages. This research was conducted at the Wilayatul Hisbah office Aceh Tamiang Regency and the community.  Since the implementation of Islamic law in Aceh province, the community must be more careful abaout committing violations that have been determined by the government in Aceh Tamiang district. One of the qanuns is qanun number 11 of 2002 concerning aqidah, worship, syi’ar Islam. Wilayatul Hisbah himself had a very important task as a major role in implementing the qanun. As we all know, every time there is a rule there is always someone who commits a violation, but at least with the existence of strict rules andsanctions the offender will be ashamed to commit the same violation.Keywords : Influence, Wilayatul Hisbah, Violations of Aqidah.

Abstract

Abstract. Syi'ah in the history of Islamic thought is a stream that emerged due to politics and subsequently developed into a stream of theology. Since the death of the Prophet and the interruption of revelation, problems have continued to arise in the lives of the companions, especially in matters of law. Islamic law is a logical reflection of the struggles of various actual situations which have resulted in works of figh. That way, the character of fiqh that was born was to meet the needs of the people of his time. The method used in this paper is qualitative-descriptive, namely elaborating works on the development of Shi'ah in the Islamic world to answer the objectives of this paper. In the field of legal thought, the Shi'ites have their own Usul Fiqh and istinbat principles which differ greatly from those of the existing Sunni schools of thought. This Shi'a school consists of several groups which have different beliefs. So that in the field of proposal they reject all grounds that are not in accordance with their mazhab. The Shi'ah Imamiyah consists of twelve imams who become their marja '(role models) in matters relating to matters of religious teachings. Generally, the Shi'ah Imamiyah circles have their own basis for performing legal istinbat, namely based on the Al-Kitab, Al-Sunnah, Al-Ijma 'and Al-Aql.Keywords: Syi’ah, Islamic Law

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis research is to find out the view of Medan MUI on the Deviations of Islamic Aqeedah in Society, this study uses the Phenomenology method in the form of understanding, examples and phenomenological methods.  which is consciously and individually experienced by a group of individuals in his life.  With the connection with the deviation of Islamic Aqeedah in society in the city of Medan. Related to the issues that will be discussed in this Journal, Medan MUI believes that the deviation of the Islamic Aqeedah is an issue that is in contact with the principles in Islamic teachings.  Because of that, aqeedah requires unity which is the main understanding in the faith. The touching is against and contradicting the basics that have been qath'i in Islamic teachings, for example related to faith and others.Keywords: Deviations, Islamic Aqeedah, MUI Medan City.

Abstract

There is an issue of radicalism in Indonesia and the development of current hijrah phenomena that make the college students interested in following it without having to first review who they are studying, worried attitudes, and radicalism entering the campus to attack and change the mindset of students. Radicalism is fanatical to an opinion, permeates the opinions of others, and ignores the welfare of Islam, is not dialogues, likes to disdain other groups of people who disagree, and do textual in understanding religious texts without considering maqasihid al-syari’at (the essence of sharia). This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method that is to decrypt the problem in its entirety as a problem and then analyze the problem. The purpose of this research is to find out the function and role of the Student Institution, the student body's response to radicalism, and the role of the college student institutions in countering radicalism in the Faculty of Ushuluddin and UINSU Islamic Studies. The data was obtained from interviews with several speakers, namely with several DEMA-F and SEMA-F administrators, official websites, journals, and articles. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the college Student Institution's Response to Radicalism in UINSU Fusion is the same continuity and unrest from the board of the college Student Institute of The Faculty of Ushuluddin and UINSU Islamic Studies against radicalism. It should not be taken lightly so that it must be addressed before the wider spread and avoid the onset of unwanted impacts. The role of the college Student Institute of The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Studies of UINSU in countering Radicalism in the Faculty of Ushuluddin UINSU is to take several steps, among others: to increase the discussion about religious understanding, to conduct studies by presenting Ustadz/Kyai who have clear science and a track record of religious education, mapping, for college  students who appear to have begun to be affected by radicalism, consulted with the Dean/faculty leader, and rejected any activities affiliated with the radicalism movement.Keywords: The role of the college student, Radicalism.

Abstract

Abstract. Jalaluddin Rakhmat (Kang Jalal) is a bachelor's degree in communication science, a graduate of Pajajaran University (Unpad), Bandung, and a master of science in communication research from State University, Ames, Iowa, and a doctorate in political science, a graduate of the Australian National University in Australia(Rahmat, Bridging, p. 144). Jalal is a brilliant Muslim scholar and intellectual, he can speak across disciplines, not only in communication and political sciences, but he can engage in various disciplines of Islam in detail and depth, even his uniqueness gained recognition from Muslim intellectuals and scholars in Indonesia. Abstract

The rise of evil that existed in this period began from free association, abuse of drugs, theft and others. The moral deterioration is very much happening and the way to cope with it is by deepening the science of religion, which is with a lot of scientific knowledge of Tauhid. The science of Tauhid is a science that discusses the attributes of Allah SWT and his Messenger or called Aqaid Al-Khamsina. By studying the science of Tauhid can certainly reduce the number of criminality because by learning the science of Tauhid means a person's behavior will be much better. This research aims to determine the meaning of Aqaid Al-Khamsina and the explanation of each of these qualities. This research is included in Library research.  Primary data sources include the book by Imam Muhammad bin as-Sanusi named Umm al-Barahin, the publisher city of Kediri, the publisher name Santri Salaf Press, in the year 2015 and the book of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Fudholi named Kifayatul Awam, the publisher of Surabaya, the name of publisher Mutiara Ilmu, in the year 2018.  The secondary sources are books related to Aqaid Al-Khamsina, which is a book by Siradjuddin Abbas named I'itiqad Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah, a book by Abu Fikri Ihsani called Encyclopedia of Allah, a book by Imam Abil Izz Al-Hanafi named Tahdzib Syarah Aqidah Thahawiyah. In analyzing this research researchers use the Content analysis method (content analysis) is by means of drawing conclusions from several references that have been chosen, compared and combined.  The results of the research obtained is that Aqaid Al-Khamsina is a nature of Allah SWT and its Apostles that if in total there is 50 consisting of 20 mandatory nature of God, 20 impossibly god nature, 1 Jaiz nature, 4 mandatory nature of the Apostle, 4 the odds of the Apostle and 1 character Jaiz apostle. All of our mandatory qualities are known and Imani as the perfection of the creed.Keywords: Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah, Aqaid Al-Khamsina, Akidah, Tauhid.

Abstract

The tradition of taking a bath in the Minangkabau community in MuaroKiawai Village is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation, and is a tradition to give thanks to Allah SWT for a newborn, before the implementation of the tradition. including preparing various food menus, preparing betel and areca baths. The implementation process involves the bako and the baby's family. The purpose of study is too see the values contained in the tradition of taking a bath in the village of MuaroKiawai are: introducing children to the surrounding environment, after the big children are expected to become illuminators for society, religion and nation, being brave in upholding the truth can be successful people. The type of this jurnal research is a qualitative research model with descriptive methods by means of observation or observing whether the tradition of taking a bath in the Minangkabau Community in Muaro Kiawai deviates from Islamic Aqidah as the purpose of this Jurnal is made.Keywords: Tradition, Adat and Baby Bathing, Elements of Islamic Aqidah.
