Calculus is one of the basic subjects that must be mastered by every student of the mathematics education study program, if students cannot understand other mathematics-related courses, students will experience difficulties and will hinder their professionals from becoming good teachers. Because, a teacher must be able to convey information that is important for mathematics to be applied to daily life to students, this encourages students to be motivated to develop mathematics in the future related to technology. In current developments, teachers are trying to make mathematics learning strategies by using teaching aids to improve students 'reasoning abilities, so that students can provide based on students' experiences when doing it, but the biggest obstacle by teachers is the cost that is too large and the time is too long. And as a consideration, making ICT-based media is more effective in overcoming these two factors by developing Javascript geometry.

The study was conducted to analyze students errors when solving problems with flat side space. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 25 grade IX students from SMP Negeri 10 Cimahi for the 2020-2021 academic year. In the data collection stage, the researcher gave a description of the questions to the students, then corrected the results of the students answers, then analyzed some of the students answers as a sample. The percentage results show that the largest percentage of student error answers number 2 is 68% while the lowest percentage number 4 is 8%. The results of the study of student errors that often occur are confusion when solving problems because they do not understand the questions, are less careful when reading questions and are less careful when calculating and forgetting formulas. The contributing factor: students do not master the concept, only refers to memorizing formulas without knowing the origin of the BRSD formula which causes students to override basic concepts and lack mastery of prerequisite materials.

The material for building a flat side is one of the important materials, because the material in it is related to everyday life. This study aims to analyze students' errors in solving questions about the material for building flat sides, based on the Kastolan stages. The research subjects were 30 students of class VIII SMPN 1 Tirtajaya, in Karawang. The technique for collecting data used was in the form of a written test of 5 description questions. Furthermore, from the test results, several student answers were selected to be analyzed for each error according to the Kastolan stage. Data analysis carried out is data reduction, data presentation and finally drawing conclusions. The results obtained that the students' work found conceptual errors, namely students did not know the formula to be used and did not match the completion steps because they did not read the questions carefully, procedural errors, namely students did not finish to completion, and technical errors, namely students were wrong in counting so that they produced answers. wrong. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is that students still experience many of these 3 types of errors to solve the problem of the description of the flat side space.
