Abstract

Pengujian antara pengaruh usia terhadap aktualisasi diri pada karyawan Usaha UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut dilakukan pada penelitian ini, dimana variabel moderasi digunakan pada lingkungan kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut dengan sampel berjumlah 96 orang. Dari data yang fundamental hingga data minor digunakan pada penelitian ini. dari penelitian dan pengujian menunjukan bahwa gender dan usia memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan bagi aktualisasi diri, penyebab perubahan penting dalam mengaktualisasikan diri adalah dari lingkup kerja. Moderasi pada lingkup tersebut dapat memperkuat pengaruh usia terhadap aktualisasi diri, namun memperlemah pengaruh gender terhadap aktualisasi diri. R-Square yang didapat nilai sebesar 0,870, menunjukkan kaitan antara variabel gender, usia, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap aktualisasi diri sangat kuat dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 87,0%. Adanya hasil yang signifikan ini dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut.

Abstract

Situ Bagendit merupakan salah satu objek wisata danau yang dikelilingi persawahan dan perkampungan penduduk dengan latar panorama alam pegunungan yang indah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman wisatawan, kepercayaan, dan keputusan berkunjung pada wisatawan milenial Situ Bagendit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Survey penelitian dilakukan kepada 100 responden wisatawan milenial yang pernah mengunjungi objek wisata Situ Bagendit. Data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman wisatawan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

Daya optimisme pada perekonomian tahun 2023 dari dua belas subsektor industri yang berekspansi  menyumbang sebesar 80,1% pada kuantitas Produk Domestik Bruto. Industri manufaktur menjadi produk mayoritas tahun 2021 dimana ekspor hingga USD177,10 milyar serta menyumbang 76,49% dari total ekspor nasional sedangkan tahun 2023 berjumlah sebesar 51,3 %. Industri manufaktur berupa 178 perusahaan dalam bentuk tiga sektor pada barang produksi, industri kimia dasar, dan sektor industri lain yang menjadi salah satu sumber penerimaan pajak dengan potensi tersebut maka sektor ini menjadi salah satu unggulan penerimaan pajak nasional . Tujuan Penelitian untuk menggambarkan pengaruh dari corporate governance dan leverage pada tax avoidance perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor farmasi Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020 dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel melalui pendekatan  purposive sampling 7 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data analisis regresi berganda. Hasil menunjukan corporate governance dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance.

Abstract

Untuk menjadi perusahaan yang berdaya saing tinggi, perusahaan harus memiliki karyawan yang berpendidikan tinggi dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan . Tterdapat beberapa masalah kurangnya SDM yang professional yang berpendidikan tinggi dan SDM disana hanya sebatas dilatih secara teknis tanpa latar belakang pendidikan yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang ada pada PT. Tirtagangga Resort dan Hotel Garut.Tujuan pembuatan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran terkait pengaruh pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metoda penulisan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 38 responden untuk mengisi kuesioner dan memberikan tanggapan terkait variable yang diteliti. Hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukan pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karaywan.

The result of the analysis that has been done states that distribution, product features and community experience positively and significantly affect repurchase intentions partially and simultaneous examination states that distribution, product attributes, and community experience have a significant effect on repurchase intentions.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the strategies that SMK Insan Mandiri Garut should implement to increase graduates who are ready to work. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a special examination that is different in nature and generally uses a top-down examination. From the results it is known that the Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School research has not been successful in its implementation pattern. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the position of Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School is in quadrant 1. This means that Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School has opportunities and strengths so that existing opportunities can be utilized as well as possible by optimizing the strengths they have. The strategy that should be implemented in this condition is a growth-oriented strategy or known as the S-O strategy which includes: (a) Improving the quality of graduates through various academic achievements, competency certification, learning innovation, and establishing partnerships with more bona fide parties. business world; (b) Increasing the commitment/loyalty of teaching and education staff by ensuring their welfare; (c) Organizing a competency-based education and training model by utilizing developments in information and communication technology; and (d) Increasing the quality and quantity of prospective new student recruitment through promotional activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Personal Selling on Purchasing Decisions, and explain the variables related to Personal Selling and Purchasing Decisions using quantitative research methods. Personal Selling is a direct communication activity between salespeople and potential consumers to introduce a product to potential consumers and make consumers understand the product so that they will try to validate it. Based on the results of research conducted by Batik Garutan, this personal mutual influence is needed by conducting surveys and observations in observing and collecting data directly at predetermined times where the sample has been determined. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted to test the extent of the influence of Personal Selling on purchasing decisions for Batik Ceuria. This research was conducted on Batik Ceuria consumers with a sample size of 100 respondents. This research obtained results where the influence of personal sales greatly influenced purchasing decisions for CeuRia Tulis Batik by increasing sales. Based on the results and discussion, it is explained that personal sales have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a contribution of 61%, so that the personal sales variable is more influential than capital purchasing decisions, only having an influence of around 42%. on the calculation results of the coefficient of determination test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to testing the affect of tax awareness, tax service, and tax penalty on the tax compliance of the district’s treasurer in Garut Regency. The type of this research was quantitative with descriptive analysis research method. The samples in this research used probability sampling technique with cluster sampling, and it resulted in the total samples of 59 the district’s treasurer who were also taxpayers. The hypothesis testing was conducted through t-test. The result obtained from this research showed that the tax awareness and tax penalty influenced the tax compliance, while the tax service did not affect the tax compliance.

Abstract

The aim of this investigation was to discover 1) the results of external financing (DPK) on return on asset (ROA) profitability. 2) How is the result of consumer lending on return on asset (ROA) profitability? 3) How is the impact of external financing (DPK) and consumer financing on return on asset (ROA) profitability? The study's research methodology is the quantitative descriptive approach method. Participants in this study are all of Bank BJB's financial statements from its establishment through 2021. The data gathering technique was completed through a literature review a documentation study. Multiple linear regression is employed to analyze the data analysis. This investigation came to the conclusion that DPK has a favorable and important impact return on asset (ROA) profitability, partially consumer lending has a good and significant impact on return on asset (ROA) profitability, and then DPK and consumer lending together have an important and favorable impact on ROA profitability.
