Pembangunan kepariwisataan Indonesia dilaksanakan berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 10 Tahun 2009 tentang kepariwisataan. Pembangunan kepariwisataan diwujudkan melalui pelaksanaan rencana pembangunan kepariwisataan dengan memperhatikan keanekaragaman, keunikan dan kekhasan budaya dan alam, serta kebutuhan manusia untuk berwisata. Community Based Tourism merupakan model pengembangan pariwisata yang berasumsi bahwa pariwisata harus berangkat dari kesadaran nilai-nilai kebutuhan masyarakat sebagai upaya membangun pariwisata lebih bermanfaat bagi kebutuhan, inisiatif dan peluang bagi masyarakat lokal. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Desain Deskriptif (Descriptive Design) Penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif bertujuan menggambarkan secara tepat sifat-sifat suatu individu, keadaan, gejala atau kelompok tertentu, atau untuk menentukan frekuensi atau penyebaran suatu gejala atau frekuensi adanya hubungan tertentu antara suatu gejala dan gejala lain dalam masyarakat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan strategi dalam pengembangan wisata berbasis masyarakat menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat) berdasarkan faktor strategi eksternal (EFAS) dan faktor strategi internal (IFAS). Staregi S- T (Strenghs-Threats) merupakan strategi diversifikasi dengan memaksimalkan kekuatan kawasan untuk meminimalisir ancaman di Pulau Untung Jawa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur tingkat kepentingan daya tarik ekowisata Citamiang, Jawa Barat, bagi wisatawan dan juga kepercayaan wisatawan terhadap daya tarik tersebut. Sesuai dari hasil analisis Fishbein bahwa atraksi yang sangat dipercaya sebagai daya tarik ekowisata adalah atraksi trek herbal yakni dengan skor 2.04. Trek herbal memiliki point edukasi yang penting untuk wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Citamiang. Sedangkan sikap konsumen terbesar ada di atribut Jalan, yakni sebesar 10,43. Infrastruktur yang ada di Citamiang memang sudah dianggap baik oleh wisatawan. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat dibuat program interpretasi verbal dan non verbal yang sesuai untuk daya tarik ekowisata ini yaitu ‘Meet The Herbs’ sebagai program verbal dan ‘Find More Indonesia’ sebagai program non verbal. Sasarannya adala remaja-dewasa, karena karakteristik wisatawan yang datang ke Citamiang didominasi oleh remaja-dewasa. Program tersebut ditujukan agar wisatawan dapat menikmati dan sekaligus mendapatkan edukasi lingkungan.

The purpose of this research was to identify the culinary tour in Rungkut Surabaya, to analyze the public participation in the development of culinary tour of mangrove in Rungkut Surabaya and to identify development strategies culinary tour mangrove in Rungkut Surabaya. The existing development strategy can be a material consideration for mangrove or nature tourism Manager for mangrove culinary Manager. The design of this research uses descriptive method with the method mix proportion of qualitative methods is more dominant. To determine the strategy for the development of community- based culinary tourism in Rungkut Surabaya by using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis is obtained the results of the development strategies of community-based culinary tourism in Rungkut Surabaya i.e., among others: (1) to reproduce more human resources due to a product that has possess the raw material is seasonal (2) Increase thoroughness in providing product information to avoid the presence of the consumer that will produce processed independently (3) to make the activities of socialization for tourists in order to reduce the damage doneby tourists.

Educational tour or educational tour is a program that combines elements of tourism activities with the content of informal education in it. This program is packaged in such a way to be an annual tourism activity or extracurricular activities that have quality and weight for participants who follow this educational tour, the material to be used in this tour has been adjusted to the weight of participants and what information will be provided. village 99 Trees is one of the objects of educational-based tourism destination that provides tourism activities in the area of forest conservation and nature. The objective of the study was to identify the educational potential of Village 99 area and to develop education development strategy in village 99 area. The method used in this research is qualitative method, data collection with observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis in this study using SWOT analysis.The result of the research is SO's strategy which involves involving local communities in the development of educational tourism. Establishing cooperation with gold dome managers related to tourist management, Maintaining beautiful environmental conditions to keep cool, making group tour packages using fish objects.

Community participation is the participation of a person in a social group to take part in the ctivities of his community, outside his own work or profession. This study aims to see the characteristics of society, the level of community participation in the development of nature tourism in Curug Bidadari and the relationship of characteristics and levels of community participation. Methods of data collection conducted by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. The data obtained are then analyzed and presented quantitatively and supported by qualitative data, where the results will be expressed in percentage numbers. Data analysis techniques used in this study is to test the validity, reliability test and use the method of spearman rank analysis. The result of research shows that the characteristics of the society are seen in terms of age dominated by the age of 30-40 years as much as 40%, gender in female domination as much as 52%, education in dominance of high school graduates as much as 34% and work in entrepreneurial dominance by 44%. The level of community participation around Curug Bidadari falls into the moderate category of 85% and the relationship of the community participation variable to the characteristics of society as a whole has a very weak relationship. The development of public participation tourism is still less than the maximum due to lack of public understanding of the importance of participation in tourism development activities.

In Business activity company that moves in service industries event managemet / mice is depend one human resources in the field of event / mice. Many companies Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) / Professional Exhibition Organizer (PEO) / Destination Management Company (DMC) who recruited students of MICE in taste of Polytechnic Jakarta ( PNJ ) as outsourcing team in the event, it’s a good benefit for the company and students or pnj as institutions. However there are fundamental problem cant been seen at this time, where the system has no firm as search exists between resources and instiitutions as a human resources’s seeker. Based on the background, this research on a scheme the process of students as the power outsourcing work the mice into a thing that matters to do.This study aims to produce a system of labor outsourcing who controlled. In support of this research, and methods used in this study are: in-depth interview method and analysis of componential. Both in use for this method could describe data support in making the recruitment of a scheme to suit the needs of industry. The result of research is expected able to contribute to a system model recruitment suitable between the company pco / peo / dmc with institutions pnj in the future. Definitely that created a good system can be provide benefit which is balanced between the two sides.

This article explore the relationship between quality of performance towards satisfaction in Incentive Travel context. The research concluded that incentive travel in Europe has overall satisfaction of to attendees. Respondents were attendees who get reward from their company (Permata Bank). This study also conducted to measure of whether quality performance sub variable also affect to satisfaction. The aim is see how much attendees get the satisfaction from each sub variable. From the research finding revealed that of the four sub variables of performance quality, generic features and comfort amenities had the most influencing on determining satisfaction.

The Mpok Siti Tourists Bus (Jakarta Explore Bus) is established by Jakarta Provincial Government to support the tourism sector by enhancing accessibility. This tour bus offers a tour service around the city of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to explore service experience of the tour bus users and identify gaps in service experience using importance performance analysis. Survey was developed based on the following service experience dimensions: incentives, accessibility, comfort, utility, environment, benefits and trust. The research design used quantitative descriptive method through purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. Data processing techniques use the importance of performance analysis carried out by the excel program and SPSS 22.0. The results of analysis obtained the level of suitability between importance and performance at 96 percent on incentives, trust at 98 percent and accessibility at 84 percent. From survey conducted, it is also revealed that users have not considered the value of education as important in using the service, higher importance score was seen on the ease of traveling and physical appearance of the bus.

The use of MSPDM analysis in community-based tourism (CBT) areas quite helpful. CBT helps stakeholders in planning the development of tourist areas in rural destination. For CBT areas that have implemented disaster mitigation, what has been done is in line with the parameters in the MSPDM analysis. CBT Nglanggeran and Pentingsari in Yogyakarta and Penglipuran in Bali have implemented several things that support disaster mitigation in its areas. The purpose of disaster mitigation is primarily to reduce the risk of disasters that occur to local residents and visitors. Disaster mitigation measures are carried out and adjusted to the characteristics of the local environmental and cultural area.

This research will focus on the Tourist Destination Areas (DTW) of the museum considering the motives and tourist destinations are more unique, besides recreational motives there is an element of learning. The pattern of tourism in museum objects shows the fact that the number of tourist visits is relatively fixed from year to year. Investment in tourist destinations is very large, especially in artificial destinations. Visitors to tourist destinations, although satisfied, are less likely to visit again. So to foster loyalty it needs to be redefined. So this study aims to prove that high decisions do not necessarily form high loyalty. Therefore loyal tourists are not only willing to come back but are willing to promote the destinations visited either by word of mouth or recommend to others. This research uses a quantitative analysis method with an inferential approach. Theoretically, quantitative analysis in a study can be approached from two approaches, the first using descriptive statistics and the second using inferential statistics. Both types of statistics have different characteristics, both in terms of analytical techniques and the objectives that will result from the analysis. The output of this research is to develop the concept of strategy formulation for the marketing of tourist attraction objects especially museum destinations, and to develop the concept of marketing strategies in increasing tourist visits.
