This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning organizations and authentic personal branding on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator. Considering work achievement must be used as a goal to motivate employees in order to prepare themselves to enter the era of society 5.0. Data analysis techniques were carried out using structural equation model. The results of this study indicate that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence on authentic happiness on work achievement; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning organizations on authentic happiness; (3) there is a positive and significant influence on authentic personal branding on authentic happiness; (4) there is a positive and significant influence of learning organizations on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator; and (5) there is a positive and significant influence on authentic personal branding on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator.

Abstract

As the pioneer in multi-service platform, GO-JEK faces tight competition from other similar type of businesses. GO-JEK extends its product through a lot of extensions to strengthen GO-JEK’s position. This research aims to analyze the impact of brand extension strategy on brand image with customer experience as the mediating role. The type of research is explanative, research method using survey with quantitative approach, and data analyze using Sobel test to determine the impact of brand extension strategy on brand image with customer experience as the mediating role. Based on data analyze result from 378 samples, brand extension strategy gives significant contribution to customer experience, customer experience gives significant contribution to brand image, brand extension strategy gives significant contribution to brand image, and brand extension strategy through customer experience give significant contribution to brand image. So there’s mediating role of customer experience to mediating the impact of brand extension strategy on brand image of GO-JEK in Bandung.

Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the increase in muzaki loyalty through muzaki trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research was the zakat, infaq, and shadaqah Muhammadiyah institutions (LAZISMU) with the analysis unit of Muzaki in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive and explanatory survey with a minimum sample of 200 respondents, with the data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that the quality of service directly had a positive and significant effect on the trust and loyalty of muzaki; muzaki trust has a positive and significant effect on muzaki loyalty; service quality indirectly through muzaki trust has a positive and significant effect on muzaki loyalty; and service quality and muzaki trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on muzaki loyalty with a contribution (R2) of 65%. Other findings from this study indicate that muzaki trust is a partial intervening variable on the effect of service quality on muzaki loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the state of the Umrah and Hajj travel agents in the face of the Covid 19 pandemic that is currently happening. The research method used in this study is a descriptive study with a qualitative analysis approach, and uses the results of informant interviews and secondary data from correspondence reports that help provide secondary data to support this research. Corona virus or corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) has made the domestic economy contract, the Ministry of Finance noted several problems caused by the outbreak of this virus increased unemployment rate 1.2 million formal sector and 265,000 informal sector, Indonesian Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) below level 50 which is only 45.3 in March 2020. Third, more than 12,703 flights at 15 airports were canceled from January to February, with details of 11,680 domestic flights and 1,023 international flights, the government of Saudi Arabia also issued rules prohibiting the use of Umrah for all countries. This problem will affect the organizers of Umrah or Umrah travel in Indonesia, researchers take samples, especially in the area of ??East Jakarta, research using descriptive methods with a qualitative analysis approach, this research uses the method by interviewing directly from competent sources in the field of aviation, organizing umrah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Career Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable at PT. P&P Valley Karet. Methods of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 77 respondents PT. P&P Valley Karet. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, statistical test and MRA test. Based on the results of the study found that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a significant level (0.009 <0.05). Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a significant level (0,000 <0.05). Career Development moderates the relationship of Job Satisfaction to Employee Performance with a significant level (0.041 <0.05). Organizational Commitment moderates the relationship of Job satisfaction with Employee Performance with a significant level (0,000 <0.05). Career Development Contribution and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance is 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Finally, the authors suggest to the management of PT. P&P Lembah Karet that Employee Performance will improve if management enhances Career Development, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction through its indicators.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is important for the success of an organization because basically organizations cannot directly anticipate and improve all behavior in organizations simply by relying on formally instructed job descriptions. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of BRI employees in Yogyakarta. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression quantitative analysis methods using SPSS 25.0. The number of samples taken in this study was 83 respondents using the saturated sampling method. Research result shows that (1) there is an effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) there is an effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, (3) there is an effect of leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, (4) there is an effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leadership on organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously.

Abstract

The growth of users and transactions through e-commerce create its own phenomenon of fluctuating visits on website. Its was valuation regarding how often the website being visited or attracts that attention from visitors. This could be measured by examining those influences from customer interface quality, customer satisfaction and switching cost towards E- loyalty on the use of e-commerce website. Research data obtained through a questionnaire that distributed to 150 respondents by Structural Equation Modeling test method of IBM SPSS AMOS 22. All Results show that Customer Interface Quality has capable to provide positive and significant impact towards e-loyalty, as well as Customer Satisfaction which partially or as a mediate variable for Quality Customer Interface that also signs positive and significant influence over it. From these result tells that Switching Cost does not had significant influence or either partially as a mediator to e-loyalty. Customer Satisfaction is most influential variable to e-loyalty on website visits.

Abstract

This research aimed to measure and analyze those influence which came from workload, work environment and teamwork on turnover intention through organization commitment. This research include in quantitative research. Population and sample in this research were all employee at PT. Multipro Jaya Prima, with total 84 employees. The sample gathered technique used saturated sampling. The research data used linear regression. The results from t-test for variables such as workload, work environment, and teamwork had an influence toward turnover intention either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of leadership behavior and work environment towards organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Headquarter. The populations in this research were 317 employees. There were 177 employees were taken as sample using Slovin’s formula with 5% error tolerance. Then, a quota sampling method was used in administering questionnaires to respondents. Data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.8 for Windows. The results showed that leadership behavior had a slight positive, but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. However, work environment had a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment had positively and significantly mediated the influences of both leadership behavior and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence organizational commitment, namely: Individual Characteristics, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction, A Study of Human Resource Management Literature. The results of this research library are that: 1) individual characteristics have an effect on job satisfaction; 2) compensation affects job satisfaction; 3) individual characteristics affect organizational commitment; 4) compensation affects organizational commitment; and 5) job satisfaction affects organizational commitment.
