This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the Influence of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness on Customer Loyalty at E-commerce Shopee in the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research methodology is a quantitative method with cross-section data and primary data obtained from questionnaire distribution. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with data in 2020. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression by conducting validity test, reliability test, model stability test, linearity test, normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and test of t-statistic hypothesis and f-statistic on test significance of impact together with 5% significance level The results of this study indicate in partial variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness have a positive impact and significant on Customer Loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. Meanwhile, the independent variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness collectively have a significant relationship with the dependent variable of Costumer Loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. The Coefficient of determination of this research equally to 84,42%, it means variation of the independent variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness can explain the variations of the rise and fall of the dependent variable of Customer Loyalty on E-Commerce Shopee by 84,42%, while the rest of 15,58%, is influenced by other independent variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the Analysis of the Effects Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) and Brand Trust to Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty to Pixy Cosmetic Brand. by measuring indicators that influence the variables of E-CRM, Brand Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. This research uses descriptive research design using survey methods. Sampling uses certain criteria where respondents have known Pixy Cosmetics products from Key Opinion Leader and have bought Pixy Cosmetic Products via E-commerce and Offline store as well, at least 1 time in as a sampling technique. This study discusses using the structural equation model (structural equation modeling) - Lisrel to discuss the significance of the overall model relationship and predetermined pathways. The findings show that the E-CRM variable is positive and significant towards Customer Satisfaction, the Brand Trust is positive and significant towards Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction is positive and significant towards the Loyalty.

Abstract

This research has been purposed to discover and analyze the role of leadership, teamwork and business process on the achievement of account manager in selling the VPN products. These research methods used a quantitative approach by multiple linear regression analysis to examine the hypothesis. The research population and research sample were 85 respondents who work as Account Manager of the Manufacturing Segment, Service Business Division at PT. Telkom throughout Indonesia.The results showed if the leadership, teamwork and business process partially had a positive affect on the performance of the account manager in VPN sales. It also simultaneously affects the account manager's performance in VPN sales.

Abstract

Each agency must be able to manage employees by applying appropriate conflict models according to organizational needs that can increase a person's work motivation for a job. This study aims to determine whether the functional and functional effects on employee work motivation. This research is a descriptive and verification research using path analysis, where the population of respondents is all employees of the tourism and culture office of West Java province as many as 200 people with a sample of 67 respondents using SPSS 24 software. From the results of the respondents' responses that have been distributed So simultaneously the test results show that the conflict model affects work motivation with a functional effect of 0.493 and a significant effect on dysfunctional 0.198 and simultaneously the effect of the two variables on work motivation is 0.295. From the research results partially know that functional is more dominant in influencing work motivation than dysfunctional in the conflict model.

Abstract

The importance of analyzing the relationship between enjoyment and trust in consumer buying interest before making shopping decisions. This study used a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample size of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria for respondents who were over 20 years old. The results of the study indicate that enjoyment and trust influence consumer purchase orders. Therefore, a good marketer must build these two factors in the place of shopping because they can trigger requests to buy and later become a stimulus in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The program of development and application of appropriate technology to recycle waste is executed by SMEs Bank Sampah (Waste Bank) Bumi Hijau Cemerlang Desa Suradita Tanggerang. The team was established since 2015. The management of this waste bank foundation is always energetic and productive so as they are competent to collect 200 kg inorganic waste (plastic and paper) in one week. On the other side, they did recycling liquid fertilizer from organic waste by using the used composter. This action is performed by realizing the fact that household waste matter gets heaped and malignant towards environment. The are problems faced by the team. Providing learning assistance in the form of appropriate technology tools and how to use them. In order to ensure the successful of this program, evaluation is carried out in every step of the program’s development.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of work Discipline, motivation, and compensation on teacher performance. The data analysis is quantitative with the purpose of answering the predetermined research hypotheses. The sampling technique that used in this research is nonprobability technique, with the research subjects totaling 45 permanent teachers who work in the organization of SMK Yuppentek 1 Tangerang. The results obtained, show that: (1) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, (2) Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, (3) Compensation has no significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMK Yuppentek 1 Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors which affect on purchase decision of fake (non-genuine) Nike sports shoes. Data analysis generally confirms the structural relationship of all variables, namely price and country of origin on brand image and its impact on purchase decision for fake (non-genuine) Nike shoes. This research was conducted on Gold's Gym consumers in the city area of ??West Jakarta with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing used Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.2.9. The results show that all hypotheses can be accepted, except for the third hypothesis, which indicates that the country of origin does not effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

Village Fund is a new policy, so it needs good accountability. As a form of responsibility for village fund management, it is necessary to make quality financial statements. This study aims to analyze the effect of village apparatus performance, internal control, and information technology on fund management accountability and its implications for the quality of financial reports. This research used quantitative and retrieval methods using survey techniques. It was conducted using 117 respondents as officials in charge of compiling financial reports in West Bandung Regency villages. Furthermore, data analysis was performed using SEM PLS with PLS 3.0. The results showed that the village apparatus performance, internal control, and information technology use affected fund management accountability and the quality of financial reports. The research results imply that creating quality village financial statements required village apparatus performance, internal control, use of information technology, and fair accountability
