This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

In twenty-first centuries, the development of e-commerce and market competition is aggravating. Traditional marketing pattern in society is undergoing profound changes and C2C e-commerce has become one of the most important shopping ways in our daily life. But due to the particularity of online shopping environment and various existing problems, it become more difficult to build customer loyalty. In terms of increasing customer loyalty, C2C must be able to provide customer trust from good service quality with promotion as a support. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of service quality, promotion, and trust on customer loyalty from e-commerce customer. To clarify the relationship among these construct, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is conducted to examine the model fit and the five hypothesis. The result of this research shows that four of the five proposed hypotheses are accepted. Promotion has no significant influence on customer loyalty, but promotion will have a significant influence on customer loyalty through trust variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) Compensation (2) Competence; (3) Employee Performance and (3) Effect of Compensation and Competence on employee performance in the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia, either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this research is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study is the employee in the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia with a sample of 50 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the compensation received by employees at the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia in general was relatively adequate, the Competence of the Marketing Division employees of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia was appropriate and sufficient to meet the needs, Employee Performance in the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia is high, and compensation and competence simultaneously affect employee performance in the marketing division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia. However, partially, compensation is more dominant in influencing employee performance than competence. Because compensation dominantly affects performance, it becomes the first priority in improving employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the Marketing Division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia be given compensation in accordance with the provisions by increasing other benefits, so that they are able to work more professionally.

Abstract

The research which was written with "The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Job Title on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)" aims to determine directly the partial and simultaneous or joint effect of the independent variables, namely the Transformational Leadership variable, the Organizational Commitment variable, and Working variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables, the research conducted by this researcher also aims to determine which independent variables have the most influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables. working to serve the health services of St.Carolus Hospital Jakarta. The analytical method used by the researcher is the multiple linear regression analysis method which is processed with the help of the SPSS program, the results carried out by this researcher show the results that partially there is no significant positive effect on the variables of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB )and Partially, this study shows a significant positive effect between job satisfaction variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on doctors who work at St. Carolus Hospital, Jakarta.

Abstract

Environmental disclosure is a tool for the company to show its responsibilities to the environment. This study aims to investigate the influence of company characteristics, good corporate governance, reputation, and stakeholder pressure on environmental disclosure. This study uses purposive sampling technique and resulted a final sample of 53 (fifty three) manufacturing companies listed on IDX during 2017-2019. The analytic technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that independent commissioners as part of good corporate governance mechanism, reputation and shareholders pressure have significant effect on environmental disclosure. Meanwhile, sales growth, profitability and environmental pressure have not significant effect on environmental disclosure. The conclusion of this study shows companies should consider any information needed by stakeholders, including environmental disclosure. For regulators, the results of this study can be a consideration to collaborate with parties that can increase awareness of the importance of environmental, such as independent commissioners and majority shareholders

Abstract

In this study, researchers discussed software, efficiency, and evaluation of company performance. Software is an essential component in a hardware company used to carry out business activities and communicate. Then efficiency is an activity carried out by the company to minimize costs incurred to save cash. Then an evaluation is an activity carried out after implementing planning, organization, actuating, and controlling to solve problems or obstacles that occur. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and library research by collecting data from Google Scholar and using Mendeley as a reference. The results of this study are 1) Software related to company performance, 2) company efficiency related to company performance, and 3) evaluation related to company performance.

Abstract

Literature review article on the influence of experience, skills and the environment on decision making is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Experience influences Decision Making; 2) Skill has an effect on Decision Making; and 3) Environment influences Decision Making. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Decision Making, there are still many other factors including the variables of Leadership, Motivation, Education.

Abstract

Today, the role of a superior and strong work culture has become the main factor moderating performance improvement in a company. This can be seen in the quality and productivity of the work produced by the workers/employees and is a manifestation of the values ??formed by a habit and a strong desire to achieve the vision and mission. Kaizen's work culture has the principle of continuous and comprehensive improvement and prioritizes a high work ethic which has been widely adopted by many companies as a competitive advantage in facing change. This interest in Aini's work culture prompted us to conduct a literature review sourced from national, international journals and library research with the aim of studying the role of Kaizen Work Culture as Moderating Work Quality and Productivity Improvement. The results of the literature review found that a high work ethic and commitment to always adapt to the environment is a Kaizen strategy to face the dynamics of change based on the establishment of strong standard operating procedures, identifying problems in detail, conducting trials and continuous development, having a direct impact on improving work quality and productivity and becoming a competitive advantage for companies in the face of competition.

Abstract

In general, this study is to analyses employee performance impacted by communication and well-being. This study aims to analyses the effect of internal communication and employee well-being on employee performance through employee engagement mediation. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula and the results were found to be 97 samples. This study uses a quantitative analysis approach with data collection methods through questionnaires given to 220 respondents. The data analysis method in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart PLS analysis tool. The results show that internal communication has no significant effect on employee engagement, internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, employee well-being has a significant effect on employee engagement, employee well-being has a significant effect on employee performance, employee engagement has no significant effect on employee performance, employee engagement does not mediate internal communication on employee performance and employee engagement does not mediate employee well-being on employee performance.

Abstract

Talent management, Work Life Balance, organizational commitment, Employee Performance and job satisfaction in an organization are very important areas in the workplace. This can help organizations improve and utilize their human resource capacities. Employee performance at PT. TUV NORD Indonesia is very important in determining success in achieving company goals. Based on the results of observations and initial interviews with the Management regarding staff performance and job satisfaction, as well as data obtained from the Human Resource Department of PT. TUV NORD Indonesia, several phenomena were found. Based on this, the author conducted research with the research design used in this study is quantitative with a correlational approach. The results of the study show that Talent management, Work Life Balance, organizational commitment affect job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. TUV NORD Indonesia.

This pre-research was conducted with the aim of building a hypothesis with a descriptive method. This pre-research aims to determine the effect of the variables, namely training and performance appraisal, on motivation and performance. The results of this library research are: 1) Training has an effect on motivation; 2) Rating k performance has an effect on motivation; 3) Training has an effect on performance; 4) Rating k performance affects performance; and 5) Motivation has an effect on performance .
