This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows: To determine the effect of planning on improving marketing services to prospective students, To determine the effect of supervision on improving marketing services to prospective students and To determine the effect of planning and supervision simultaneously on improving marketing services. The results of the t test show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table and the significance level is less than 0.05, so the hypothesis stating that there is an influence of Planning on marketing services can be accepted, Supervision has a significant effect on marketing services to prospective students. Based on the results of the t test, the Supervision variable has a significant effect on marketing services. Effective supervision is able to ensure that the implementation of marketing activities runs according to plans, operational standards, and predetermined objectives, Planning and Supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on marketing services to prospective students. The results of the F test show that the calculated F value is much greater than the F table with a significance level below 0.05. This shows that Planning and Supervision together have a very important role in improving the quality of marketing services.

Abstract

The expected objectives of this research are to analyze and determine the influence of personnel management on the effectiveness of personnel work, analyze and determine the influence of organizational structure on the effectiveness of personnel work and analyze and determine the influence of personnel management and organizational structure simultaneously on the effectiveness of personnel work in the Security Intelligence Unit of the Depok Metro Police Resort. Personnel Management has a significant influence on Personnel Work Effectiveness. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the calculated t value is 7.196, greater than the t table of 2.004, the calculated t value of the Organizational Structure variable (X2) is 7.368, greater than the t table of 2.004, Personnel Management and Organizational Structure simultaneously have a significant effect on Personnel Work Effectiveness, F table is 2.77 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This proves that Personnel Management (X1) and Organizational Structure (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on Personnel Work Effectiveness (Y). The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.898 shows that 89.8% of Personnel Work Effectiveness is influenced by Personnel Management and Organizational Structure, while the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervision on employee work effectiveness, analyze the influence of work discipline on employee work effectiveness, analyze the influence of supervision and work discipline simultaneously on employee work effectiveness at the Karawang Police Resort, the calculated t value for variable X1 (Supervision) is 7.758 while the t table value for n = 67 is 1.996. So t count > t table or 7.758 > 1.996, it can be concluded that partially the Coordination variable has an effect on employee work effectiveness, the calculated t value for variable X2 (Work discipline) is 10.258, while the t table value for n = 67 is 1.996. So t count > t table or 10.258 > 1.996 , it can be concluded that partially the Officer's Work Discipline variable influences employee work effectiveness, the R Square value is 0.899. This shows that 89.9% of Supervision and Work Discipline simultaneously (together) influence employee work effectiveness while the remaining 10.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction, to determine and analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction and To determine and analyze the influence of service quality and health facilities together on patient satisfaction at Trimitra Cibinong Hospital. Service Quality (X1) has a significant influence on Patient Satisfaction (Y). This is proven by the results of the t-test which shows a calculated t value of 4.526, greater than the t-table of 1.992, Health Facilities (X2) have a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction (Y). The results of the t-test show a calculated t value of 5.980, which is greater than the t-table of 1.992, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The magnitude of the influence of the Quality of Health Services and Facilities on Patient Satisfaction is shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.605. This means that 60.5% of patient satisfaction is influenced by the quality of health services and facilities, while 39.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research objectives are as follows: To analyze and test the influence of education and training (Diklat) on personnel career development, Analyze and test the influence of length of service on personnel career development and Analyze and test simultaneously the effects of education and training (Training) and length of service on personnel career development, for the Education Training (Diklat) variable (X1) of 6,838 while the t-table value for n = 130 is 1.978. So 6.838 > 1.978 , then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Education and Training (Diklat) (X1) has a significant effect on personnel career development (Y), the calculated t value for the variable Length of Service (X2) is 6.402, while the ttable value for n = 130 is 1.978. So 6.402 > 1.978, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that partially the variable Length of Service (X2) has an effect on personnel career development (Y) and the test ANOVA obtained a calculated F value of 111.456, while the Ftable (0.05 a) for n = 130 was 2.67. So the calculated F > from the Ftable (a 0.05) or 111.456 > 2.67 with a significance level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, it can be said that Education and Training (Diklat) (X1) and Service Period (X2) together or simultaneously have a positive effect on personnel career development (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was compiled to answer the formulation of the problems that have been determined, namely To analyze the influence of Human Resource Management on Service Quality, To analyze the influence of Human Resource Management on Service Quality and To analyze the simultaneous influence of Human Resource Management and Organizational Culture on Service Quality at Purwasari Police. The t-value for variable X1 is 4.308, the t-table value for N = 70 is 1.994. So 4.308 > 1.994, the influence of Human Resource Management (X1) has an effect on Service Quality (Y), the t-value for variable X2 is 4.308, the t-value for N = 70 is 1.994. So 4.308 > 1.994, it is concluded that Organizational Culture (X2) has an effect on Service Quality (Y) ANOVA test of 54.931 which is greater than the f table value for N = 70 of 2.74 or 54.931 > 2.81 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then the Influence of Human Resource Management (X1) and Organizational Culture variables (X2) together have an effect on the Service Quality variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance, the influence of employee loyalty on employee performance, and the simultaneous influence of individual characteristics and employee loyalty on employee performance in the Serang Baru Sector Police, there is an influence of individual characteristics on employee performance. It is proven that the t-count value for variable X1 (individual characteristics) is 4.786 while the t-table value for n = 54 is 2.005, There is an influence of employee loyalty on employee performance. It is proven that the t-count value for variable X2 (employee loyalty) is 9.693, while the t-table value for n = 54 is 2.005. The R Square value is 0.805. This indicates that 80.5% of individual characteristics (X1) and employee loyalty (X2) jointly influence employee performance (Y), while the remaining 19.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows the influence of the work environment on employee work enthusiasm, the influence of compensation on employee work enthusiasm and the influence of the work environment and compensation simultaneously on employee work enthusiasm at the Marine Corps Command Headquarters (Mako Kormar). The work environment has an effect on employee work enthusiasm, which has been proven empirically. The results of the t-test also prove that compensation has a significant influence on employee work enthusiasm. Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Work Morale. Based on the calculated F value, which is greater than the F table with a significance level below 0.05, the work environment and compensation together have a positive and significant relationship with employee morale. The results of this study confirm that morale is not influenced by a single factor, but by a combination of work environment and compensation factors that are managed in an integrated manner in human resource management.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the influence of leadership behavior on the effectiveness of member work, the influence of work discipline on the effectiveness of member work and the influence of leadership behavior and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of members of the Bandung Police Narcotics Research Unit, the calculated tvalue for variable X1 (Leader behavior) is 7.859, while the ttable value for n = 69 is 1.995. So 7.859 > 1.995, it can be concluded that partially the variable Leadership Behavior (X1) has a significant influence on the effectiveness of member work (Y), the calculated tvalue for variable X2 (Work Spirit) is 10.669, while the ttable value for n = 69 is 1.995. So 10.669 > 1.995, it can be concluded that partially the work discipline variable (X2) has a significant effect on the effectiveness of member work (Y). The calculated fvalue is 297.332. which is greater than the table fvalue for n = 69 of 2.74 or 297.332 > 2.74 with a significance level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, it can be said that leadership behavior (X1) and work discipline (X2) jointly influence the effectiveness of member work (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of work culture on organizational commitment, the influence of work ability on organizational commitment and to analyze the influence of work culture and work ability on organizational commitment at the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Regional Police. The calculated tvalue for the Work Culture variable (X1) is 4,726, while the ttable value for N = 64 is 1,997. So 4,726 > 1,997, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, Work Culture (X1) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y). The calculated tvalue for the Work Ability variable (X2) is 8,899, while the ttable value for N = 64 is 1,997. So 8,899 > 1,997, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The calculated Fvalue is 105,076 Meanwhile, the Ftable ( a0,05) for N = 64 is 2,75. So the calculated F is > from the Ftable (a0,05) or 105,076 > 2,75 with a significance level of 0,00 0 because 0,000 < 0,05, it can be said that Work Culture (X1) and Work Ability (X2) together or simultaneously have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment (Y), the R Square value (R2) is 0,775. This shows that 77,5% Work Culture (X1) and Work Ability (X2) jointly influence Organizational Commitment (Y), while the remainder is 22,5% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
