This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study has several objectives, including identifying and describing competency, work creativity, service quality, and public satisfaction at the Regional Revenue Agency in West Tanjung Jabung Regency. It also aims to identify and analyze the influence of competency and work creativity on public satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through service quality. This research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The population was 120,740 taxpayers who received services. The sample size used Slovin's theory with a 10% margin of error, resulting in a sample size of 100. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method and Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis. This study concludes that competency, work creativity, service quality, and public satisfaction at the West Tanjung Jabung Regency Regional Revenue Agency are in good and high condition. Furthermore, competency and work creativity have a positive and significant influence on public satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through the quality of employee service at the West Tanjung Jabung Regency Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

This study examines the legal gap in regulating medical decision-making for periviable infants, namely infants born at gestational ages where survival outside the womb is very low (generally 22–25 weeks). The main problem arises when there is a dilemma between the medical obligation to perform aggressive resuscitation and the parents' right to determine the best course of action for their child, which often clashes with ethical aspects and regulatory limitations in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Secondary data is analyzed qualitatively to find the philosophical and legal basis for protecting the right to life of infants. The results of this study indicate that current health regulations do not specify the threshold for medical intervention at infant viability, thereby creating legal uncertainty for medical personnel when making critical decisions. The ideal regulatory construction should be based on the principle of the Best Interests of the Child and the value of justice for newborns. This study recommends the need for the establishment of technical regulations (such as the Ministry of Health Regulation) that regulate national clinical guidelines regarding the threshold of viability, a comprehensive informed consent mechanism, and the establishment of a multidisciplinary hospital ethics committee to ensure the protection of infants' right to life without neglecting their future quality of life.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to examine the influence of cash holdings, capital structure, and company size on the profitability of pharmaceutical sub-industry firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2020 and 2024. In this study, profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), while cash holdings are calculated using the ratio of cash to total assets. Furthermore, capital structure is represented by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and company size is determined by the natural logarithm of total assets. This research utilizes secondary data derived from annual financial reports retrieved from the official Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis employs panel data regression, which includes model selection stages via the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test. The empirical results demonstrate that cash holdings, capital structure (DAR), and company size partially affect the profitability of companies within the pharmaceutical sub-industry. Simultaneously, these three independent variables are found to collectively impact profitability. These findings suggest that maintaining optimal cash management, a sound asset-based funding structure, and appropriate company scale play crucial roles in enhancing corporate profitability performance. Consequently, this study is expected to provide valuable insights for company management in shaping financial policies and assist investors in evaluating the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

The digital marketing landscape in the beauty industry increasingly relies on the role of beauty influencers along with the rapid growth of the TikTok platform. This study aims to analyze the effect of beauty influencer credibility and emotional attachment on purchase intention for beauty products by examining the moderating role of information overload. This research employed a quantitative approach with active TikTok users in Denpasar City, Bali, as the research object. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using a variance-based structural equation modeling method. The results indicate that beauty influencer credibility and emotional attachment have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, information overload was found to strengthen the influence of beauty influencer credibility and emotional attachment on purchase intention. These findings suggest that excessive information conditions encourage consumers to rely on trusted influencers when making purchasing decisions. Practically, this study recommends that the beauty industry position influencers as information guides who are able to deliver simplified, personalized, and authentic marketing messages.

Abstract

Stress is a physical and emotional response that occurs due to demands that are inconsistent with an individual's abilities. Job performance is the result of an employee's work over a certain period compared to predetermined standards, targets, or criteria. Continuously increasing stress to an optimal level tends to improve employee job performance. This study aims to determine the effect of stress levels on employee job performance at Hospital X. This study used a cross-sectional design in June 2022. Respondents were employees at Hospital X, taking data from the entire population. Stress was measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS 10) questionnaire, and job performance using the Manurung Job Performance Questionnaire. The results of the study showed that employees working at Hospital X were predominantly health workers, female, relatively young (≤40 years old) and had worked for more than or equal to one year. Furthermore, 121 employees experienced moderate stress, followed by 99 employees experiencing mild stress, and only one person experiencing severe stress. Most employees had good work performance, with 212 employees experiencing poor work performance, and only nine had poor work performance. The Fisher exact test found a significant relationship between stress levels and work performance among employees at Hospital X with a p-value of 0.044.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of work-life balance, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The study was conducted at PT Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna with a sample of 66 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis. The results showed that work-life balance, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction have a direct impact on turnover intention; job satisfaction cannot mediate work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior on turnover intention.

Abstract

The growth of the coffee shop industry in Serang City has increased significantly in line with the urban lifestyle that positions coffee as an essential part of social and professional activities. However, not all coffee shops can sustain their competitiveness, making it important to analyze the factors influencing consumers’ purchase intention. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, facility quality, and service quality on consumers’ purchase intention toward coffee shops in Serang City, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 96 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. The findings reveal that product quality, facility quality, and service quality each have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with a combined contribution of 73.6%. These results emphasize that enhancing product quality, providing comfortable facilities, and delivering friendly and professional service are key factors that shape consumer attraction, loyalty, and purchasing decisions in coffee shops across Serang City.
