Abstract

This article explores the resilience of the banking sector in the face of rising interest rates and the global economic slowdown caused by the recent measures of the Federal Reserve System (The Fed). Based on quantitative data with descriptive analysis and data visualization, the results show that the banking sector remains strong despite the volatile stock market. Notably, Bank Central Asia (BBCA) shares show higher stability and lower risk than Silicon Valley Bank (SIVBQ) shares, which experienced significant fluctuations due to bankruptcy in March 2023. Investors tend to be more attracted to BBCA because of its stability. This study also emphasizes the importance of a thorough understanding of the internal and external factors that affect stock value, as well as the importance of prudence in investment selection to reduce the risk of loss. Future researchers are advised to expand the scope of the study by including data from more institutions and exploring other factors that affect stock performance.

Abstract

One micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) in the Payakumbuh City area is Andika Farm, which focuses on broiler chicken production. This MSME has distributed a lot of broiler chickens and is collaborating with other parties to increase its production. One of the problems faced by Andika Farm MSMEs is capacity planning, empty cages due to a shortage of seeds, disrupted distribution of chickens, and a lack of planning to meet needs. The research aims to help plan capacity by determining the amount of production, constraints that must be considered, optimal profits, and sensitivity values to the optimum solution achieved in MSMEs. This research was conducted using two methods: Linear Programming and Decision Trees. The results of optimizing cage profit 2 produce an EMV of IDR 104,500. Compared with cage 1, cage 2 has the best use of production factors. The quality of the seeds is greatly influenced by the cage's location, where production factors could be more efficient. Keywords: capacity planning; decision tree; linear Programming

Abstract

Abstract : The internet has transformed the way consumers make purchase decisions, and with the increasing popularity of e-commerce, it has become vital to understand the factors that influence online purchase decisions. The COVID-19 pandemic has further accelerated the shift towards online shopping, making it even more crucial to understand the online purchase decision-making process. This bibliometric review examines 95 articles on the keyword "online purchase decision" from Scopus journals generated by Publish or Perish on April 25th, 2023, to identify the most influential authors and trends in this field from 2002 to 2023. The study reveals a steady rise in publications on this subject over time, with a significant surge in recent times. S. Yoon emerged as the most cited author in this field, followed by H.W. Kim and N. Hu. "Decision Support Systems" is the most productive journal in this field, and M. Ramesh is the most prolific author. The research variables have similarities and differences in focus and approach. For instance, trust, price, reviews, website characteristics, and the influence of social media are the focuses in these studies. The studies differ in their approaches and focuses. For example, (Yoon, 2002) examines the antecedents and consequences of trust, (Kim et al., 2012) compares price and trust, (Hu et al., 2014) analyzes online review sentiment, and (Luo et al., 2012) investigates the impact of website characteristics. There are also differences in the scope of the research, including cross-cultural approaches, the teenage market, gender, and potential customers vs. repeat customers. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the key trends and patterns in online purchase decision-making research, which can inform marketing strategies and improve online salesKeyword : Keputusan Pembelian Online, Analisis Bibliometrik, Perilaku Konsumen

Abstract

Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), developed by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association, is a versatile payment system that accepts transactions from both bank and non-bank sources. Given the increasing competitive business environment and the necessity for efficient and swift payment systems, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need to be prepared to adopt QRIS. This study aims to assess the readiness of MSMEs in Samarinda to implement QRIS. The research employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the inclusion of a trust variable. Primary data were collected from 220 respondents and analyzed using AMOS. The study examines six variables: trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, behavioral intention, and adoption system. Eight hypotheses were tested, all showing significant effects: trust on perceived ease of use, trust on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, trust on attitude, perceived ease of use on attitude, perceived usefulness on attitude, attitude on behavioral intention, and behavioral intention on the adoption system. The findings suggest that the readiness of MSMEs to adopt QRIS is crucial for accelerating national economic recovery post-COVID-19, particularly for MSMEs in Samarinda. The adoption of QRIS is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payment systems, contributing to the overall growth and competitiveness of MSMEs.
