Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peluang karir dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sulawesi Barat dengan menjadikan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sulawesi Barat dengan populasi berjumlah 108 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara tatap muka langsung menggunakan google formulir dan konvensional. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert dan analis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis varians dengan aplikasi SMART PLS ver. 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peluang karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. peluang karir juga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja. variabel lain yaitu kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai, kompetensi juga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberi implikasi pertimbangan manajerial instansi dalam mengelola kinerja pegawai sekaligus memberikan implikasi teoritis terkait kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the internship program for link and match between universities and the industrial world. This study uses a qualitative method based on the assumption that qualitative research emphasizes the nature of naturalism, meaning that the emerging reality becomes the study material in this study so that the object of research and problems regarding the analysis of the effectiveness of the internship program for synchronizing link and match universities with the business world of the industrial world will be disclosed. in detail and depth. Researchers also do not give treatment or treatment to the object, so that the object is left as it is in its original condition. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the internship carried out was assessed by the company and the student interns as having been effective, lack of technical skills (computers and operating facilities), soft skills (communication, adaptation, interaction, work discipline) and the need to improve technical skills such as operating computers, English, soft skills such as communication, discipline, ethics and adaptation and interaction.Keywords: link and match, internship, effectiveness

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kebijakan utang dan kredit bermasalah terhadap kinerja perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar pada Bursa efek Indonesia. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan bank umum sebanyak 43 bank yang terdaftar pada bursa efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019.  Untuk menguji data laporan keuangan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas. Dalam menganalisis hasil penelitian digunakan uji koefesien determinasi (R²) dan uji parsial (uji T) dengan menggunakan alat statistic berupa SPSS 23. Hasil uji hipotesis lalu dideskripsikan dengan hasil penelitian bahwa kebijakan utang berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan kredit bermasalah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

This study discusses the Effect of Competence (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) and Commitment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) which aims to examine the effect of Competence, Organizational Culture and Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3B UPT Sumatera Palembang. The sample used in this study was 55 employees with the saturated sample method. The information used is groundwork information and secondary information. Collecting information using a questionnaire and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 program. The results of this test state that Competence, Organizational Culture, and Commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the research conducted, the authors conclude that Competence, Organizational Culture, and Commitment have a positive direction coefficient on Employee Performance, Competency Correlation Coefficient, Organizational Culture, Commitment with Positive Correlation. Based on the t-test Competence (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra. Where tilapia X1 is 3.780 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, while based on the t-test of Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra. Where the t-count X1 is 5.228 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and based on the t-test commitment (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra. Where tilapia X1 is 3.780 with a significance of 0.015 <0.05.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda saat ini mengakibatkan industri perhotelan menerima dampak yang sangat besar. Pengusaha hotel dan pemerintah melakukan berbagai cara untuk mengurangi kerugian bagi industri perhotelan terutama di Indonesia. Saat ini sudah tercatat 1.642 hotel di Indonesia terpaksa tutup karena covid-19 (Diayudha, 2020). Objek penelitian ini adalah 220 karyawan pada 23 hotel bintang 4 di Batam. Metode yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling .Uji dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa transactional leadership, transformational leadership, total quality management, job satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance. Transformational leadership juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap total quality management. Transformational leadership terhadap organizational performance dengan total quality management sebagai variabel intervening juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan organizational culture tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap organizational performance.Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Organizational Performance pada Karyawan Hotel Bintang 4 di Batam

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor transportasi udara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama masa Pandemic Covid 19 yaitu tahun 2019-2020 dengan menggunakan Model Altmant Z score, Model Zmijewski, Model Springate, Model Grover dan Model Foster. Metode analisis data dalam peneltian ini adalah deskritif kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil kelima metode yang digunakan, model yang memiliki tingkat akurasi tertinggi adalah model Zmijewski dan Model  Grover dengan tingat akurasi sebesar 35%. Model springate dengan tingkat akurasi 12,5%, sedangkan Altman dan Foster tingat akurasinya 0%.Kata Kunci: Altmant, Zmijewski, Springate, Grover dan Foster

Abstract

The objective of this research was to explore the financial performance of manufacturing companies that registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The focuses of financial performance investigated were the ratio of profitability, activity and liquidity. The research was conducted at Supreme Cable Manufacturing and Commerce, Sky Energy Indonesia, and Satnusa Persada. A quantitative descriptive method was adopted in the electronics and cable sub-sector manufacturing unit to achieve the objective. The research found that the company's financial performance at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 was better than before the pandemic in 2017-2019. It was revealed that the profitability ratio fell in 2019, which was influenced by capital in 2017 and 2019 and increased in 2020. The activity ratio improved in 2019 and 2020 due to receivables turnover in utilizing assets to generate profit. The liquidity ratio was relatively good in 2020 by the average value of 2 times better than before. While in 2017 to 2019, the results showed that the average value was two times lower.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi pembelian produk ramah lingkungan pada generasi Z di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan adaptasi dari Theory of Consumtion Value. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh functional value, conditional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value terhadap intensi pembelian produk ramah lingkungan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis dari SPSS. Sampel yang menggunakan metode purposive convenience sampling pada masyarakat Yogyakarta lahir antara 1995-2012 yang masuk kekategori generasi Z dan mengetahui tentang produk ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya pengaruh positif antara functional value, conditional value, emotional value, epistemic value terhadap intensi pembelian produk ramah lingkungan. Sedangkan, tidak adanya pengaruh social value terhadap intensi pembelian produk ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of workload, work stress, and work environment on teacher wellbeing. The research method used is a qualitative method that focuses on hypothesis testing. The sample used 57 teachers using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to test the construction of the built model. The results of this study reveal that workload, work stress, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher wellbeing. The increase in the three constructs can also have implications for improving teacher wellbeing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multiculturalism and cultural diversity on innovative work behavior by mediating cultural intelligence. Organizations in international business require every individual working in a global work environment to have cross-cultural skills or cultural intelligence. This study collects data by distributing questionnaires to expatriates and Indonesians from other cities (different ethnicity, culture, race, and language). Respondents who were sampled were employees of shipping consulting companies and shipyards in Batam City. The sampling technique used the theory of Hair et al, 2010 with a minimum sample of 95. After collecting the results from the respondents, the authors tested the data using PLS software. Based on the results of the PLS test, the authors can conclude that there is a significant relationship or not from several variables in this study. The results of this study emphasize the importance of having or studying cultural intelligence (CQ). Cultural intelligence will greatly assist us in communicating and expressing various ideas and mindsets of people from other cultures, which will have an effect on creating innovative work behaviors and creative solutions
