Abstract

This research explores Fama and French's Three Factor Model (1992), which identified key determinants of corporate returns. Using factors such as rate of return of risky investment, company size, and a comparison between book and market value, the research tested the model in the Indonesian context, using companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2021. The investigation focuses specifically on state-owned enterprises (SOE) which have a strategic role in economic recovery. Employing a panel data regression analysis, the study utilizes daily closing stock prices from six portfolios, each comprising stocks from 31 state-owned enterprises. The empirical findings indicate that, individually and collectively, all three factors—market risk premium, firm size, and book-to-market ratio—exert a statistically significant positive influence on the excess returns of state-owned company stocks in the year 2021

Abstract

PT XY, as a digital-based logistics company with integrated solutions, is striving to enhance the efficiency of its distribution workflow in the face of increasingly complex global business dynamics. Confronting a competitive market, PT XY considers the compilation of a shipping and truck pricing list as an essential foundation to improve competitiveness, expand market share, and build a reputation in the ever-changing market. This approach is not merely a pricing strategy but a necessity to remain relevant and effectively meet customer needs in a dynamic business era. The chosen strategy involves collaboration with external parties, especially logistics transportation vendors, to formulate effective pricing tariffs and select the appropriate mode of transportation. The process of tariff formation includes an analysis of destination routes, carried loads, and transportation modes, with a focus on logistics efficiency and the needs of the Indonesian market. This research is conducted using a qualitative method with the aim of finding solutions to the challenges faced by PT XY.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja pada pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu pengambilan kebijakan bagi pemimpin untuk meningkatkan servant leadership di dalam organisasi, sehingga karyawan akan merasa nyaman didalam organisasi memiliki kepuasan dalam bekerja dan mengurangi tingkat turnover intention pada pegawai.Kata Kunci: Servant leadership, Motivasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja, Kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Penanganan pengaduan menjadi sebuah alur penting saat produk atau jasa dihasilkan tidak sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Keluhan dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan JNE Express di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran customer service dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan di JNE Express Kota Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, peran sales counter officer di JNE Express Kota Medan dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan dilaksanakan menggunakan standar dimensi pelayanan antara lain (a) daya tanggap (responsiveness), (b) keandalan (reliability), (c) jaminan (assurance), (d) perhatian (emphaty), (e) bukti fisik (tangiable). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang strategi penanganan pelanggan yang efektif.Kata Kunci: Sales counter officer, Pelanggan, Pelayanan

Abstract

: The marine and fisheries resources sector is one of the potentials that is widely utilized by coastal communities who mostly work as fishermen. The lives of fishermen who depend on natural conditions can be proven by the income of fishermen who increase during the fish season. The off-season causes the intensity of fishing to decrease, thus the amount of income received by fishermen is certainly drastically reduced. Collecting rengkam can be a solution for fishermen who have obstacles in catching fish. This profession switch provides benefits and improves welfare and makes coastal communities have choices to make a living. Rengkam has the potential to improve the welfare of coastal communities, especially during the season when fish are difficult to obtain, while it has consequences for ecosystem changes that cannot be ruled out. This study aims to scientifically examine the social and economic potential of rengkam exploration and review the environmental impacts of exploration activities and determine strategies that can be carried out to maximize social and economic potential and minimize the possibility of environmental impacts. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach was conducted through in-depth interviews and field observations (primary data collection). This research was conducted at one location of the rengkam exploration center, Pecong Island, with the subjects involved in the research process being the community and SKPD at the research location. Measurements using survey instruments, interviews, observations and literature review.  Qualitative data collected was analyzed using the Narrative Analysis method of important data not only related to context, but also time, place, specifications, experience, and suggestions for consideration.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of growth opportunities, capital structure, profitability and dividend policy on company value. The type and source of research data is quantitative data using financial reports on pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for 2014-2022, while the sampling technique uses purposive sampling to obtain 9 pharmaceutical companies that meet the criteria. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS program to test it. The results show that partially growth opportunities (PER) and profitability (ROA) have a positive and significant effect on company value. Capital Structure (DER) has a negative but significant effect on company value. Dividend Policy (DPR) has a negative and insignificant effect on company value. Meanwhile, simultaneously the results of the F test and the coefficient of determination test show that X1, X2, X3, and X4 have a simultaneous effect on Y.

Abstract

Many companies change their status from closed companies to public companies by releasing initial shares (IPO) to the public, including steps taken by PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. This step can create both positive and negative effects. This study seeks to examine the effect of the IPO on the company's financial performance. The financial ratio of businesses that choose to become public companies is the focus of this study in particular. This study uses secondary data from the company to develop quantitative method analysis. The current ratio, quick ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, return on assets, and debt to asset ratio are the main subjects of the investigation and analysis. According to the analysis's findings, the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and debt to asset ratio are all significantly impacted negatively by the company's decision to become public. Return on equity, return on assets, and quick ratio are unaffected by changes in the company's status.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the factors of work motivation, work facilities, compensation and work environment affect the quality of work of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) banking namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, PT Bank Mandiri and PT Bank Negara Indonesia in the city of Batam. This research is descriptive quantitative research in which data collection uses primary data (questionnaires) containing questions about the variables studied. The target population of this study are employees of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) banking companies in Batam City such as PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Negara Indonesia. Then the sample in this study the author set 100 samples using stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that the variables of work motivation, work facilities and compensation do not affect the quality of work. While the work environment variable is the right variable in influencing the quality of work in three State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) banks PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia and PT Bank Negara Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract : The internet has transformed the way consumers make purchase decisions, and with the increasing popularity of e-commerce, it has become vital to understand the factors that influence online purchase decisions. The COVID-19 pandemic has further accelerated the shift towards online shopping, making it even more crucial to understand the online purchase decision-making process. This bibliometric review examines 95 articles on the keyword "online purchase decision" from Scopus journals generated by Publish or Perish on April 25th, 2023, to identify the most influential authors and trends in this field from 2002 to 2023. The study reveals a steady rise in publications on this subject over time, with a significant surge in recent times. S. Yoon emerged as the most cited author in this field, followed by H.W. Kim and N. Hu. "Decision Support Systems" is the most productive journal in this field, and M. Ramesh is the most prolific author. The research variables have similarities and differences in focus and approach. For instance, trust, price, reviews, website characteristics, and the influence of social media are the focuses in these studies. The studies differ in their approaches and focuses. For example, (Yoon, 2002) examines the antecedents and consequences of trust, (Kim et al., 2012) compares price and trust, (Hu et al., 2014) analyzes online review sentiment, and (Luo et al., 2012) investigates the impact of website characteristics. There are also differences in the scope of the research, including cross-cultural approaches, the teenage market, gender, and potential customers vs. repeat customers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, (2) Integritas Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, dan (3) servant leadership dan Integritas Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata yang berjumlah 51 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan Croanbach Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta sebesar (β) 0,303, kontribusi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,074 atau 7,4%. (2) Integritas Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta sebesar (β) 0,274, kontribusi pengaruh Integritas Karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,036 atau 3,6%. Dan (3) servant leadership dan Integritas Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sabda Mandiri Wisata, dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta sebesar (β) pada variabel servant leadership sebesar 0,270 dan koefisien beta (β) pada variabel Integritas Karyawan sebesar 0,159 . Kontribusi pengaruh servant leadership dan Integritas Karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,093 atau 9,3%
