Abstract

Stunting is a significant problem that Indonesia must overcome to produce an excellent cognitive and physical development generation. Stunting is a problem in Bireuen Regency, Indonesia, and must be managed because it has long-term impacts on the future generation. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2017, Indonesia had the third-highest stunting prevalence rate globally, at 32.6%. Even though the stunting prevalence rate in Indonesia decreased from 37.2% in 2013 to 27.7% in 2018, it is still far from the WHO target of not exceeding 20%. Therefore, the government is making efforts to rates s rate e reduce the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia by issuing The Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia’s President Number 72 the Year 2021 about the acceleration of stunting decrease. Based on the result of a nutrition case study of Indonesia in 2021, Aceh’s stunting rate reached 33,18% until it was included among the seven provinces with the highest stunting cases in Indonesia. One of the regencies in Aceh Province that needs immediate solutions to solve stunting is Bireuen Regency. The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of personal hygiene on stunting occurrence. The study used an analytical, quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. This method aims to analyse the impact of personal hygiene on stunting occurrence in Pandrah Sub District Bireuen Regency. The sample selection technique in this research was the entire population, namely 62 people. Based on the research conducted in Pandrah Sub District, Bireuen Regency, the research results showed that personal hygiene had a significant influence on stunting occurrence, with a p-value of 0.001 (which is less than the significance level of 0.05). It could be concluded that personal hygiene significantly influences stunting occurrence.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants that affect the consumption of multivitamin supplements for students in Sumenep Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. Type of quantitative research with Cross Sectional study design. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling.  The study was conducted online with a total of 300 respondents. The research was conducted online. The dependent variable is the consumption of multivitamin supplements. Independent variables are socio-demographic factors, social support and behavior in terms of planned behavior theory. The analysis was performed using multiple regression performed on SPSS 18. The sample used in this study is a nurse who is actively working at the Banggai District Health Center. The number of samples used is 225 nurses. The sampling technique is the Slovin technique. The measuring tool used is a research questionnaire from NASA TLX. This questionnaire is used to measure the mental workload of nurses at the Banggai District Health Center. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results of this study indicate that the mental workload of nurses in Banggai Regency is in the high category (70.2%). The results of the bivariate analysis found that there was a relationship between age, task demands, work environment and the mental workload of nurses at the Banggai District Health Center (p-value 0.000). There is no relationship between gender and the mental workload of nurses at the Banggai District Health Center. The results of the multivariate analysis of age and task demands have a positive effect on workload, while the work environment has a negative effect on workload. The work environment is the most dominant factor affecting the mental workload of nurses at the Banggai District Health Center

Abstract

The emergence of online food ordering applications. Currently, it is widely used by various groups of people including students. With the online food ordering application, it provides convenience in mobilization and in ordering food. The negative impact of using online applications is that there will be reduced physical activity used to buy food. Low physical activity will have an impact on increasing the risk of non-communicable disease incidence. Excessive eating patterns, carried out at inappropriate times (night) and lack of physical activity can cause poor metabolism so that it will cause more nutrition. The type of research used is descriptive research, with a cross-sectional research design, using the survey method. The population is students of the faculty of economics at Medan Area University. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who by chance or incidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is seen that the person who happened to be met is suitable as a data source. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test, it is known that research on the relationship between online food ordering time and physical activity with nutritional status explains that the value of p = 0.004 (physical activity) and p = 0.006 (online ordering time).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to classify districts in Aceh Province based on indicators of poverty and stunting prevalence rates. The data used is cross-section data for 2022, including the poverty severity index, poverty depth index, the percentage of poor people, and the prevalence of stunting from the 2022 SSGI results. The method used is cluster analysis, utilizing poverty percentage data (P0) to determine clusters and analyze the difference between district clusters and the average stunting rate. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that poverty at the district level is grouped into three categories. Group 1 consists of districts such as Aceh Besar, Aceh Jaya, Aceh Tamiang, Central Aceh, Southeast Aceh, Biruen, Banda Aceh, Langsa, Sabang, and East Aceh. Group 2 includes the Regencies of West Aceh, Southwest Aceh, North Aceh, Nagan Raya, Lhokseumawe, and Subussalaam. Group 3 comprises Singkil, Bener Meriah, Gayo Lues, Pidie, Pidie Jaya, and Simeulu Regencies. The cluster analysis reveals that districts with lower poverty rates are in group 1, while group 2 exhibits moderate poverty, and group 3 experiences a high poverty index. Furthermore, the results of the correlation analysis show that there is a positive correlation between the percentage of stunting prevalence and the percentage of poverty with a real relationship and the correlation is significant.

The results showed that the variables associated with the willingness to pay contributions (WTP) were education level (p = 0.009), income level (p = 0.023) and ability to pay (ATP) (p = 0.038). Meanwhile, the unrelated variables were age (p = 0.110 and p = 1,000) and gender (p = 0.550). There was a relationship between education level and WTP. There was a relationship between the level of income and the willingness to pay, and there was a relationship between the ability to pay (ATP) and the willingness to pay for independent JKN participants.
