This research design uses a case-control approach in determining the sample using a total sampling technique for cases and purposive sampling for controls. The sample number was 96, with 32 cases and 64 control respondents. Based on bivariate using chi-square test. The variables that have a relationship with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the work area of the Talang Pangeran Public Health Center, Pemulutuan Barat District, Ogan Ilir Regency, are temperature p-Value = 0.004 (OR= 5.073; 95%CI= 1.7-14.8), humidity p-Value = 0.016 (OR= 3.4; 95%CI= 1.3-8.7), lighting p-Value = 0.048 (OR= 4.081; 95%CI= 1.1-15), roof  p-Value = 0.016 (OR= 3.182; 95%CI= 1.3-7.7). A variable that has no relationship with the incidence of tuberculosis is the type of wall p-Value = 0.828. The most dominant variable is house temperature. So that the temperature is normal, it is necessary to carry out home improvement interventions by the criteria for a healthy house. By expanding the size of the house, ventilating the house, and planting trees around the house.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh (RSJ) is the only referral psychiatric hospital in Aceh Province. The most diagnosed disease in RSJ is Schizophrenia with an average length of stay in 2018 is 59.76 days. Schizophrenia is classified into severe mental illness due to its chronicity. The length of hospital stay is one indicator of the quality of mental health services. Other indicators are the effectiveness of services and the compliance of services with clinical pathways. Clinical pathway functions as a means of both cost and quality control of patient services. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of clinical pathway schizophrenia in Aceh Mental Hospital. This research uses qualitative methods. Primary data is collected by in-depth interviews. The study population was RSJ Management and Professional Care Providers (PPA) using a purposive sampling method. the implementation of clinical pathway schizophrenia was not optimal, this was due to the absence of a trial process, limited socialization, lack of PPA and management commitment, and the evaluation results not followed-up. The implementation of clinical pathway that is not optimal has an impact on the differences in services obtained between patients, increasing the length of stay (LOS) of schizophrenic patients and hospital losses. Therefore, Aceh's mental hospital needs to revise the clinical pathway of schizophrenia.

Class XII students of SMA Negeri 6 ABDYA became the research population visited by 120 students and 30 students were randomly selected as research samples. The measurement of knowledge about the dangers of drugs was carried out twice, namely the first measurement before the intervention was given and the second measurement after the intervention was given. The results showed that adolescents with good knowledge in the first measurement were only 3.3% with an average value of 41.83% and in the second measurement increased to 73.3% with an average value of 72.83%. Paired Simple T-Test statistical test found a significant effect between intervention through education on adolescent knowledge about the dangers of drugs (P value < 0.001). Providing knowledge about the dangers of drugs plays an important role in increasing adolescent knowledge, so that adolescents can know and understand well about the dangers of drug use.

Abstract

Gadget addiction causes various personality disorders. This study is to determine whether the use of gadgets with screen time has an effect on emotional intelligence. This research uses the cross-sectional method. The research variables are gadgets as an independent variable, screen time as an intervening variable, and emotional intelligence as a determining variable. The population of adolescents is the middle adolescence (15-18 years) SMA X Semarang City as many as 252 people. Using a minimum sample of 100 people, with a cluster random sampling technique. Data analysis using Path Analysis. Validity test with a 5% confidence level of 0.374. The calculated r-value > r-table. The reliability test used Cronbach Alpha with the results of the reliability value > 0.7. Research results: (1) The significance value of 0.751 > 0.05 means that the use of gadgets does not affect screen time. (2) The significance value of 0.025 < 0.05 means that the use of gadgets affects emotional intelligence. (3) The significance value of 0.722 > 0.05 means that the use of screen time does not affect emotional intelligence. (4) The direct effect of using gadgets on emotional intelligence is explained by a beta value of 0.228. (5) The indirect effect between gadget use and screen time as an intervening variable is (-0.032 x 0.035 = (-0.00112), so 0.228 > (-0.00112), meaning that screen time is not an intervening variable between gadgets and emotional intelligence. The better a person's emotional intelligence, the better it will be accepted by the community.

Abstract

Peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.) are plant-based foods that are abundantly available in Indonesia which also have high economic value and are an essential source of protein for many people. In Aceh, peanuts are one of the leading commodities, especially in the districts of Pidie, West Aceh, Aceh Jaya, Nagan Raya, Southwest Aceh and South Aceh. Apart from being rich in protein, it also contains fibre, antioxidants, and other good health components. During germination, proteins, starches, and lipids are metabolised by enzymes. These components are used as building blocks for growth and as a source of energy for respiration. Germination has the advantage of increasing several levels of nutrients, eliminating oligosaccharides that cause flatulence, and increasing several types of vitamins. Previous research reported that soybean germination significantly increased isoflavone levels and antioxidant activity of fresh tempeh flour produced. In this study, the antioxidant activity of peanut sprouts was identified using the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazine-hydrate) radical scavenging method in three different germination times. The result shows that the most optimal percentage of antioxidant activity is the 48-hour treatment (88.24%). It also shows that the germination treatment can increase the per cent of antioxidant activity compared to peanuts without germination.
