Abstract

Organizational development or ideas that are owned by mankind generally have similarities, such as the desire to carry out activities, building a certain sports institution requires a coordinated joint effort, therefore humans need an administration, namely an organization that functions to run a joint venture has been made with a specific purpose. Administration is an organization that is run with the ability, efficiently, stays on purpose, with individuals working with a clear, happy, cooperative, and productive guide, in achieving a predetermined goal. To achieve predetermined goals, a management is needed. or a leader who masters human relations, has the ability to predict the future, can make a plan, has the capacity to coordinate the abilities of individuals in the organization. In an effort to make the Sport for All program a success, a leader should have: conceptual skills, self-integrity, skills to relate to people, ability to make decisions, have good physical health and fitness, have a desire to accept responsibility, have skills to use command or command. command, has intellectual capacity. Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the contribution of teacher's commitment to interpersonal task and communication toward state elementary school teachers collaborations at Jaya Baru sub-district, city of Banda Aceh. There were 26 respondents of elementary school teachers at Jaya Baru sub-district, Banda Aceh. The results of this research showed that: (1) there is a relationship between commitment (X1) and Y which is significant with the correlation value of 0.635. It showed that commitment has good relationship with collaboration of teacher, (2) the relationship between interpersonal communication (X2) and Y were significant with the correlation value of 0 .535. It showed that interpersonal communication have normal relationship with teacher's collaboration, and (3) Relationship between interpersonal commitment and communication with teacher's collaboration is as big as 0.728. In other words, the relationship between the organization and capability 100% have not met yet requisite of being professionally teacher and to create the collaboration sphere which it should be. It also means that their collaboration is not complete yet so that it needs to be increased in the future in order to get better quality for elementary schools at Jaya Baru sub-district, city of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

 In accordance with the demands of technological and information development lecturers arerequired to make innovation in learning. One of the innovation that lecturers can apply intheir teaching is learning through the use of e-learning. The approach in this study usedqualitative research with the research subjects of the Unsyiah FKIP PGSD students whoattended the learning planning course. The technique of data collection is done throughobservation and interviews. The results of the study show that students can understand thematerial well through e-learning. With various forms of material used such as modules, PPTand video can help students understand the material of each topic. The conclusions in thisstudy through the use of e-learning can improve students' understanding of learning planningcourses. This can be seen from the scores of the assignments and the quiz that is done oneach topic gets good grades.

Abstract

Video Presentation is a learning medium that is very supportive of the e-learning-based learning process. Learning videos can help reduce the cognitive load of learners. Cognitive load is a theoretical concept with a very central role in the educational research literature. The basic idea of cognitive load theory is that cognitive capacity in working memory is limited, so that if the learning task requires too much capacity, learning will be hampered. This study aims to review the results of research that explores the use of video presentations to overcome cognitive load in blended learning. Through a review of research on learning using a published video presentation model. The aim of this study is to identify strategies used by researchers in overcoming cognitive load in learning activities, and also to synthesize current literature on the impact of using video presentations on learning outcomes. This study uses a research library research method. The results of the study found that one way to optimize the use of working memory capacity and avoid cognitive overload is to design an instructional system, one of which is a video presentation. Cognitive load theory has been researched and proven to be overcome by using video presentations. This study openly explores the limitations of video presentations in blended learning to overcome cognitive load and improve learning outcomes by identifying a number of related conceptual, methodological and application problems.

Abstract

Behaviors and actions of individuals to achieve a goal to be obtained in principle are largely determined by a desire, needs, and expectations. Individuals in conducting behavior, actions, and actions are always based on factors that are nature coming from within themselves or coming from outside themselves or from the environment. Factors from within the individual can determine behavior, actions and actions, as well as factors from outside the individual can strengthen or reduce the motive of an individual in acting, acting and doing. Motive is a stimulus, encouragement, desire, or desire of individuals to behave, act and act. While motivation refers to the process that encourages individuals to behave, act and act in reacting to each situation, thus the motive is a driving force for behavior, actions and actions. In the competition in every sport the highest level is generally followed by athletes who have great talent, have amazing talents, are persistent, highly disciplined, have a strong and tough mentality, so what distinguishes the champion or who has amazing achievements with ordinary achievements are very difficult to distinguish. At this very high level of achievement, an athlete with small, simple self-motivated techniques that are very well managed can make the athlete successful in his career.

Abstract

Classroom management problems must be addressed with management corrective action, whereas teaching problems must be addressed with instructional corrective action. The teacher's actions can be in the form of preventive measures, namely by providing both physical and socio-emotional conditions so that students feel right with a sense of comfort and safety to learn. Other actions can be in the form of corrective action against the deviant behavior of students and damage the optimal conditions for the ongoing teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of classroom management teaching skills by teachers in the teaching process at SD Negeri 34 Banda Aceh. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were 8 classroom teachers with permanent teacher status. Data collection techniques used observation and interview techniques. After the data collected is analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of classroom management teaching skills carried out by teachers at SD Negeri 34 Banda Aceh has been carried out effectively and efficiently in the learning process in the classroom. A total of 6 teachers have implemented classroom management in the learning process in an optimal, effective and efficient manner, the creation of learning conditions in the classroom is very conducive and comfortable, learning time is in accordance with the plan, the distribution of attention carried out by the teacher visually and verbally is maximized, able to focus The attention of students to learn individually and in groups and provide reinforcement to students, can arrange class layout and maintain class cleanliness and comfort by adjusting class conditions so that students are comfortable in learning and can create a conducive learning climate. Meanwhile, the other 2 teachers are still not able to carry out the teaching skills to manage the class properly, which is related to the time and the creation of learning conditions in the classroom which are not conducive and comfortable, the distribution of attention made by the teacher visually and verbally is not optimal, and cannot maintain class conditions orderly.

Abstract

Globalisasi dapat dijelaskan sebagai sebuah proses yang mana kejadian, kegiatan, dan keputusan pada salah satu bagian dunia, menjadi konsekuensi yang signifikan untuk individu dan masyarakat jauh. perumusan masalah pada penulisan artikel ini adalah “Bagaimana pengaruh dari perkembangan globalisasi terhadap pembangunan karakter para generasi muda bangsa Indonesia?”. Rumusan masalah ini diambil karena melihat sudah banyaknya perbedaan mulai dari teknologi, sikap, dan aktivitas dari anak muda zaman sekarang dengan 9 sampai 10 tahun ke belakang. perumusan masalah pada penulisan artikel ini adalah “Bagaimana pengaruh dari perkembangan globalisasi terhadap pembangunan karakter para generasi muda bangsa Indonesia?”. Rumusan masalah ini diambil karena melihat sudah banyaknya perbedaan mulai dari teknologi, sikap, dan aktivitas dari anak muda zaman sekarang dengan 9 sampai 10 tahun ke belakang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa era globalisasi ini memberikan banyak tantangan dan dampak negatif bagi pembangunan karakter generasi muda bangsa Indonesia, sehingga diperlukan usah yang semakin berkembang pula dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda bangsa Indonesia dengan tetap menjadikan Pancasila sebagai dasar utama dalam pembentukan karakter karena merupakan identitas bangsa Indonesia. Pembentukan karakter tersebut dapat dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga, lalu lingkungan pendidikan, dan yang terakhir lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Extracurricular is an activity that is carried out outside the hours of learning. Extracurricular aims to hone the talents and interests of students in various fields of science. This study aims to describe the extracurricular activities of musical instruments pianika and any constraints found teachers in extracurricular activities of musical instruments pianika in SDN 2 Puja Mulia Bandar District Bener Meriah Regency. This research approach is qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, data verification. This research was conducted in SDN 2 Puja Mulia Bandar District Bener Meriah Regency. Based on research data that the learning process in the extracurricular activities of musical instruments pianika in SDN 2 Puja Mulia Bandar District Bener Meriah Regency conducted in three meetings. At each meeting consists of three stages of the process learning is the initial stage, the core stage and the closing stage. At the first meeting the teacher gives only insight and basic knowledge of music. At the second meeting, the teacher taught about the technique of searching and blowing and gave the material of the song entitled “Cicak-Cicak on The Wall”. At the third meeting, the teacher repeated the song that had been taught and conducted a practical test. This test is done only to see the skills of students in playing a musical instrument pianika. The constraints on extracurricular activities musical instruments pianika there are three constraint factors consisting of factors: (1) Facilities and infrastructure factors, (2)Family Factor, and (3) Student Factor.

Abstract

The use of online discussion is an alternative mode of learning during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online discussion forums on the learning outcomes of the students at PGSD FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala, especially in the Lesson Planning course. This study used a pre-experimental research method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research was conducted in the Even Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year. 17 students participated in the study. Through hypothesis testing using a paired sample t-test with a significance level of 5%, it was found that there was a significant difference between students’ learning outcome before and after the use of online discussion. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of online discussion forums on students’ learning outcomes at PGSD FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala.
