Abstract

Research with the title: "The Effect of Implementing GCG (Good Corporate Governance), With GGE (Green Grouwth Economy) as a Moderating Variable of Financial Performance on the GNP/GDP of Development Board Companies whose Shares are Listed on the BEI (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the 2020-2022 Observation Period aims to Knowing How the Implementation of GCG Influences Financial Performance CAR Liquidity, DAR & DER Solvency, NPM Profitability & ROA Profitability, ROE & ROI and Tobinsq can increase GDP/GNP through the moderation variable GGE can spur an increase in GDP/GNP for Development Board Companies whose shares are listed on BEI. Implementation of GCG (Good Corporate Governance), with GGE (Green Grouwth Economy) as a moderating variable will spur GDP/GNP. The methodology used is the Quantitative Method with Multiple Correlation Regression Test, Anova TEST F & T-test and R Quadrate to calculate and test data on variables X & Y from the population taken in this research, namely all companies whose shares are listed on the BEI Development Board (Period 2020 to 2023 there are 372 companies). Meanwhile, the sample of 80 companies met the sampling criteria and covered all the variables studied and had Financial Reports for 3 consecutive years, with a complete Report Development Board Annual Report for 17 companies. Based on MRA analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) The influence of ROI, & CAR on GNP (Y1) through GGE (Z1) with a significant value of 0.036; 0.024 is below 0.05. So ROI & CAR through GGE (Z1) are able to influence GNP (Y1), which means the hypothesis is accepted. (2) The influence of DER, & Tobinsq on GNP (Y1) through GGE (Z1) shows a significant value of 0.024, 0.027 below 0.05. So DER & Tobin's Q through GGE (Z1) is able to influence GNP (Y1), which means the hypothesis is accepted. Results of Analysis 2: (1) The influence of ROA, CAR, & Tobins Q on GNP (Y1) through GCG (Z1) The t calculated regression value of ROA, CAR, & Tobinsq with a significant value of 0.001; 0.036; 0.000 under 0.05. So ROA, CAR & Tobinsq through GCG (Z1) are able to influence GNP (Y1) which means it is acceptable. Based on the results of Analysis 3 as follows: (1) Effect of Tobin's Q, ROA; ROI, DER to GDP (Y2) via GGE (Z1) as a mediating variable - with a significant value of 0.827; above 0.05; while 0.001; 0.026; 0.011; & 0.000 below 0.05. So Tobin's Q; ROA; ROI; DER via GGE (Z1) is unable to influence GDP (Y2) which means it is rejected, while var ROA, ROI & DER is accepted. Based on the results of the MRA 5 analysis as follows: (1) ROA, ROI through GGE (Z2) is able to influence GDP (Y2) which means it is acceptable. (2) Based on Analysis Results (6) as follows: (1) Influence of ROA; ROI; DER; TobinsQ; ROE, on GDP (Y2) through GGE (Z2) as a mediating variable can indirectly influence GDP (Y2), which means it is acceptable. Abstract

Human resources have an important role in the company achieving its goals. This research aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, islamic work ethics, and psychological well-being on performance. The research uses primary data and is a type of quantitative research. Permanent nurse at RSI Muhamadiyah Tegal with a population of 155 people, using a purposive sampling method with the criteria being permanent nurses and a minimum work period of 1 year. The response rate in this study was 83.22% or 129 nurses. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms to collect data. Using multiple regression analysis via the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study show self-efficacy, Intrinsic motivation, and psychological well-being have a positive and significant effect on performance. However, Islamic work ethic does not affect performance

Abstract

This research produces a student business development model based on Digital Business management and Electronic Customer Relationship Management. This research is a qualitative case study with an action research approach. Researchers conducted an exploration of program applications, training and application of models to student business activities, starting with mapping student businesses according to their competencies, providing training on the use of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) information technology as a means of managing customers in businesses run by students for retention. customers increase. The results of the study showed that there were 8 types of businesses that were engaged in by students from 30 samples of students who owned businesses. Based on data analysis after students implemented the E-CRM Model development, student business development in terms of number of customers, turnover and profits increased by 20%

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variables related to research, namely, financial literacy, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on interest in using QRIS for creative industry players in Surakarta City. The data used is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires using the Likert scale. The population in this study is creative industry players (MSMEs) in Surakarta City with a total of 3635 assisted MSMEs per 2021. This study used a purposive sampling method so that 100 samples of respondents were obtained. This study used multiple regression analysis methods in empirical testing and used the SPSS 25.0 application as its analysis tool. From the results of the analysis conducted, this study shows that financial literacy variables have a positive and significant influence on interest in using QRIS, which is 0.023 smaller than 0.05. The perceived usefulness variable has a significantly smaller value of 0.00 smaller than 0.05 and perceived ease of use also has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS, which is 0.019 greater than 0.05 while the remaining 0.018 is influenced by other variables. Of these variables, perceived usefulness has the greatest influence on interest in using QRIS. Therefore, the more positive the perceived usefulness in using QRIS, the stronger the intention of MSMEs to use QRIS.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the transition from openness to action in empowering stakeholders through reporting permits. The object of this research is companies registered in the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT) 2018-2022. The method used in this research is quantitative using the Eviews 12 program. This study uses purposive sampling method and obtained 60 companies in the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating for five years. The research results show that managerial ownership influence the spread of sustainability reporting, while profitability, liquidity and audit committees do not influence the disclosure of sustainability reporting with variabel control leverage and company size.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) has gained significant attention across various industries as a concept to enhance organizational performance, including in banking industry. This research paper aims to investigate the implementation and impact of TQM principles in the banking industry, exploring its essential indicators including service quality, market orientation, and customer satisfaction. The study begins by reviewing th existing literature on TQM and its application in the banking industry, highlighting key concepts, methodologies, and discussion. Data was taken from 185 bank workers in Surabaya. This study uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis to test construct reliability and validity, while the relationship between variables is examined with Partial Least Square. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing a comprehensive review and analysis of TQM implementation in the banking industry

Abstract

In supporting the government's progress and future development, it is necessary to make the agricultural sector-based industry Small and Medium Enterprises the leading sector in the development of a region. Wonogiri Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java that has enough potential to develop Small and Medium Enterprise agroindustry. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the internal and external factor environment in the Agroindustry Small and Medium Enterprise Leading Cluster and 2) to select alternative strategies for business actors using the methods used in the IFE and EFE Matrices, SWOT Analysis, and QSPM. The results of the study are 1) the strategies used are market penetration strategies, market development, and product development, and 2) the selected strategy is market development. Strategies that can be used in market development in cashew clusters are 1) utilization of information technology, 2) expanding the network/marketplace, 3) revitalization of cashew crops, and 3) training of human resources to increase productivity. Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically the influence of transformational leadership on managerial performance through organizational commitment to national strategic projects in Kolaka Regency, South East Sulawesi. Theoretically, the results of this research are expected to enrich and complement the body of knowledge in the field of human resource management so that it can be useful for academics and practitioners. This research is explanatory research that examines and explains the research variables in a cross-sectional manner. The quantitative approach is used as the main analytical method, supported by a qualitative approach. The research population is employees who occupy the positions of first-line managers, middle managers, and top managers in the national strategic project area. The research sample consisted of 68 respondents using proportional random sampling and was analyzed using structural equation modeling (partial least squares) (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has no role in improving managerial performance; transformational leadership plays a role in increasing organizational commitment; organizational commitment plays a role in improving managerial performance; and transformational leadership mediated by organizational commitment has no role in improving managerial performance. Abstract

This study aims to understand how individual characteristics play an important role in mediating the relationship between job placement, organizational climate and work effectiveness. In this study, quantitative research methods were used. Data were collected with the help of questionnaires and a sample of 30 workers. Path analysis and descriptive analysis are the data analysis methods used. Research findings show that all variables positively influence from 1) job placement and organizational climate have an impact on individual characteristic variables. 2) Work placement, organizational climate and individual characteristics have an impact on work effectiveness. 3) The results of this study state that the indirect influence of individual characteristic variables can influence job placement variables and organizational climate and work effectiveness. Abstract

Nowadays, technology is developing faster and faster. This is marked by the use of the internet and digital media. Technology and digital media are able to become an important component for business actors, especially in the batik business sector, to market their products online. Online marketing is considered more profitable because it is able to reach a wide range of potential consumers without space and time limitations. Therefore, online marketing is able to make batik entrepreneurs continue to compete and increase their income. The research method used is qualitative analysis with an exploratory step using participatory observation techniques. The results of this study provide a variety of strategies that can be carried out by business actors including using social media, selling products by utilizing Facebook and Google ads for market share, making E-commerce sales, conducting digital marketing, giving a positive impression of product safety, improving product quality and services, as well as maintaining good relations with consumers or establishing customer marketing relationships, targeting loyal customers, and conducting relevant marketing. The results of this research can be used for business actors because of changing conditions and it is hoped that business actors can survive.
