Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic ability and actualization design on the results of the actualization of the CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The number of samples as many as 399 participants were taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Academic ability had a positive but not significant effect on the results of the implementation of the actualization of the CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 2) The actualization design has a positive and significant impact on the results of the actualization implementation for the participants of the CPNS Basic Training at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 3) Academic Ability and Actualization Design simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the Results of the Implementation of the Actualization of CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 4) The actualization design significantly positively moderates (strengthens) the relationship between the influence of academic ability on the results of the implementation of the actualization of CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province. The recommendations given are 1) For State Administration Institutions to conduct a more in-depth study or evaluation related to the correlation between the provision of academic material that results in the participants' academic abilities and the implementation of actualization; 2) For the Central Java Province BPSDMD to conduct a study or evaluation of the implementation of the CPNS Basic Training comprehensively and to make an evaluation instrument for the role of the coach; 3) For other researchers, the results of this study can be developed both in terms of location and research variables; 4) For Civil Servants (PNS)to keep trying to find the formulation of effective learning methods and for coaches to continue to improve their role to be more effective.

The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling method, with a purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents used reached 100 people. The findings of this research are that brand image is able to increase brand loyalty from BHS sarongs. However, brand trust is not able to mediate the relationship between brand image and brand loyalty, because to form brand loyalty, consumers also need purchasing power.

Abstract

The research entitled "Sharia Banking Performance Based on Bank Health Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic" was based on the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, which had an impact on bank health but also hampered Indonesia's economic growth. One of the sectors that the government has focused on in dealing with economic problems is banking, which is predicted to be affected by the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of Islamic banking using the health ratio variables of Islamic banks, namely: Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This study uses secondary data, namely quarterly financial reports for the two years before (2018-2019) and the two years during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021). The sample used in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks that fall into the BUKU 2 category (Business Commercial Banks), namely Banks with Core Capital of at least IDR 1,000,000,000,000.00 (one trillion rupiah) to less than IDR 5,000,000. 000,000.00 (five trillion rupiah), including Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BCA Syariah Bank, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Aceh Syariah. Data testing method using descriptive statistics, normality test, and hypothesis testing. For the normality test use the Shapiro-Wilk test due to the small number of samples. Hypothesis testing used the Paired Sample T-Test for normally distributed data and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test for abnormally distributed data through the SPSS 25 program with a significance level of

Abstract

Profitability is a company's expertise in generating margins or profits as long as the company operates. Financing at Bank Sumut Syariah can be considered as one of the driving factors for increasing the profitability of a bank. It's just that the financing contained in Bank Sumut Syariah does not fully affect profitability, but other factors that most affect the profitability of the bank. The purpose of this research is to show whether Operational Costs (X1), Profit Sharing of Third Party Funds (X2) and also Cash Ratio (X3) have an influence on profits or profit (Y) with Murabahah Financing (Z) as a moderating variables. For this reason, the researchers here used the SEM analysis research method and Bootstrapping using SMARTPLS with secondary data and the nature of the quantitative research used in testing the data that had been obtained at Bank Sumut Syariah. In this study, the results obtained were that the variables BOPO (X1), DPK (X2), CR (X3) and also Murabahah Financing (Z) did not have a relevant impact on Profitability (Y) of PT Bank Sumut Syariah which had been processed and conclusions drawn from several tests that have been carried out. Then it was also obtained from the research that the Murabahah Financing itself weakened the relationship between DPK and ROA. And also Murabaha financing weakens the relationship between CR and ROA. However, Murabahah Financing strengthens the relationship between BOPO and ROA. So it can be said that Murabahah Financing moderates the effect of BOPO on ROA. However, Murabahah Financing cannot moderate the effect of TPF on ROA nor can it moderate the effect of CR on ROA. Abstract

This study examines the influence of review consistency and product information quality on customer engagement and impulsive buying tendencies. The participants in this study consisted of 57 individuals who spontaneously bought on a live-streaming platform. The analytical technique employed in this study is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), and the data processing is conducted using WarpPls version 8. The findings of this study suggest that maintaining consistency in reviews and ensuring high-quality of product information might enhance consumer involvement. Additional findings indicate that client contact has the potential to enhance consumers' inclination towards impulsive buying. An important management conclusion of this study is that organizations must guarantee the accuracy, comprehensiveness, and clarity of the product information they supply. This will help to enhance customer engagement and promote impulsive purchase behavior.
