Abstract

This research emphasizes the vital role of teachers within the education system, specifically at the Islamic Education Foundation (IEF) Sirnamiskin Islamic Boarding School, and explores how compensation and motivation influence their performance. The study aims to evaluate compensation, motivation, and employee performance, along with the effects of compensation and motivation on performance. Compensation and motivation are the independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. Utilizing a quantitative research approach with Stratified Random Sampling and Partial Least Square Modelling (PLS-SEM) for analysis, the study investigates the relationships among these variables. The results indicate that both compensation and motivation are rated positively, and employee performance is also satisfactory. These results indicate that both compensation and motivation substantially influence employee performance. Hence, assessing and improving compensation and motivation at IEF Islamic Boarding School Sirnamiskin is essential for further enhancing teacher performance.

Abstract

Increased mobility has influenced business development in the automotive sector, especially vehicle maintenance services. This development is different from the increase in business revenue in vehicle maintenance. This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling approach. The number of samples in this study was 210 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was analysed using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that price, service quality and customer trust significantly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Price have significant impact in customer satisfaction, it can be a reference to determining a price strategy and services quality that are affordable and better than competing companies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of financial performance of State-Owned Enterprises using financial ratios according to the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No: KEP-100/MBU/2002. The BUMN that is the object of research is PT. Timah Tbk. The data source used is secondary data contained in the Indonesian Stock Exchange by taking data samples using purposive sampling taking into account the data which is still updated and published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. while the data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis with a financial ratio approach contained in the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No: KEP-100/MBU/2002. The results of this research show that the company's financial performance in 2019 received the predicate B which means unhealthy, in 2020 the company's financial performance received the predicate BB which means unhealthy, in 2021 the company's financial performance received the predicate AA which means healthy, in 2022 the company's financial performance received the predicate AA means healthy, while in 2023 the company's performance will receive the title BB, which means unhealthy. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Local Public Service Agency Financial Management Pattern (PPK-BLUD) at Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Karanganyar Regency. This research uses secondary data from documentation of local financial management regulations, organizational structure and profile of BLUD, financial management documents, unaudited and audited financial reports, as well as management letters from the audit of BLUD financial statement. Our analysis was carried out with an in-depth overview of PPK-BLUD implementation that has been running until 2023 and evaluating its implementation based on the applicable regulations and best business practices. This research found that the implementation of PPK-BLUD at Puskesmas in Karanganyar Regency has been implemented quite well in terms of legality, human resources, and the BLUD financial management process. However, there are still several limitations in terms of human resources competency in the financial sector, there are no technical regulations, and coordination and review are not yet optimal. Due to the limitations still being faced, the BLUD Puskesmas in Karanganyar Regency is recommended to develop technical regulations for BLUD financial management guidelines, increase human resources and/or provide adequate training, as well as improve coordination, monitoring and review with vertical agencies. Finally, it can be expected that the implementation of PPK-BLUD will be more established, orderly, and accountable.

Abstract

The majority of individuals with vision difficulties prefer other solutions, primarily the use of glasses or contact lenses. The objective of the study is to investigate and analyze the impact of brand image, design, and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Pranoto Laweyan Optics. This research strategy combines descriptive and quantitative methodologies. The participants were all Pranoto Laweyan Optics customers. By mailing questionnaires using Google Form, 100 samples were collected using the approach of purposive sampling. This investigation employs the classical assumption test, the multiple linear regression test, the F-test, the T-test, and the determination coefficient test. Positive and major influences on purchasing decisions for glasses at Pranoto Laweyan Optics are brand image, design, and product diversity. The greater the brand's reputation, the variety of available designs, and the variety of products, the more they can influence customer buying decisions. Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of E-trust and brand image on the association between E-Service Quality and sales promotion about Shopee Food consumer repurchase intention. The research methodology used is quantitative, with the sampling technique being convenience sampling. A total of 105 students from universities in Surakarta were selected as the research subjects. Research analysis employs PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of this study indicate that E-Service Quality, sales promotion, brand image, and E-Trust have a favourable and statistically significant impact on repurchase intention. The association between E-Service Quality and sales promotion and Shopee Food consumer repurchase intention is influenced by Brand image and E-Trust. The findings of this study can inform marketing strategies for marketplace platforms by optimizing E-Service Quality, sales promotion, Brand Image, and trust. These characteristics have been empirically shown to enhance consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the effectiveness of social media marketing, specifically Instagram marketing, for product promotion based on the product and service’s value for MSMEs. Indonesian MSMEs have difficulty to identify its competitive advantages and to promote their product and services’ value to their consumers. Using case studies for local brand restaurants in Bandung, this study explores how social media promotion has helped the restaurants to identify their visual identity and to increase consumer engagement so that they can improve their promotion effectively. This study is a qualitative study that explores factors influencing marketing strategy for value creation and promotion. Using a qualitative study with two case studies, the research shows that social media marketing is an important aspect for small F&B businesses in Bandung. Specifically, Instagram marketing would give small businesses an affordable option and opportunity to boost their brands and enhance their reach through the content. It provides interaction with the audiences and the relationship made with their consumers creates valuable values and intrigues voluntary brand advocation.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of financial satisfaction based on financial literacy on ShopeePay fintech users among the millennial generation. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The population in this research is all millennial generations in the city of Surakarta who use ShopeePay fintech facilities with a research sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS version 23.0 software. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a significant influence on financial satisfaction, which in turn influences behavior and attitudes towards using ShopeePay fintech.

Abstract

Work productivity is basically related to the morale of a person (employees) so it is necessary for the leadership of a government agency to always strive to improve the morale of their employees. If the work productivity of employees increases, it will bring benefits to the institution itself, and on the other hand it can affect the increase in employee work ability. In order to increase the productivity of employees so that they work more actively, the following matters are required: Encouragement of material, money or goods (compensation); the opportunity to gain individual honor, prestige and power; the physical requirements of the desired job are clean, quiet environment or own office space; pride in work, service to family and other people; patriotism, or religious feelings; individual enjoyment and satisfaction in organizational social relationships; conformity with customary practices and usual attitudes and can accept the rules and patterns of behavior of the organization and; feelings participate in most events. Of the several factors that affect employee work productivity, job training and motivation are thought to be very important factors in order to increase employee work productivity at the Ogan Komering Ulu Village Community Empowerment Service. This study aims to determine whether job training jointly affects the work productivity of employees at the Ogan Komering Ulu Village Community Empowerment Service. The results showed that there was a significant influence between job training variables on employee work productivity at the Ogan Komering Ulu Village Community Empowerment Service. The relevant effort is the need to supervise the implementation of employee work, in this case the imposition of strict sanctions against any work violations committed by employees who are often late or absent from work, so that it is expected to increase employee work productivity. Abstract

Forex investment is one of the investment instruments that is popular among the people of Indonesia. However, forex investment also has high risks, so it is important for investors to understand the factors that can affect their investment decisions, this study aims to test the influence of recency bias and familiarity bias on the decision-making of beginner investors in forex investment, this study uses a quantitative method with a survey design and the population of this study is students of the management study program UNIWDHA Klaten who have received learning about the stock market and forex and becoming a beginner investor, the research sample amounted to 47 people. From the results of this study, recency bias and familiarity bias are equally significant in influencing the decisions of novice investors, although recency bias has a greater influence than familiarity bias, from this result hopefully it can help in making investment decisions in the future
