Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the role of spiritual practices among Generation Z in their use of social media. The study used a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews with informants consisting of nine religious education teachers and 20 high school students. The research questions were distributed through Google Forms. The study findings revealed that spiritual practices, including prayer, meditation, and reflective writing, contribute to the development of positive emotions, positive behaviors, and positive social relationships among Generation Z. The development of these three aspects influences their decisions regarding social media use. Positive emotions foster positive behaviors, which in turn influence how Generation Z interacts with others in a positive way. This study offers practical implications for teachers in mentoring Generation Z and for Generation Z themselves, especially in making decisions about social media use. Future research is needed to further explore the role of spiritual practices among Generation Z in their use of social media to provide new insights into the role of spiritual practices in shaping the next generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of product quality, price, and packaging on customer loyalty for Mutiara Kediri Coffee. This research uses a quantitative approach where the research data is collected through a questionnaire. The research sample of 119 respondents was taken randomly using purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria used are customers who have bought Mutiara Coffee more than 2 times. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire to measure customer perceptions of product quality, price, packaging, and loyalty. Regression analysis reveals that product quality, price, and packaging all have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Specifically, higher product quality fosters greater commitment and repeat purchases, while competitive pricing and attractive, functional packaging also contribute to increased loyalty. The study highlights that each of these factors independently influences customer behavior, and together, they significantly shape long-term customer retention. Further research is suggested to explore other factors, such as social media presence, that might influence customer behavior in the food and beverage sector.

Abstract

The open unemployment rate (TPT) in East Java is still dominated by graduates of Vocational High Schools (SMK), which shows a gap between the skills taught in schools and the needs of the workforce. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial and culinary aspects on the readiness of vocational high school students to become entrepreneurs. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from six vocational high schools in East Java that have Culinary, Agribusiness, and Marketing majors, with a closed questionnaire-based survey method using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial aspects, such as creativity, innovation, and courage to take risks, had a positive and significant effect on students' readiness to become entrepreneurs. Likewise, culinary aspects that include production skills, business management, and marketing strategies also increase students' readiness to build independent businesses. The implementation of "Practical Training to Become an Entrepreneur" has proven effective in improving students' entrepreneurial skills and mindsets, with students from the Agribusiness and Marketing majors showing a higher tendency to become entrepreneurs compared to the Culinary major. These results emphasize the importance of strengthening practice-based entrepreneurship curricula and collaboration between schools, industry, and government in creating an ecosystem that supports young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial behavior on the efficiency of business capital management among poultry farmers in Boyolali Regency. The study involved a sample of 100 poultry farmers, chosen through a purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression.” “The findings reveal that financial literacy (X1) significantly affects the effectiveness of business capital management, as indicated by a t-value of 8.018 and a p-value below 0.05. Similarly, financial attitude (X2) also has a notable impact, with a t-value of 3.234 and a p-value under 0.05. Conversely, financial behavior (X3) does not exhibit a significant effect on business capital management effectiveness, with a t-value of 1.228 and a p-value exceeding 0.05. The F-test results demonstrate that all three independent variables collectively have a significant impact on business capital management effectiveness, with an F-value of 121.273 and a p-value below 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 79.1% suggests that financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial behavior account for 79.1% of the variance in business capital management effectiveness, while the remaining portion is influenced by external factors beyond this study.” The findings of this study emphasize the need to strengthen financial education among poultry farmers to support the long-term sustainability of their businesses. It is anticipated that the government and financial institutions will design financial literacy training programs and implement more effective capital management strategies tailored to the poultry farming industry.
