Abstract

This research aims to analyse consumer behaviour regarding purchasing decisions in Tik-Tok's live shopping based on Product Innovation, Product Quality, Promotion, and e-Trust. Furthermore, this research is a quantitative research involving stratified random sampling consisting of 202 Generation Z respondents that live in the city of Tasikmalaya, the spreading of set of questionnaires is using direct filling Google form to reduce the use of paper. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by SPSS Version 26. Result from this research is that Product Innovation, Product Quality, Promotion and e-trust in both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact to consumer purchase decisions in Z generation located in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is examines the impact on consumer decision buying decision in Tik-Tok social commerce in Indonesia which is a new model as a type of e-commerce

Abstract

This quantitative research investigates the relationship between Experiential Marketing (X1), Satisfaction (X2), and Customer Loyalty (Y) in the hotel industry. Data was collected through a questionnaire via goggle form with questions and statements related to the third variable. The research sample was selected based on hotels with a -+ 4 star rating. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, T test, and F test using SPSS software. The research results revealed: 1). Experiential Marketing (X1) and Satisfaction (X2) have a significant positive influence on Customer Loyalty (Y) in multiple linear regression analysis. 2). The T test shows that both X1 and X2 separately have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty with the appropriate level of significance. 3). The results of the F test state that X1 and X2 together have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. This research underscores the importance of creating engaging experiences for customers and ensuring their satisfaction to maintain and increase customer loyalty in the hotel industry. The implications of this research strengthen the role of these two variables in competition in the hotel industry and customer retention strategies.

Abstract

In supporting the government's progress and future development, it is necessary to make the agricultural sector-based industry Small and Medium Enterprises the leading sector in the development of a region. Wonogiri Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java that has enough potential to develop Small and Medium Enterprise agroindustry. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the internal and external factor environment in the Agroindustry Small and Medium Enterprise Leading Cluster and 2) to select alternative strategies for business actors using the methods used in the IFE and EFE Matrices, SWOT Analysis, and QSPM. The results of the study are 1) the strategies used are market penetration strategies, market development, and product development, and 2) the selected strategy is market development. Strategies that can be used in market development in cashew clusters are 1) utilization of information technology, 2) expanding the network/marketplace, 3) revitalization of cashew crops, and 3) training of human resources to increase productivity. Abstract

Organizational resilience is a worthy struggle for many organizations. With organizational resilience, the organization can actualize its organizational vision and mission. Apart from that, school organizations can provide learning services, train friendship between students, and provide a sense of security for students. This research was conducted in an elementary school at a foundation on the island of Java with a total of 120 parents of students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data was processed using the SEM-PLS application. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of digital transformational relationships on organizational leadership and determine the mediating role of empowering leadership on digital transformational relationships with organizational leadership. The consequence of this research show that digital transform has a constructive and significant sequel on organizational recilience. This research places empowering leadership as a moderating variable in the relationship between digital transformational and organizational leadership. The results found were that empowering leadership did not moderate the relationship between digital transformational and organizational leadership.

Abstract

The highest source of state revenue comes from tax revenue,according to the DGT (2023) explaining that the source of state tax revenue is IDR 162 trillion. This tax source is used for the construction of facilities for communities throughout Indonesia. A taxpayer is required to always comply both in terms of reporting property through a notification letter (SPT) and tax payments each year. The object of research in this study is all MSME taxpayers registered in Sidoarjo and Surabaya.The selection of places is because East Java province has the third largest number of MSMEs after West Java and Central Java with data of 1,153,576 in 2022. Sidoarjo is one of the districts with the largest number of MSMEs in Indonesia at 206,000, while Surabaya is the capital of East Java province and has a total of 60,000 MSMEs in 2021. Surabaya and Sidoarjo are also the two largest industrial sites in East Java compared to other regions. Sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative research with questionnaires through Google Form with a Likert scale of 1-5.The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of taxpayer awareness, technology-based tax knowledge and tax sanctions on MSME taxpayer compliance. The specific purpose of this study is to see whether the level of compliance of an MSME taxpayer is maintained in the midst of extraordinary technological developments in the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The urgency of this study is that if MSME taxpayers have a level of awareness, science and technology-based knowledge, different tax sanctions and different taxpayer compliance, the special specifications in this study, focus more on the theme of sustainable tax research in terms of level of awareness, knowledge and tax sanctions. The stages of this research include: (1) Preparing questionnaires related to factors that affect awareness, technology-based knowledge, tax sanctions on MSME taxpayer compliance (2) Preparing research proposals; (3) distributing questionnaires for MSME taxpayers in Sidoarjo and Surabaya; (4) collecting questionnaires; (5) processing data; (6) discussing data that has been processed; (7) preparing publication outputs; (8) making a final report. The urgency of this research is related to the research model that examines the variables of awareness, technology-based knowledge, tax sanctions and compliance of MSME taxpayers, especially from the questionnaire items distributed. Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of the Multi-Enterprise Cooperative in the Dukuh Menanggal district of Surabaya in 2018 - 2022 using the Trend Common Size Financial Statement Method and financial ratio analysis. The object used in this research is the analysis of financial reports for five years, namely 2018 - 2022. Multi-Enterprise Cooperative, Dukuh Menanggal sub-district, Surabaya a. The population in this study is the entire financial report of the Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Dukuh Menanggal sub-district, Surabaya. The sample is a portion of the financial report from the Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Dukuh Menanggal sub-district, Surabaya financial report in 2018 - 2022. The data analysis method in the financial report is used to measure, know, describe, determine and compare the proportions of the items in the report balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow. The results of the Common-size analysis show that short-term financial conditions seen from the percentage of current liabilities to total liabilities tend to increase. As well as showing the condition of business results seen from the Net profit, it shows that the percentage of net profit to revenue tends to increase. Overall, the financial performance of the Multipurpose Cooperative, Dukuh Menanggal subdistrict, Surabaya is in good condition

Abstract

Islamic banking is a type of financial institution whose activities are based on sharia principles which aim to be free from usury. In the development of attracting people to become sharia banking customers, there are obstacles, especially in the marketing sector. So an appropriate marketing strategy is needed, so that sharia banking can be accepted by the public. In this research, as a form of sharia banking to win the competition, a product must be created that is different from similar products, this difference is called product differentiation. Apart from that, companies need to raise public awareness of their existence with a positive and innovative impression through the products they offer. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with a sample size of 100 people. The results of this research show that together product differentiation and brand awareness influence interest in becoming a customer; (2) product differentiation has a positive effect on purchasing interest; (3) brand awareness has a positive effect on purchasing interest.

Abstract

Research with the title: "The Effect of Implementing GCG (Good Corporate Governance), With GGE (Green Grouwth Economy) as a Moderating Variable of Financial Performance on the GNP/GDP of Development Board Companies whose Shares are Listed on the BEI (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the 2020-2022 Observation Period aims to Knowing How the Implementation of GCG Influences Financial Performance CAR Liquidity, DAR & DER Solvency, NPM Profitability & ROA Profitability, ROE & ROI and Tobinsq can increase GDP/GNP through the moderation variable GGE can spur an increase in GDP/GNP for Development Board Companies whose shares are listed on BEI. Implementation of GCG (Good Corporate Governance), with GGE (Green Grouwth Economy) as a moderating variable will spur GDP/GNP. The methodology used is the Quantitative Method with Multiple Correlation Regression Test, Anova TEST F & T-test and R Quadrate to calculate and test data on variables X & Y from the population taken in this research, namely all companies whose shares are listed on the BEI Development Board (Period 2020 to 2023 there are 372 companies). Meanwhile, the sample of 80 companies met the sampling criteria and covered all the variables studied and had Financial Reports for 3 consecutive years, with a complete Report Development Board Annual Report for 17 companies. Based on MRA analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) The influence of ROI, & CAR on GNP (Y1) through GGE (Z1) with a significant value of 0.036; 0.024 is below 0.05. So ROI & CAR through GGE (Z1) are able to influence GNP (Y1), which means the hypothesis is accepted. (2) The influence of DER, & Tobinsq on GNP (Y1) through GGE (Z1) shows a significant value of 0.024, 0.027 below 0.05. So DER & Tobin's Q through GGE (Z1) is able to influence GNP (Y1), which means the hypothesis is accepted. Results of Analysis 2: (1) The influence of ROA, CAR, & Tobins Q on GNP (Y1) through GCG (Z1) The t calculated regression value of ROA, CAR, & Tobinsq with a significant value of 0.001; 0.036; 0.000 under 0.05. So ROA, CAR & Tobinsq through GCG (Z1) are able to influence GNP (Y1) which means it is acceptable. Based on the results of Analysis 3 as follows: (1) Effect of Tobin's Q, ROA; ROI, DER to GDP (Y2) via GGE (Z1) as a mediating variable - with a significant value of 0.827; above 0.05; while 0.001; 0.026; 0.011; & 0.000 below 0.05. So Tobin's Q; ROA; ROI; DER via GGE (Z1) is unable to influence GDP (Y2) which means it is rejected, while var ROA, ROI & DER is accepted. Based on the results of the MRA 5 analysis as follows: (1) ROA, ROI through GGE (Z2) is able to influence GDP (Y2) which means it is acceptable. (2) Based on Analysis Results (6) as follows: (1) Influence of ROA; ROI; DER; TobinsQ; ROE, on GDP (Y2) through GGE (Z2) as a mediating variable can indirectly influence GDP (Y2), which means it is acceptable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to collect data that could be used to provide a definitive explanation of the impact of elements such as product quality, price, and halal labeling on consumer purchasing choices. In this study, quantitative research design was used as research design. One way of data collection is through the use of questionnaires, which are then examined through the application of multiple regression. Based on research findings, there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions that can be caused by three factors: (1) product quality, (2) price, and (3) halal labeling. There are a total of 85.4% of factors influencing the purchase of Abon Daging Sapi Pada Suka 68 Boyolali. These factors include product quality, product price, and halal label. While the remaining 14.6% was influenced by additional factors that were not studied in this study. Keywords: product quality, price, halal labeling, purchasing decision

Abstract

This research aims to optimize database management for individuals with disabilities in Sukoharjo Regency, by utilizing a Management Information System (SIM) that uses the CodeIgniter framework. The case study was conducted at the SEHATI Disabled Community, involving 50 community members with various types of disabilities. An evaluation of member needs and expectations revealed a desire for better accessibility, efficient recording of activities, and better management of health information. The implemented system includes member registration, activity management, medical records, and responsive interface design to achieve universal accessibility. Testing and performance evaluations show increased efficiency and user satisfaction. Conclusions and recommendations involve continued training, feature improvements based on feedback, and further implementation of security policies.
