Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menunjukkan kesenjangan yang signifikan dalam perekonomian Indonesia: meskipun menyumbang 61% terhadap PDB, kontribusinya pada penerimaan pajak nasional diperkirakan hanya sekitar 0,5%. Rendahnya kontribusi ini sejalan dengan tingkat kepatuhan formal yang menjadi tantangan utama dalam optimalisasi penerimaan negara. Fenomena nasional ini terefleksi secara tajam di Kota Bandung, yang dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena mengalami ledakan pertumbuhan UMKM, khususnya di sektor kreatif, kuliner, dan fashion. Berangkat dari fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal yang memengaruhi kepatuhan pajak, yaitu pengaruh pemahaman akuntansi, pemahaman ketentuan pajak, dan persepsi digitalisasi administrasi pajak pada UMKM di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 375 pelaku UMKM yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman akuntansi, pemahaman ketentuan pajak, dan persepsi digitalisasi administrasi pajak secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Persepsi positif terhadap kemudahan sistem digital terbukti menjadi faktor pendorong yang paling dominan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa peningkatan kepatuhan pajak UMKM memerlukan pendekatan terpadu yang tidak hanya berfokus pada edukasi peraturan, tetapi juga pada penguatan literasi akuntansi dan optimalisasi sistem administrasi pajak digital yang ramah pengguna.

Abstract

Warung Babi Guling X merupakan salah satu usaha kuliner babi guling yang ada di Bali. Mengacu pada temuan dari wawancara serta observasi memiliki 3 divisi salah satunya adalah divisi kandang babi. Maksud dari penelitian ialah guna menganalisis proses bisnis Warung Babi Guling X dengan hasil pada setiap metode dapat dijadikan acuan untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan. Terdapat permasalahan pada proses pengembangbiakan babi sering kali tidak tepat sasaran dari jadwal masa kawin hingga proses pemisahan dengan induk babi. Dalam hasil identifikasi mempergunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) diperoleh hasil dengan nilai RPN tertinggi 448 yaitu Ketidaktepatan ketika memperkirakan tanggal kosong. Selanjutnya, dari hasil tersebut mempergunakan metode Business Process Improvement (BPI)  diberikan rekomendasi proses bisnis melalui 2 rekomendasi diantaranya 1) Perlu dilakukan pembuatan SOP pencatatan dengan tools Standarization dan Value-added Assesment, 2) Pembuatan sistem informasi pencatatan dengan tools Automation. Hasil dari rekomendasi tersebut disimulasikan mempergunakan Bizagi Modeler pada 3 level yaitu process validation, time analysis, serta resource analysis adapun hasil simulasi tersebut sebagai berikut 1) level time analysis mengalami peningkatan senilai 2.86% dengan selisih waktu 5 menit, 2) level resource analysis kepala kandang mengalami penurunan beban kerja dan staff mengalami kenaikan beban kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah karyawan PT FWD Insurance Manado lebih termotivasi untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan terbaik mereka ketika faktor-faktor tertentu yang berkaitan dengan gaji dan kondisi kerja mereka dipertimbangkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, berupa survei dengan 50 peserta. Metode analisis data meliputi pengolahan data dengan SPSS, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan gaji PT FWD Insurance Manado keduanya berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, meskipun gaji merupakan aspek yang paling penting. Dengan nilai R Squared sebesar 0,769 (atau 76,9%), hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi dan lingkungan kerja PT FWD Insurance Manado mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan hingga tingkat tertentu (23,1%). Kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan dengan menjaga motivasi mereka untuk bekerja.

Abstract

In distributing fuel oil in Indonesia, of course it requires a large mode of transportation that can distribute fuel oil in large quantities. One of these modes of transportation is sea transportation. Tankers are made to be able to carry liquid cargo which has sensitive properties and requires special treatment. Starting from loading, holding, loading on the ship, handling cargo on board and when unloading. The fact that researchers discovered on the SC Majestic XLII ship was that after unloading at Daesan port, Korea on January 21 2022, there was a Cargo Loss on the Naphtha cargo. The results of the load calculation after unloading are different from the calculation results after loading. Where the calculation results after the ship was unloaded, the land figure was 82,246,807 Barrels, while the calculation results at the loading port according to the Bill of Lading (a document that states the quantity of tanker cargo intended for the recipient party) was 82,400,783 barrels, the ship experienced a Cargo Loss the R4 figure (the difference in cargo from the reject port tank to the arrival port tank) is 153,976 barrels or 0.186%. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. It is hoped that the research results can be compiled become a reference for the development of knowledge regarding the application of loading and unloading procedures to reduce cargo shrinkage.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are central to Indonesia’s economy yet often lack practical capabilities in business planning, promotion, and post-pandemic adaptation. This study evaluates a municipal–university program in Yogyakarta (2023) that delivered eight in-person sessions (32 hours) centered on the Business Model Canvas (BMC), complemented by modules on promotion, finance, and operations, and followed by incubator pairing and community mentors. MSME owners (n = 452) completed a post-training survey, and training exposure was indexed from attendance/engagement and canvas completion (0–100). Entrepreneurial mindset was measured with five Likert items; self-reported sales growth served as a secondary outcome. Using simple linear regression with full assumption checks and robustness tests, greater BMC training exposure was positively associated with entrepreneurial mindset, and higher exposure corresponded with encouraging directional signals for sales growth. Model diagnostics indicated adequate fit and stability to alternative exposure weightings and exclusion of influential observations. Overall, a month-long, mentor-supported program that centers on visual business planning appears feasible for scaling MSME capability building and is associated with stronger entrepreneurial mindset among participants. Future evaluations should incorporate pre–post or comparison designs and objective performance indicators to validate and extend these findings.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu aspek penting dalam suatu organisasi baik publik maupun non publik. Oleh sebab itu, suatu organisasi perlu memperhatikan sumber daya manusia di dalamnya untuk mencapai prestasi kerja. Secara teoritis, modal sumber daya manusia terbagi dalam tiga dimensi, diantaranya kepemimpinan dan motivasi; kualifikasi; kepuasan dan kreativitas. Sedangkan variabel prestasi kerja terdiri atas kinerja kontekstual; kinerja adaptif; dan kinerja tugas. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal sumber daya manusia terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rumus Krejcie dan Morgan sebanyak 111 pegawai. Terdapat 46 pernyataan dalan kuesioner dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai P Value 0,0000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan nilai R Square diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,519 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa modal sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai sebesar 51,9% dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara modal sumber daya manusia terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Semarang.

Abstract

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is the main airport in Indonesia located in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. In the aviation industry, all parties such as airlines, airport managers and air traffic controllers must comply with strict safety and security standards. The Airport Rescue And Fire Fighting Unit (ARFF) at Soekarno-Hatta Airport has an important role in handling emergencies in accordance with national and international regulations. ARFF main tasks include saving lives and property as well as fighting fires in the airport area. However, some of the challenges faced by this unit are related to human resources, facilities and leadership. This research shows that ARFF performance is very dependent on improvements in the aspects of people, facilities and leadership to increase readiness and response in dealing with emergency incidents at airports. The research methodology used is quantitative data. Meanwhile, the data source used in this research is primary data, namely data obtained from Angkasa Pura II employees who work in the ARFF division of Soekarno Hatta Airport and using analytical tools SEM PLS And Smart PLS. This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and work facilities on the performance of ARFF personnel at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, with motivation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

In recent years, the tourism sector has undergone rapid digital transformation and growth. Angkasa Pura II launched the TRAVELIN application to cater to various needs of passengers at Angkasa Pura II airports. Through this application, passengers receive real-time flight reminders and access the locations of all shops, facilities, and ground transportation at the airport with a single touch. This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Word of mouth on E-loyalty through E-satisfaction and E-trust.The research employs a quantitative method with a sample of 250 users of the Travelin application. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The study revealed that E-Service Quality significantly influences E-satisfaction, E-loyalty, and E-trust. Furthermore, E-Word of mouth significantly affects E-trust and E-loyalty. While E-satisfaction has a significant impact on E-loyalty, E-trust does not have a significant effect on E-loyalty. E-satisfaction is proven to be a significant mediating variable between E-Service Quality and E-loyalty among Travelin application users. On the other hand, E-trust is shown to be an insignificant mediating variable between E-Service Quality, E-loyalty, and E-Word of mouth, E-loyalty. The implication of this research highlights the need to enhance digital service quality (E-Service Quality) to improve customer satisfaction (E-satisfaction), which directly impacts user loyalty (E-loyalty).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of empty land in the airside area that is not utilized but still requires routine maintenance so that it requires operational costs. This study aims to analyze strategies that can be carried out to utilize idle airside land at Raja Sisingamangaraja XII Airport. The research method is qualitative. The informants in this study are informants who provide convenience to researchers in conducting analysis and obtaining research results regarding the strategy for utilizing idle airside land. Data collection methods consist of: observation (direct observation), interviews, and Focus Group Discussions, documentation. Interactive data analysis methods are used in research and data from the research results are validated. The results of this study indicate that one strategy that can be applied in utilizing idle airport side land is to be used as a means of generating solar power so that it can reduce operational costs and can also produce electrical energy that can be used by the airport and is environmentally friendly. Based on the results of the study, airport managers can continue to observe and utilize land in the airport area. In addition, it is also hoped that airport managers can supervise and maintain solar power plants that have been selected as one of the strategies for utilizing idle airside land.

Abstract

Research on environmentally friendly building design has been widely conducted, including green decoration, living plants, environmentally friendly spaces, green atmospheres, but research that focuses on airports is still rare. This study aims to analyze the role of airport reputation and subjective well-being in mediating environmentally friendly building design on passenger behavioral intentions. The research method is quantitative. The sample used was 400 respondents who were passengers at Soekarno Hatta, I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II, Juanda, Sultan Syarif Kasim II, and Sultan Hasanuddin airports. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Smart PLS. The results of the study showed that the environmentally friendly design of airport buildings directly influenced airport reputation, subjective well-being and behavioral intentions. Furthermore, airport reputation and subjective well-being influenced behavioral intentions, airport reputation and subjective well-being mediated the influence of environmentally friendly design of airport buildings on behavioral intentions. Researchers hope that airport managers will continue to improve environmentally friendly designs in airport buildings so as to create a reputation, subjective well-being, and behavioral intentions in users.
