Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) respondents' perceptions of social media, celebrity endorser, brand image, repurchase intention, and brand trust, (2) the significance of social media on repurchase intention, (3) the significance of celebrity endorser on repurchase intention, (4) the significance of brand image to repurchase intention, (5) the significance of social media to brand trust, (6) the significance of celebrity endorser to brand trust, (7) the significance of brand image to brand trust, (8) the significance of brand trust to interest repurchase, (9) the significance of brand trust in mediating social media, celebrity endorsers, and brand image in influencing repurchase intention. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis make it clear that the achievement of the social media variable indicators is 69%, the achievement of the indicator variable celebrity endorser is 70%, the achievement of the indicator variable brand image is 70%, the achievement of the variable indicator of repurchase intention is 68%, and the achievement of the indicator variable brand trust is 68%. These five variables are categorized as good. The results of inferential statistics show that social media has a positive effect, but is not important enough for repurchasing interest, with a significance of 0.293 > 0.05. Celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, with a significance of 0.010 <0.05. Brand image has a positive and important influence on repurchase intention, its significance is 0.034 <0.05.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to examine the relationship between information technology optimization, organizational culture, and competence with improving lecturer performance. In today's digital era, information technology plays an increasingly important role in higher education. Information technology optimization includes the utilization of technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in academic and administrative activities. Organizational culture reflects the values, norms and practices prevailing within educational institutions. Lecturer competencies refer to the skills, knowledge and attitudes relevant to teaching and research tasks. Through the literature review, the relationship between information technology optimization, organizational culture, and competencies with lecturer performance improvement will be identified. The results of the literature review show that information technology optimization can improve the efficiency and productivity of lecturers in carrying out teaching, research, and administrative tasks. An organizational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and technology utilization also contributes to improving lecturer performance. The technological knowledge and skills mastered by lecturers contribute significantly to their performance. Improving lecturers' competencies in technology use, understanding of digital curriculum, and technology-based teaching skills can also improve teaching and research effectiveness.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas tentang Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Motivasi sebagai Variabel Intervening. Dimana pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi meliputi gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi, maka pada artikel ini penulis akan mengulas tiga variabel yang memiliki peran atau pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Implementasi artikel kajian pustaka ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Kompensasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan; 4) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja; 5) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja; 6) kompensasi mempengaruhi motivasi kerja; 7) gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 8) gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas tantangan kompetensi SDM dalam menghadapi era digital, strategi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM di era digital, serta peran pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut. Tantangan sumber daya manusia adalah dituntut untuk selalu mengikuti kemajuan teknologi dan mampu menghadapi perubahan dengan cepat, organisasi atau perusahaan harus menyediakan sumber daya manusia yang dapat menganalisis data dan berpikir kritis. Karena semua serba digital sekarang dan menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi organisasi dan perusahaan. Organisasi perlu memberikan pelatihan dan pendidikan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM. Organisasi juga perlu memperhatikan perkembangan teknologi dan mengikuti tren yang ada agar mampu bersaing dengan organisasi lain. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui pembinaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkesinambungan dan menyeluruh. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan, kompetensi berkualitas, kreativitas, inovasi, dan kemandirian. Dukungan iklim organisasi harus dibangun secara harmonis, kinerja yang baik, transfer pengetahuan, kepemimpinan, dukungan kepada karyawan, efektivitas kelompok, dan strategi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of the Ease of Use, Social Influence and Risk factors on the interest in transacting using financial technology in the millennial generation of Dian Nusantara University students. This research includes causal associative research and has independent and dependent variables. This type of research is a quantitative research. Where data collection techniques in the form of primary. The collection of data obtained is by means of a questionnaire. The sample in this study focused on the millennial generation of Dian Nusantara University students who used Fintech, namely 105 people. The analysis used is the SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square) method with smartPLS software version 3.0.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work environment on competence, work discipline on competence, work motivation on teacher competence, work environment on job satisfaction, work discipline on job satisfaction, work motivation on teacher job satisfaction, work environment through competence as a mediating variable on job satisfaction, work discipline through teacher competence as a mediating variable on teacher job satisfaction, work motivation through competence as a mediating variable on job satisfaction. The population is 60 people and the sample is 60 people. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment through teacher competence as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on competence job satisfaction, work discipline through teacher competence as a mediating variable has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation through teacher competence as a mediating variable has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Beban kerja yang berat mampu menyebabkan stres dalam pekerjaan, terjadi saat tuntutan tugas melebihi kemampuan fisik seseorang. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendorong semangat dalam bekerja dan mempengaruhi prestasi kerja, diperlukan motivasi kerja yang tinggi. Prestasi kerja adalah capaian kerja dari pegawai yang mencakup kualitas maupun kuantitas selama menjalankan tugas berdasar pada tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian sebelumnya dan studi yang relevan sangat penting dalam kajian literatur untuk karya ilmiah, untuk mengidentifikasi apakah antarvariabel ataupun faktor lainnya dapat memengaruhi variabel itu. Studi ini mengulas literatur mengenai faktor yang memengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan, yaitu motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening, lingkungan kerja maupun stres kerja. Karya ilmiah ini ditulis dengan maksud guna merancang hipotesis, apakah antarvariabel memengaruhi dan bisa dipergunakan dalam penelitian lebih lanjut. Pembahasan dalam kajian literatur ini mencakup lingkungan kerja yang diduga memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Stres kerja yang diduga memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Lingkungan kerja diduga mempengaruhi prestasi kerja. Stres kerja diduga memengaruhi prestasi kerja. Motivasi kerja diduga memengaruhi prestasi kerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja yang diduga menjadi mediator antara lingkungan kerja dan prestasi kerja. Motivasi kerja diduga dapat menjadi mediator antara stres kerja maupun prestasi kerja pegawai.

Abstract

Employee performance problems that occur at Bank Sulutgo are caused by various factors, including leadership style, poor organizational culture, and low job satisfaction which is characterized by suboptimal performance, so this research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture in improving employee performance through job satisfaction at Bank Sulutgo. The research method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart PLS. The results of the research show that leadership style and work culture directly influence job satisfaction, leadership style does not influence performance, work culture and job satisfaction influence the performance of Bank Sulutgo employees. Indirectly, job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of Bank Sulutgo employees. It is necessary to pay attention to the factors that most influence employee performance, including leaders mingling with employees within the company, maintaining the organizational culture condition remains stable, and maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for employees, so that employees can carry out their duties well and effectively achieve company goals. In addition, there is a need to increase emphasis from leaders on subordinates to be task-oriented so that employee performance can be better.

Abstract

How big is the role of the IT department and support? Support staff and employee understanding in improving IT services, which in this research is PT. XYZ, especially in raising the value of IT performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a cause and effect relationship approach with a sample of respondents from 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling so that it can be used proportionally according to the group or equivalent of the population or respondents. Analysis of the role of the IT Department and the support of Support Personnel as well as employee understanding of Standard Operating Procedures can improve the quality of IT services and have an impact on improving IT performance. Research on the role of 3 (three) independent variables as a discussion is still rarely discussed in Standard Operating Procedures. So it is necessary to consider whether employees' understanding of the existence of IT services can improve the quality of IT services themselves and will have an impact on increasing the value of IT performance.
