Abstract

Marketing management is a plan carried out for school promotion. carried out by each institution for promotional events. Therefore, educational institutions must improve the general public's perception of the institution. To ensure that schools are of a high caliber, appropriate educational marketing strategies must be used. One component of school marketing strategies in the education sector is how the general public can obtain important school information. The reputation of the school can be improved through efficient public information transmission.  MTs Negeri 6 Kediri educational marketing model, the method used to implement educational marketing strategies factors that help and hinder the use of educational marketing at MTs Negeri 6 Kediri are the three main objectives of this study. Storytelling has evolved into a very helpful technique in the field of education that enables pupils to explore their understanding and creativity. Narrative in education is a strategy that blends storytelling with active learning, not merely retelling stories. By fusing narrative components with instructional content, teachers may give students rich and lasting learning experiences. Students' cognitive and emotional engagement with this approach improves their comprehension of the concepts being taught.

Abstract

Student learning achievement is one of the indicators of the success of the educational process. However, achievement is not only determined by intellectual ability but also by emotional intelligence, which plays a role in managing emotions, building social relationships, and motivating oneself to learn. This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of elementary school students. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires to measure emotional intelligence and documentation of grades as indicators of learning achievement. The study population consists of all fifth-grade students totaling 22 students, and the sample was determined using purposive sampling. The research results show that the emotional intelligence of students is in the "agree" category, which means it is quite good, with an average score of 3.915. Meanwhile, the learning achievement of students is also in the "agree" category with an average score of 3.885. The results of the simple linear regression test show that there is a significant influence of emotional intelligence on student learning achievement, with a significance value less than 0.05. The implication of this research is the importance of strengthening character education and emotional intelligence training in the learning process at the primary level to optimally support learning achievement

Abstract

Reading ability is a fundamental foundation in the learning process at the primary education level. However, many early grade students still face difficulties in reading, either due to monotonous teaching methods or a lack of active student involvement in the learning process. This research aims to find out how the strategies implemented by teachers enhance reading skills among first-grade students and to identify the inhibiting factors that affect the development of these skills. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the research are first-grade teachers, students, and the principal. The research results indicate that the use of flashcard-based learning strategies significantly enhances students' reading abilities. Students become more enthusiastic, active, and show progress in recognizing letters and reading short sentences. However, there are still challenges such as a less conducive learning environment, minimal parental involvement at home, and low student motivation. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing interactive, creative learning strategies that align with students' characteristics to optimize reading skills in early elementary school.

Abstract

In the midst of the dominance of global languages like English and the shift from fus-ha to 'amiyah, the Arabic language faces existential challenges. This study emphasizes the importance of preservation strategies through curriculum and digital technology. Arabic, as the language of the Qur'an, holds a central position in shaping the religious identity of Muslims worldwide. However, the era of globalization presents significant challenges to its sustainability, particularly due to the global dominance of English in the realms of science, technology, and media, as well as the increasing shift from standard Arabic (fus-ha) to local dialects (‘amiyah). This study explores these challenges through a qualitative literature review, integrating linguistic, sociocultural, and technological perspectives. The findings reveal that while Arabic remains a core symbol of Islamic religious identity, it faces pressures from linguistic hybridization, educational transitions, and technological marginalization. Nonetheless, globalization also presents opportunities through the proliferation of Arabic-based digital media, online education, and language learning applications. Strategic efforts to preserve Arabic include curriculum strengthening, technological integration, and global cultural promotion. This study underscores the enduring relevance of Arabic not only as a medium of religious expression but also as a vehicle for sustaining Islamic values and cultural heritage in a rapidly evolving global context.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education depends not only on the size of the available budget, but also on the effectiveness of the financing management applied by educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of financial management in enhancing educational quality within private religious-based institutions, with a case study at MTs Al-Hidayah Sukajaya, Bandar Lampung. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, and analyzed thematically using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The results indicate that MTs Al-Hidayah implements need-based budgeting, transparent and accountable financial execution, and continuous oversight through internal audits and participatory evaluation. These strategies have proven effective in increasing public trust, improving infrastructure quality, and enhancing teacher motivation and performance. The study implies that participatory, need-based, and accountable financial management is essential to achieving sustainable educational quality, particularly in resource-constrained madrasah.

Abstract

The competition among basic educational institutions has become increasingly complex, driven by growing societal expectations for high-quality academic, character-based, and Islamic value-oriented education. This study aims to analyze school leadership strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic basic education institutions through value-based strategic management approaches. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the principal adopted competitive strategies based on Michael E. Porter's theory: cost leadership, differentiation, and focus. The cost leadership strategy involved financial efficiency, external collaboration, and internal reinforcement. Differentiation was realized through unique Islamic programs, Qur'an memorization, and academic excellence. The focus strategy was implemented by targeting urban Muslim families and strengthening Islamic values in school culture. The implications of these strategies include increased student enrollment, academic achievements, and public trust in Islamic education institutions.

Abstract

Accountability in Islamic education is a crucial aspect in ensuring transparent, efficient, and accountable financing management. The background of this study is the gap between accountability theory and financial management practices in Islamic educational institutions that are still not optimal. The purpose of this study is to analyze the theory and concept of accountability and examine its implications in the practice of Islamic educational financing management. The main problem in this study is how the implementation of accountability can strengthen the governance of financing in Islamic educational institutions. The method used is a qualitative approach based on literature studies and literature analysis from accredited scientific journals, combined with case studies in several Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of accountability principles such as transparency, participation, and accountability is very influential in increasing public trust and the effectiveness of the use of educational funds. This study concludes that accountability based on Islamic values ​​can be used as a foundation for strengthening sustainable education financing management.

Abstract

Social interaction among students in collaborative classroom learning is a key factor in creating an effective learning process. This study aims to identify patterns of social interaction among students, understand group dynamics, and evaluate the impact of those interactions on the learning process. Phenomena such as the dominance of certain students, low active participation, and exclusivity of social groups often hinder the formation of healthy interactions. This study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive observation methods. Data was collected through direct observations, interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The research results show that trust among students, teachers' communication styles, and the design of the learning environment significantly affect the quality of social interactions in the classroom. These findings have important implications for the development of more inclusive, participatory, and student-centered learning strategies that enhance students' social skills.

Abstract

The learning model is essentially implemented based on the needs experienced by the students. The application of the cooperative learning model, specifically the STAD type, can ease a teacher in carrying out the process. This research aims to explore the implementation of the STAD-type cooperative learning model in Social Studies (IPS) subjects at MTs Al-Islam Joresan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, focusing on the application of the STAD-type cooperative learning model in the Social Studies (IPS) subject at MTs Al-Islam Joresan. The results of the study show that the implementation of the STAD-type cooperative learning model in the Social Studies (IPS) subject at MTs Al-Islam Joresan is very easy to apply. Secondly, the benefits of implementing this model are numerous, including training collaboration, improving understanding, increasing learning motivation, fostering interaction, and practicing speaking skills during presentations

Abstract

This reserch aims to examine the effectiveness of using audio-visual media in the teaching process of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) in class X at MA Unggulan KH.A. Wahab Hasbullah during the 2024/2025 academic year. The main focus of this study is to address several key questions: (1) How does the use of audio-visual media enhace the effectiveness of SKI learning? (2) What challenges are encountered in using this media? (3) What solutions can be implemented to overcome these challenges? The fundings of this reserch are expected to contribute to improving the quality of SKI education through the use of more effective and efficient media. The descriptive qualitative method was selected for this study as it is considered effective in exploring problems in depth and providing a detailed explanation of events, from identifying challenges to formulating solutions. The research findings indicate that the use of audio-visual media is highly effective in supporting the teaching of Islamic Cultural History. Material tests conducted during the study showed satisfactory average scores. Furthermore, interview data collected to strengthen the findings revealed that audio-visual media successfully captured students' attention and helped them better understand the learning material. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of audio-visual media in the teaching of Islamic Cultural History for Grade X students has proven to be efficient, both in increasing students' learning interest and enhancing their comprehension of the subject matter
