Abstract

Becoming a teacher is truly noble work. He is responsible for not only making human children smart in the field of science but also good morals in this life. A human child who at first did not understand anything, before a teacher was educated to understand life better and know the world. On his shoulders is the duty and responsibility of the future survival of more intelligent and confronting generations. So noble the work of a teacher and how heavy the duties and responsibilities of being a teacher. This is why not everyone can become a successful teacher. Only certain people who have a love for children or students and are highly dedicated to the world of education are able to become a teacher. This is the personality of a teacher who is both teachings and educating in front of his students, the figure of a favorite teacher who is loved by his students. The ten factors for becoming a teacher that is loved by their students are as follows: 1. Close to students, 2. Building a pleasant atmosphere, 3. Being able to act as a second parent, 4. Being friends in learning, 5. Personality deserves to be copied, 6 Be affectionate, 7. Be patient in teaching, 8. Can make laugh, 9. Liberator for students, 10. I can be a listener and mediator.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents and strategies in improving moral education in adolescents in Muslim families in the industrial era 4.0. The focus of this research problem is on how the concept of the role and strategies of adolescent moral education carried out by Muslim families in the industrial era 4.0. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that parents' understanding of adolescent moral education is still very lacking, parental understanding of Islamic religion is still minimal so that adolescent ahklaq education in Muslim households or families is very limited and the concept of family education for adolescents in moral education is to provide role models and provide knowledge of intolerance to individual teenagers at home.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze matters relating to performance enhancement within the organization, being reviewed from various aspects, such as; 1. Overview of MSDM, 2. Reviews on motivation, 3. Overview of the performance, 4. An overview of interpersonal skills. With focus discussion. 1what is the basic concept of human resource management in the organization, 2 how the basic concept of motivation in the organization, 3 how basic concept of performance in the organization, 4 how the concept of human resources, motivation, and performance in management Interpersonal. Types of correlational qualitative research. Data analysis techniques with the research path of 1 successful factor that determines individual performance and the team in the organization are knowledge or skill and willingness to walk together.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of leadership style transformational, transactional, authentic and authoritarian to the performance of teachers in a Pesantren Aliyah in Tangerang Central Java. Respondents to the study were 70 teachers and data collection methods by distributing electronic questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) of LISREL program version 8.70. The results of the analysis and processing of research data show that the leadership style of transactional and authority positively and significantly influence the teacher's performance while the transformational and authentic leadership style is not a significant impact on teacher performance

Abstract

The problem examined in this study is: how the change dynamics of religious and socio-cultural patterns in an urban community, Tanggul Rejo, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency, can be elaborated from the perspective of community development ?. To uncover the problem, this study used a phenomenological approach emphasizing human’s action in a social relationship and mutual interaction in terms of providing and understanding meaning. In addition, this study employed qualitative methods, enriched by direct and intensive involvement of researchers on the field. Related to data collection, this study utilized in-depth interview techniques, documentation, and observation. The collected data thus was analyzed by an iterative (continuous) strategy which was developed further during the research process. The strategy was conducted through some crucial steps: the elaboration of research problem, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, the process of drawing conclusions, and verifying the data. The findings indicate that the urban community at the research setting has a lack of religious knowledge, resulting to changes in their religious behavior and lifestyle in the daily activities. Additionally, this situation could impact on the residential development sector. Moreover, their behavior patterns also generate the fading of the trust in other communities although these communities have desire to contribute in the development sector in the urban area of Tanggul Rejo. The deviation of behavior patterns in the urban community of Tanggul Rejo apparently also influences significant changes in their socio-cultural system, which leads to the emergence of hedonist and westernist behaviors. Based on this phenomenon, community development strategies have been advocated by some agents of change implementing such various strategies as a religious approach and being involved in the infrastructure and moral development process in this community.

Abstract

Computational thinking is a very necessary capability in the face of the rapid development of ICT and complex. Besides, the 4.0 industrial era also requires computerization in all areas. Nevertheless, there are still not many learning practices aimed at enhancing computational thinking skills for students. Even in Indonesia, the study of Computitatioan thinking is still very minimal. Using a library review, this article will discuss the computational thinking skills in problem-solving and examples of implementation in school learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of learning styles and students ' learning achievement in the subjects of the history of Islamic culture at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Podorejo in Tulungagung. The research method used is a survey method. The survey was conducted on students of class III E.G. Podorejo of Tulungagung City with a total of 71 people. Sample determination of simple random sampling method. Retrieval of research data is taken using tests and documentation. The results showed that the students of the III grade Podorejo the Tulungagung city as many as 25 students (35.2%) Has a visual learning style, 25 learners (35.2%) has auditory learning style, and 21 learners (29.6%) Have a kinaesthetic learning style. From this data indicates that the class III Podorejo MIS in Tulungagung City tends to have a visual and auditory learning style.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis bentuk budayaorganisasi di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-Jawahir sebagai implikasi dari perankepemimpinan karismatik kiai di pesantren tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan fenomenologis dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulandata dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studidokumenter. Sedangkan untuk teknik penentuan sumber data menggunakan samplingpurposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kiai karismatik memiliki peranstrategis dalam upaya mengembangkan budaya organisasi di pesantren. Budayaorganisasi di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-Jawahir diterapkan melalui kegiatansantri yang meliputi; pertama, kegiatan harian, yaitu shalat berjamaah, pembelajaranNahwu-Sharaf, dan pembelajaran membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur’an; kedua,kegiatan mingguan, yaitu pembacaan kitab Al-Barzanji, shalawat, pembacaan yasin,dan pembacaan manakib, pengajian kitab Ta’lim Al-Muta’allim dan WasiatAl-Mustafa, pembelajaran tilawat Alquran, muhadarah, pembacaan istigasah, danpengajian untuk alumni; ketiga, kegiatan tahunan, yaitu memperingati Maulid NabiMuhammad SAW, memperingati Isra Mi’raj Nabi Muhammad SAW, ziarah ke makamWalisongo, tahun baru hijriah, dan Idul Adha. Selain melalui kegiatan tersebut,budaya organisasi juga diterapkan dalam kehidupan pesantren melalui pendirianstruktur organisasi yang dikelola oleh santri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-eksploratif dan didesaindalam bingkai studi fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1)Peran penyuluh agama Islam fungsional dalam upaya melakukan pembinaanterhadap narapidana di rutan kelas II-B Kabupaten Bangkalan denganmenggunakan pendekatan komunikasi sosial dan agama termanifestasikandalam bentuk melakukan penyuluhan secara rutin di rutan kelas II-BKabupaten Bangkalan, yaitu setiap hari Jum’at selama dua kali dalam satubulan, tepatnya pada minggu pertama dan minggu ketiga. Kegiatan pembinaanyang berbentuk pemberian penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh penyuluh agamaIslam fungsional tersebut, antara lain:mengajak para narapidana untukmembaca surat Yasin, tahlil, istighasah, dan shalawat; memberikan ceramahagama; serta menggunakan pendekatan bimbingan dan konseling dalam upayamenyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami oleh para narapidana.2) Kendalakendalayang dihadapi oleh penyuluh agama Islam fungsional dalam upayamelakukan pembinaan terhadap narapidana di rutan kelas II-B KabupatenBangkalan dengan menggunakan pendekatan komunikasi sosial dan agamayaitu adanya kendala internal dan eksternal. Kendala internal berupa: adanyaperbedaan latar belakang budaya dari para narapidana, adanya perbedaanlatar belakang pendidikan dari para narapidana, dan adanya perbedaan kasusyang melatar belakangi para narapidana sehingga mereka harus menjalanimasa hukuman di rutan. Sedangkan kendala eksternal berupa kurangmemadainya infra struktur kamar mandi yang ada di rutan kelas II-BKabupaten Bangkalan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui apakah temperance danperceived organizational support dapat memprediksi organizational citizenshipbehavior, 2) mengetahui apakah temperance dapat memprediksi organizationalcitizenship behavior, dan 3) mengetahui apakah perceived organizationalsupport dapat memprediksi organizational citizenship behavior. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitianGuru SMA sederajat di lingkungan LP Ma’arif Kabupaten Wonosobo. Jumlahpopulasi penelitian 170 dengan sampel penelitian 52 Guru. Pengambilansampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan skala temperance, skala perceived organizational support, danskala OCB. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi berganda denganbantuan IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1)Temperance dan perceivedorganizational support dapat memprediksi organizational citizenship behaviordengan R squere 0,418, 2)Temperance dapat memprediksi organizationalcitizenship behavior dan 3) Perceived organizational support dapatmemprediksi organizational citizenship behavior.
