Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and analyze the Comparative Study of Quality Management Practices and Management Performance at Central MUI before and after ISO 9001: 2015 implementation and the relationship between Quality Management Practices and Management Performance before ISO implementation, the relationship between Quality Management Practices and Management Performance after ISO implementation. , The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Measurements were made using questionnaires and then the data were processed using SPSS software. This research was conducted at the central MUI. The results of this study indicate that Quality Management Practices before ISO and Quality Management Practices after ISO 9001: 2015 have a strong relationship in influencing the success of ISO 9001: 2015 which is implemented in the central MUI and the Performance of the Central MUI Management before ISO and the Performance of the Central MUI Administrators after ISO 9001 : 2015 has a very strong influence in influencing the success of ISO 9001: 2015 which is implemented at the central MUI. So it can be said that the Quality Management Practices and Performance Management at the Central MUI before and after the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 have improved so that it needs to be maintained and maintained in order to stay good in implementing ISO 9001: 2015 which is implemented by the central MUI.

Abstract

Political events can affect stock prices in economic or non-economic terms. The political events of the general election are quite interesting topics for testing the information content of stock prices on the IDX which is intended to measure market response using abnormal returns, average abnormal returns and trading volume activity as well as average trading volume activity. The purpose of this research is to be able to prove the difference between abnormal return, average abnormal return and trading volume activity as well as average trading volume activity after and before the 2019 Indonesian presidential election. The population of this study is the index published by the IDX and the sample in this study is 45 companies listed in the LQ 45 index. The type of research conducted is quantitative research and secondary data in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Yahoo Finance. Analysis of the test data using the normality Kolmogrov-Smirnov test and the Ranking Test Wilcoxon because the observation time in the test is 7 days after and 7 days before the 2019 Indonesian presidential election. 2019 there is no significant difference to the average abnormal return and average trading volume activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove the effect of profitability, company size, liquidity, and asset structure on the capital structure of manufacturing issuers in LQ45 in IDX in 2014- 2019. The study analyzed four free variables using secondary data in panel data with eight company cross-sections and a six-year time series. Analysis method used in the form of regression of panel data with random effect method. The results showed that profitability (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure (DER), company size (SIZE) positively and significantly affect the capital structure (DER). , liquidity (CR) positively and significantly affect the capital structure (DER), asset structure (AS) positively but insignificantly affect the capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROE), company size (SIZE), liquidity (CR) and asset structure (AS) simultaneously influence the capital structure by 87.1496%, In comparison the remaining 12.8504% was explained by other independent variables that were not studied.

Abstract

Indonesia is a cocoa producer with potential to be developed. Cocoa that has been industrially processed into cocoa powder, dark chocolate and others. Chocolate-based cake business is very suitable to be developed because the raw materials are easy to obtain. In addition to the potential available raw materials, cocoa also contains good nutrition for the growth of the human body. The purpose of the training is to increase knowledge about entrepreneurship, improve welfare and improve nutrition for the community considering the current condition of the country which is being affected by the COVID-19 virus outbreak. The participants were attended by 20 people who were going to start a new cake business, especially cakes made from chocolate. The training material consists of theory and practice of making chocolate-based cakes. The results obtained from the technical guidance of this training are that the community has knowledge about the establishment of new businesses, especially the delicious, nutritious and hygienic chocolate cake business. All participants who take part in the training are willing to establish a new entrepreneur of chocolate-based cakes, either individually or in groups.

Abstract

RSUD X is a public organization which provides health services for patients and it is required to provide those services in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the Hospital Accreditation Commission and strive to implement corporate governance to optimize its performance. This research aims to analyze the affect from the implementing corporate governance and transformational leadership style to the performance of RSUD X through work motivation as an mediating variable. This research with a quantitative and survey method used the questionnaires and audit data. The population is all employees of the State Civil Apparatus at RSUD X, which are service personnel and management/administration staff. The sampling technique that used in this research was disproportionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 200 respondents. The data analysis method through SEM-AMOS. And the research results found: There is a simultaneous and partial affect which caused by the implementation of corporate governance, transformational leadership style and work motivation to the RSUD X performance; There is a partial positive significant affect between the implementation of corporate governance and transformational leadership style on work motivation at RSUD X. Managerial implications: By improving SIMRS, communication systems and remuneration systems.

Abstract

Organizational learning can be applied in companies and organizations, including vocational schools (SMK). The existence of Vocational Schools at this time has to provide maximum contribution in the provision of quality human resources. For this reason, continuous learning is needed to be able to increase its competitive advantage. This study aims to examine the effect of examinesl leadership and dynamic capability on organizational learning in Vocational High Schools (knowledgeIndonesia. The analytical technique used in this research is partial least square (PLS-SEM). The population in this study are 358 SMK in West Java Province, Indonesia. The intended respondent is the Principal of the SMK. The results of this study reveal that there is a positive influence either directly or through mediation of the variables studied othe n organizational learning.

Abstract

In today's world of education, there is a lot of competition. The output produced by the school must be in accordance with the national education goals. The principal as a manager plays an important role in realizing these goals. In addition, teachers are also expected not only to transfer knowledge but also to be able to provide maximum performance. In order for the teacher to achieve maximum performance, it must be determined through the main tasks of each personnel. This study aims to determine how the level of the principal's management function and teacher performance. Researchers used a qualitative-naturalistic approach. With this concept, the researcher strives for the presence of the researcher not to change the situation or behavior of the person being studied. The method in collecting data in the field is the method of observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the differences in financial performance before and after the IPO for companies that went public in 2018. The sampling method was the purposive sampling with 17 companies in total as samples. The financial performance is assessed from the ratio of liquidity, activity, solvability, and profitability. Differences in performance were tested with the paired sample t-test and the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Implementing the basis of the liquidity and solvability ratios, there were improvement differences in companies’ financial performances after the IPO. Meanwhile, by implementing the basis of the activity and profitability ratios, there were declining differences in the companies’ financial performances after the IPO. Throughout thee period of two years and one year after the IPO, there have been both post-IPO changes and stagnations in the hypothesis of the profitability ratio, which concluded that the companies’ ability to seek profit would require a certain period of time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-CRM and E-Marketing on customer loyalty and intervening satisfaction of consumers of PT. Indofood. In this study, the authors use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach to answer research problems related to the effect of E-CRM and E-Marketing on customer loyalty with the intervening variable of customer satisfaction. This study indicates that based on the results of hypothesis testing, E-CRM affects customer loyalty with the intervening variable of customer satisfaction, as well as the results of testing the hypothesis that E-Marketing affects customer loyalty with the intervening variable of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

COVID-19 has a negative impact on economic activity, one of which affects the financial performance of banks. Where the net profit of each bank decreased and the bank had to restructure credit to its debtors. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of CoV-19 on the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, and PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) methods. In this study, the type of data used was secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive method of data collected and then compiled and analyzed. The results showed that the EVA value at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk experienced fluctuations, although EVA is not stable, this company still produces an EVA value > 0 or positive value., and for MVA it increased in 2016-2019 but in 2020 it decreased, even so the MVA value> 0 or positive. While at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk EVA value has increased every year so that the value of EVA> 0, and for the value of MVA has increased every year with the resulting value of MVA> 0.
