Abstract

The purpose of this reseach was to determine the Effect of Motivation, Incentives and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of Garment companies in north jakarta. The research method is descriptive method. The sampe ini this reseach amounted to 107 respondents of Garment companies in north jakarta employees. Data processing uses quantitative data analysis using SPSS 25.0 for windows. The results showed that the determinant coefficient (Adjuster R Square) of 0.772 means that the variables of Motivation, Incentives and Organizational Commitment together contributed to the Performance of 77.2%, the remaining 22.8% were other variables not in the model. The results of multiple regression show that both Motivation, Incentive and Organizational Commitment variables have a positive influence on Employee Performance. Significant value of 0,000<0,005 and Fcount>Ftable (71,162>2,761) which means that there is a significant relationship between Motivation, Incentives and Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of existing employees at Starbucks Coffee Cibubur Branch is influenced by the work environment through Motivation. This research was conducted on employees of the Starbucks Coffee Cibubur Branch. The research method used in this study is a data collection method used by distributing questionnaires to respondents or employees. This study uses the method of total sampling, or saturated sampling, where the sample used is all population members. The results of this study indicate that the work environment does not affect employee performance. Motivation affects employee performance. Abstract

This research has purposes to discover and analyze furture relates the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at PT Sukses Artha Mulia. The research method used a quantitative research with a causal method. The population and sample in this research amounted to 109 respondents who are employees at PT Sukses Artha Mulia. The data analysis method used SEM-PLS. And the results of the research indicate that the work environment has no significant effect on motivation. Compensation has a significant effect on motivation. The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment and compensation simultaneously affect motivation. Work environment, compensation, and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. Motivation has no effect in mediating the work environment on employee performance. However, motivation has a partial effect in mediating compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

Investigating of market orientation relationships and business performance has been widely conducted, but the research related to the implementation of the market-business performance orientation model is still relatively rarely. A woman entrepreneur who accepts challenging roles to meet her personal needs and become economically independent is an important role in economic independence. The research aims to analyze how the role of women entrepreneurs in applying market orientation models to improve business performance in SMEs of Batik Jambi in Jambi City. The method used in this study is qualitative method. The results of this study found that SMEs batik Jambi is mostly owned and managed by women entrepreneurs. They have been market oriented and impacted on business performance. Orientation to consumers is a strength factor for women to run their business and they tend to be more responsive to what competitors do. This study found that women entrepreneurs have the ability to coordinate internally. This becomes an internal force for SMEs to improve business performance as well. Lack of the competence in tecnology and information is one of women deficiency that need to be develpo in order to gain competitive advantage among them.

Abstract

Islam as a religion that is flexible, dynamic and adaptive to the times. However, this certainly has ethical limitations and has the principle that values ??in Islamic teachings must be the basis in every human activity, especially in community activities or muamalah. Therefore, this paper aims to critically describe cryptocurrency investment in Islamic economic principles.The method used in this paper is a scientific study approach with literature study, with data collection through the study of books, literature, notes, and various reports related to the problem to be solved. Based on the results of this study, cryptocurrency when viewed in Islamic economic principles does not meet the criteria as a medium of exchange and investment that is permitted in Islam. Cryptocurrencies at the beginning of their creation had a clear goal, a complicated system that was not acceptable to everyone. So that cryptocurrency can be manipulated and monopolized by certain parties. In addition, cryptocurrencies have high volatility so they are very volatile and are closer to gambling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and work motivation on turnover intention. This study involved 112 permanent employees at PT Sinergy Information Pratama, and data were collected by giving questionnaires to permanent employees that had been sampled in the study. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 24 program. The test results of the research instrument were said to be valid and reliable. The results also show that organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and work motivation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Therefore, it can be concluded that when organizational culture, compensation, and work motivation decrease, turnover intention will increase and vise versa.

Abstract

This research identifies the business activities related to the teachings of the Khalwatiyah Samman Order which are identical to Sufistic activities. So that it attracts the attention of researchers to find out about the history of the entry of the Khalwatiyah Samman Order, how is the relevance of business activities to the teachings and business activities carried out by followers of the Khalwatiyah Samman Order. This type of research uses a qualitative approach to phenomenology. The results of the study found that the teachings of the Tarekat Khalwatiyah Samman were the teachings of the tarekat which were based on sincerity so that it was solely to Allah swt that their followers cling to it. All teachings and activities, both social and non-social to their economic life, have been arranged in such a way according to their beliefs in carrying out and following these teachings. So that there is no reason for them not to be sincere in living their lives in the world and merely looking for provisions for life in the hereafter by always remembering Allah swt in dhikr

Abstract

The emergence of the Islamic Economic System through Islamic Banking is expected to be a solution in the economic world. This paper purpose to review the principles of Islamic banking management without interest. The method used in this paper is a scientific study approach with library research, with data collection through a study of books, literature, notes, and various reports related to the problem to be solved. The results of the study found that the banking sector in the Islamic economy does not recognize interest rate instruments. The Islamic financial system applies profit and loss sharing, not to interest which has determined the profit level in advance. This Islamic economic value is implemented in Islamic banks and is based on three aspectsnamely aspects of faith, aspects of Sharia and aspects of morality. Islamic banking must also always refer to Islamic principles, namely Justice, Partnership, Transparency, and Universal.

Abstract

This research purposes to explore the role of achievement motivation and organizational culture that affected employee engagement in teacher performance. The research population here was permanent teachers at Bina Insan Mandiri School that is located in DKI Jakarta, with a total sample of 65 teachers. The data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result indicates that achievement motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance and employee engagement, likewise to employee engagement which has positive and significant in mediates the effect of achievement motivation and organizational culture on performance.

Abstract

Bandung Metropolitan has Private Universities that have Management Study Programs with A accreditation as many as 5 universities, while 8 other private universities (61.53%) only have B and C accreditations. This information shows that there is a problem with the organizational performance of the Management Study Program. Wirawan ( 2020) explains that organizational performance is influenced by individual performance. Based on Wirawan's opinion, the author conducted research on the performance of the Management S1 Study Program lecturers. Yuniarsih (2017) explains that superior performance is influenced by individual superior competence. Armed with the opinion of Wirawan (2020) and Yuniarsih (2017) the authors conducted research on the influence of superior competence of lecturers on superior performance of lecturers in the Management Study Program of Private Universities in Bandung Metropolitan. The total population is 404. A sample of 201 is determined by the Slovin formula. Research proves that there is a positive and significant influence of superior competence on superior performance of lecturers, with an estimate value of 0.640 and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. If you want to improve the superior performance of lecturers, what must be improved first is the superior competence of lecturers, by improving the dimensions of competence pedagogic. Improvement of pedagogic competence is carried out by improving the way of communicating with students, as well as improving skills using teaching and learning process methods that are in accordance with the online learning process. The superior performance of lecturers is improved by improving the dimensions of community service performance. Improvements in community service are carried out by solving problems in the lecturer village, presented in the community service report. Servant The Community Report is presented in the community service journal.
