Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital business necessitates adaptation. This study examines how service quality influences customer satisfaction and loyalty among BNI Mobile Banking users. A quantitative approach was employed to analyze 125 active BNI Mobile Banking customers with at least 5 million rupiah in savings and under 60 years old from the BNI KCP Ampel branch. Path analysis using Smart PLS 4.0 software was conducted to determine the relationships between service quality dimensions (assurance, convenience, reliability, efficiency) and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Results indicate that assurance, convenience, and reliability positively impact satisfaction, which in turn positively affects loyalty. While satisfaction mediates the influence of assurance and reliability on loyalty, it does not mediate the effects of comfort, efficiency, and convenience on loyalty. Essentially, the study found that improving assurance, convenience, and reliability of BNI Mobile Banking can enhance customer satisfaction, leading to increased loyalty. However, comfort, efficiency, and convenience directly impact loyalty without being mediated by satisfaction.

Abstract

An in-depth analysis of the reading challenges encountered by kids in second grade, the factors that amplify these challenges, and the strategies used by second grade teachers to address these concerns are the primary goals of this research. A qualitative research technique is used in this study. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research included both the students and teachers of Class II. Methods of data collection for this research include recording, observing, and interviewing participants. Based on the findings of this research, second graders often struggle with reading because they either do not know the letters yet, have trouble stringing them into words, leave out letters when reading, stutter when reading, or pronounce them backwards. replace "u" with "n" or "b" with "d". Students' poor memorization skills and a lack of parental instruction at home are the limiting variables that contribute to their reading challenges. Teachers adopt the method of giving students who struggle with reading and learning media more time to read at break periods on a rotating basis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using picture storybook media on the reading ability of class II students at SDS Al-Washliyah 11 Medan Amplas District. This research uses a quantitative approach with pre-experimental methods, using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 32 students, with a total sampling technique. Research instruments include tests, observations and interviews. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, with normality, homogeneity and paired sample t-tests. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in students' reading ability after using picture storybook media, with an average pretest score of 51.09 and posttest of 80.00. The significance of the t test shows a value of  0.00 < 0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Thus, the use of picture storybook media has a positive effect on students' reading abilities.

Abstract

The property sector contributed 2.77% to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product in 2019,. However, 2020 proved to be a challenging year globally due to the outbreak of COVID-19, which significantly disrupted various sectors, including the global economy. The extent of financial losses worldwide due to the pandemic has not been precisely quantified. This study explores the impact of the pandemic on the property market, specifically focusing on workforce dynamics, performance metrics, effective property sales strategies during the pandemic, and the enhancement of marketing competencies. Employing a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach, this research concludes that exceptional property sales during the pandemic require rigorous effort, high performance, and advanced marketing skills. Competence, diligence, and performance are crucial in enhancing the capabilities of individual salespersons and, consequently, boosting organizational profits. This study highlights that the diligent and performance-oriented behaviors of salespersons are pivotal for acquiring and applying knowledge in sales scenarios, which are essential for navigating the complexities of the pandemic-affected market. The resilience shown by property salespersons in terms of time dedication and sustained effort amidst failures underscores their critical role in sustaining business operations during unprecedented times.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of trust and service quality on customer loyalty at General Hospital X in Bandung, taking into account the role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study employed a quantitative approach, utilizing a population of all hospital customers from April to May 2024. We conducted the sampling using a simple random sampling technique, with 100 respondents serving as the sample size. We used Structural Equation Modeling—Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) as the analysis method. The study's findings showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, whereas trust does not have a significant effect on either variable. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that customer satisfaction not only mediates the effect of service quality on loyalty, but also significantly influences it. Conversely, customer satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of trust on loyalty. These findings indicate that improving service quality is a key factor in building customer loyalty in hospitals, while the aspect of trust requires a deeper and different approach to be able to contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
