Abstract

The State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) is a vertical agency of the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) within the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The main task of the State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) is to realize, secure, and improve the management of state assets, management of receivables, and auctions efficiently and effectively. Constant policy updates and the occurrence of a state budget deficit have caused the Denpasar KPKNL to be able to generate optimal state revenues. If the budget management planning does not run efficiently and does not have an effective revenue performance, it will result in delays in the smooth process of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). The purpose of carrying out the activity is to examine the Performance Effectiveness and Efficiency of Budget Management at the Denpasar KPKNL for the 2017-2021 period and find out the efforts of the Denpasar KPKNL in achieving effective and efficient budget management. The result of this activity is that the Denpasar KPKNL has effectively realized the budget to achieve agency goals and is efficient in optimizing the budget for the implementation of activities. The Denpasar KPKNL carries out a quarterly action plan strategy and section coordination to seek effective and efficient budgeting records. The activity concludes that the Denpasar KPKNL has effective performance and efficient budget management.

Abstract

Bogor Regency is one of the favorite destinations in the Greater Jakarta area. One of the tourism developments in the countryside is the Sukajadi Village area. The form of development of the Sukajadi village area that can be done is community participation in implementing an event. In addition, with the existence of an event, the promotion of Sukajadi village as an alternative tourist village can be maximized. The method of implementing event management in Sukajadi village is done by involving the participation of students and the community participation in designing these activities. The implementation plan starts from the Event planning stage by determining the theme that will be raised in the event. The participation used in this "reunite people with nature" activity is a form of symbolic community participation (tokenism) including Placation, Consultation, and Informing.

Abstract

The aging process is a process of slowly disappearing the ability of tissues to repair themselves or replace and maintain their normal functions. Tooth decay, tooth mobility, caries, halitosis, gingivitis, gingival recession, loss of periodontal attachment, and alveolar bone are changes in periodontal tissue that are commonly found in the elderly. If this is not treated, it can cause mobility and loss of teeth which will interfere with the function and activity of the oral cavity and will have an impact on the quality of life. Dental and oral health problems become one of the problems that have negative implications for overall health that in the end, it affects the quality of life in the elderly. Based on this analysis, in implementing the Tridarma of Higher Education, especially community service, the strategy is to increase public access to dental health services. One form of community service that can be carried out is promotive and preventive efforts. This activity is an educational approach to increase the ability and participation of the elderly community in maintaining dental health which can affect a person's quality of life.

Abstract

In today's global era, food safety and health is becoming more complex because food safety is multi-sectoral and multidisciplinary. As we all know, there is no doubt that quality assurance of food safety throughout the food chain is a must without ignoring the fact that more than 200 diseases are spread through daily food. This is the main reason for the government to create a Home Industry Food Production Certification (SPP-IRT) as a guarantee of health quality and food safety from MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) households. However, the lack of home industry products that have SPP-IRT is a challenge and a problem for the government, society, and MSMEs themselves. Through this mentoring program and by using community empowerment methods, it is hoped that it can increase knowledge related to SPP-IRT to the wider community, especially home industry activists. The result of this community empowerment is the widespread dissemination of information regarding Home Industry Food Production Certification and the increase in SPP-IRT registrants after this activity takes place. Of course, the success of this activity was accompanied by support from the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) and Padjadjaran University. The hope is that this program can solve the problem of the lack of MSME participation related to the registration of SPP-IRT for their products.

Abstract

The cocoa plant is the main ingredient in the manufacture of chocolate and its de-rivative products. The demand for cocoa derivative products is always high in line with the globalization of food and beverages made from chocolate. Traditional co-coa cultivation techniques are the main priority for farmers and the handling of Vascular Streak dieback (VSD) pests is a top priority for farmers. The purpose of this service is to improve the economy of cocoa farmers in Poli-Polia Village, Poli-Polia District, East Kolaka Regency. The method used is discussion, practice and demonstration material. The results of the shoot grafting technique for cacao seed-lings and the manufacture of organic fertilizers increase the productivity of cocoa plants and the results of turmeric extract can directly deal with VSD diseases that attack cocoa plants. In practice, the method of processing and the efficacy of tur-meric extract is the cause of not developing VSD disease in cocoa plants. On the other hand, cocoa yields can be sold at a high value based on training in harvesting techniques and how to improve the quality of cocoa beans.

Abstract

The presence of technology and the internet makes it easier for people to go shopping, especially online rather than shopping conventionally. MSME actors also feel the same way, namely the convenience of the internet or social media in carrying out business activities such as advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, and personal selling to develop their businesses. However, it turns out that there are still many MSMEs that are constrained to digitally transform through social media, one of which is Instagram. Based on data reported by Suara.com, the number of Instagram users in Indonesia in 2022 has reached 99.15 million people. So in this case, students through community service programs can play a role in being directly involved in providing socialization and educating MSMEs with door-to-door methods and online meetings regarding the Instagram social media platform, especially the use of the Instagram Live feature to increase the existence of MSMEs and help expand the reach of their business target market.

Abstract

Public service involves a very broad aspect of life. In the life of the state, the government has the function of providing various public services needed by the community, ranging from services in the form of regulation or other services to meeting the needs of the community in the fields of education, health, utilities, and others. Service quality plays an important role to achieve the level of customer satisfaction. The image of good service quality becomes the government's point of view or perception but is based on the customer's point of view. Inside the Pasedahan Agung Regional Revenue Agency, Badung Regency at the UPTD, South Kuta District, there is a problem with the quality of public service analysis where administrative services are one form of public service that provides services. to serve and produce the required official documents. Talking about the form of documents, there are many types of, ranging from land ownership documents, citizenship, competency certification, and many more such as KTP, BPKB, STNK, IMB, and SIM. application development thus requiring people to come to take care of online administration. Based on the discussion above, it can be said that this problem can be overcome if the principles of public service are by the procedures and the application of application development applications that make it easier for people to use services in this digital era.

Abstract

Household waste, not only removes it from the view of its inhabitants, but if it is managed better, it will bring benefits. Starting with general sorting based on organic and inorganic types, then it is necessary to practice separating inorganic waste by paying attention to its composition, whether paper, plastic, cans, styrofoam and other types. Waste bank is one solution in the management of inorganic waste. Community Service Activities from Faculty of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor, provided support to the Baitussalaam Bogor Raya Permai Waste Bank, Curug Village, West Bogor City in November 2021 in the form of socializing the implementation of Waste Bank activities during the COVID pandemic. The method is picking up or visiting people who have difficulty accessing the segregated waste collection site. Due to human activities will continue to produce waste even during a pandemic, while health protocols must still be observed. In addition, the support of the students in data collection and weighing is very important in the success of this activity. The results of this activity become a learning platform for the importance of sorting household waste which can be converted into rupiah based on weight, so that the community can feel the economic and environmental health benefits.

Abstract

Education is a process to improve, to educate people's skills, attitudes, and behavior; and to govern a person or group in an effort to educate human life through teaching, training and guidance activities. Based on the situation in Ende district, there are social problems, one of which is the number of children dropping out of school due to several factors, such as the family condition. Through the Community Program , the community in Ende Orphanage was invited and involved in improving children's education. Based on the results, the community service found the children of the Naungan Kasih Orphanage participated in activities and gained knowledge based on the activities that had been carried out. The activity is how to increase knowledge with tutoring, such as waste classification and processing, clean and healthy lifestyle, character building, and education about the slogans and symbols of the Republic of Indonesia
