A person who commits a crime generally uses an object or goods to make it easier for him to do something he wants, this item is what is commonly referred to as evidence. The Attorney General's Office is an independent institution that has the authority to prosecute and execute Judge decisions. If the judge decides to confiscate the evidence for the state, the Attorney General's Office has several methods or ways of managing the confiscated goods. From this report, the problems can be drawn, namely how the status flow of evidence or confiscated goods to be auctioned and sold directly confiscated by the Denpasar District Prosecutor's Office, what are the legal arrangements regarding auctions and direct sales of confiscated goods confiscated by the Denpasar District Prosecutor's Office, what is the process of auctioning and selling the confiscated goods immediately seized by the Denpasar District Attorney. The author suggests that the Attorney General's Office create a new internal administrative body that takes care of auction administrative activities starting from assessing the physical appearance and price of the loot to selling the loot at auction. The Prosecutor's Office has specific standards in managing confiscation as well as certain processes for evidence that have several legal sources.

Choking is one of the causes of increased morbidity and mortality in children, especially at the age of 3 years or below. In Indonesia, it is stated that around 10% of the 430 cases of infant mortality are caused by choking while breastfeeding. Most people don't know what to do when their child chokes, including the babysitter at the TPA Maria Berdukacita Monastery. Caregivers of children have insufficient knowledge in preventing, and recognizing signs of choking and being able to perform first aid for a child who is choking. This condition can be treated by providing information and skills on the Heimlich maneuver technique which is simple, cheap, and applicable to be applied by caregivers in preventing, recognizing, and performing first aid for choking. By providing information and practice, caregivers' knowledge increases regarding the Heimlich maneuver technique in overcoming airway obstruction in children.

If you look at it geographically, the location of this community service program is located at coordinates 7°58'27.0"S 112°48'14.8"E. To support activities in this tourist area, electrical energy is really needed, especially for lighting facilities and charging electronic equipment. This Community Service Program will be implemented between April and November 2022 with activities in the form of building a pico hydro power plant in the Al-Ikhlas Yatim Dhuafa Islamic Boarding School area, Singosari District, Malang Regency. In carrying out this community service program, there is one activity partner, namely the Al-Ikhlas Yatim Dhuafa Islamic Boarding School with a total of 6 personnel. The results of this community service program are the installation and operation of a pico hydro power plant with a capacity of 1000 watts. This pico hydro power plant can meet electricity needs in the Islamic boarding school area with a total power of around 450 watts. In order for the pico hydro power plant to operate according to its capacity, it is necessary that the operation and maintenance of the system equipment be carried out correctly and on a schedule. For this reason, the transfer of knowledge and skills to work partners, namely the management of the Al-Ikhlas Yatim Dhuafa Islamic Boarding School, has been carried out.
