Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile memberikan kemudahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya adalah pengelolaan informasi seperti nomor rekening bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi “Rekeningku”, sebuah platform yang memungkinkan pencatatan nomor rekening bank. Proses pengembangan menggunakan model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mengelola nomor rekening pribadi maupun orang lain. Evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap fitur dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan aplikasi ini.

Abstract

Evaluating nutrient intake among patients in a hospital is crucial, as it can accelerate their recovery process. Estimating calorie intake can be achieved by monitoring the quantity of food consumed by patients both before and after their meals. This approach involves various methods, including the use of digital scales, the Comstock level, and digital imaging techniques. Nonetheless, these techniques have their own limitations, particularly the risk of subjective assessments. To reduce errors arising from human factors, an objective evaluation is proposed. This paper introduces a new technique for measuring volume using RGB-Depth images. The method incorporates image segmentation and edge detection in RGB images to correspond with the depth image. Subsequently, the segmented regions and boundaries from the depth images are converted into point clouds. The volume of interest is calculated by fitting the point cloud to an ellipsoid. The lowest Mean Average Percentage Error (MAPE) is 2.73. It indicates that the proposed method is sufficient to measure the food volume.

Abstract

The disruption of the electricity transmission system can lead to a total blackout, resulting in losses for both customers and PT PLN (Persero) UIP3B Kalimantan company. The vulnerability map of the Kalimantan interconnection system indicates that the Barikin - Tanjung Line is particularly vulnerable due to this transmission line is a crucial junction connecting major power plants to the transmission lines of South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and East Kalimantan. Adaptive Defense Schemes (ADS) is an adaptive protection system that dynamically implements load shedding to reduce the risk of blackouts. ADS employs a Technology 4.0 system that integrates SCADA, protection, and IT systems, necessitating substantial costs. The effectiveness of ADS is assessed using ARIMA forecasting. Research result shows that ADS implementation reducing total disturbance as much as 77%, disturbance duration 68%, and ENS 65%. The result of ADS implementation impact in financial sector shows the reduction of 65% of company potential loss in effect of disturbance in transmission system, and also in the period of 2023 – 2026 where the ADS is still implemented, then the company could reduce 60% of its potential loss because of the disturbance in the transmission system

Abstract

As digital payments in Indonesia increase, they drive the financial industry, especially banking, to continue their digital transformation. BANK XYZ is one of the banks that is also undergoing digital transformation. To improve banking services that are always available and meet market demand, it is necessary to fulfill the demand for information technology (IT) services. However, there is a problem in this process, namely that many requests are not followed up and closed even though they have been worked on, causing delays in fulfilling user requests. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the process of fulfilling IT service requests and provide improvement recommendations for the future. The evaluation process in this study uses the COBIT 2019 framework to measure the capability of relevant process areas, and ITIL V4 provides good practices for process improvement recommendations. After data collection and capability measurement on eleven processes, the results showed that three processes were at level two, namely APO09, BAI08, and BAI10. There are five processes at level three, namely BAI07, BAI08, DSS02, DSS03, and DSS04. For the achievement of level four, there are two processes, namely APO14 and BAI06, and one process that has reached the level, namely DSS01. Then, in the gap analysis process, there are three processes that have met the management's targets, namely APO14, BAI06, and DSS01, and eight processes that have not yet met the targets. Recommendations are given for the eight processes that have not yet met the management's expected targets.

Abstract

There are problems in managing mosque fundraising, namely lack of clarity and lack of responsibility in reporting which can cause mosque financial reports to the congregation to be simplistic.This research examines various aspects that need to be considered when raising funds for mosques via online platforms or involving websites and crowdfunding. The focus of the research is focused on analyzing strategies, obstacles and solutions that arise in implementing mosque fundraising using website and crowdfunding platforms. The aim of this research is to analyze the system creation process that emerges in implementing mosque fundraising using website and crowdfunding platforms. The method used in this research is a software development method which involves steps such as communication, planning, system design, program creation, and system testing. The system can operate effectively and meet user needs as well as the mosque's fundraising goals. Evaluation of feedback from users during testing helps determine the extent to which the system meets their expectations and needs.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged companies and institutions to enhance data management more effectively and efficiently to support productivity. The online report card system at MTs Al Mumtaz is designed to manage student grades digitally. Currently, grade processing at MTs Al Mumtaz is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, without a specialized application. With a web-based system, it is expected that grade management will improve, allowing students and parents easy access to grades, while also simplifying data entry for teachers, making the process more efficient. This research uses the Waterfall method, with UML, PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter (CI) framework as tools. The results show that the developed online report card system can enhance efficiency in grade management, reduce the risk of data entry errors, and speed up delivering grade information to students and parents. Additionally, the system facilitates teachers in managing grades, both in terms of data entry and final grade processing. The author recommends further development of this system, with additional features such as automatic notifications and mobile application integration, making user access easier and the report card system more optimized.

Abstract

Basic mathematical concepts in economics are crucial in learning economic mathematics. One fundamental mathematical concept used in the field of economics is differential calculus. By utilizing differentials, business owners can make calculated decisions based on data, allowing them to make decisions that benefit the company. This research employs a systematic literature review and differential mathematics theory, specifically the Susceptible-Infected-Recovered (SIR) model, to measure the effectiveness of applying differential concepts in business development strategies.

Abstract

Tebing Tinggi Muhammadiyah Middle School is one of the general and religious educational institutions that plays an important role in forming the character Attendance is an important role in every educational institution. Where attendance is one of the main supports that can support and motivate every activity carried out there. Like attendance at Muhammadiyah Tebing Tinggi Middle School which still uses the manual method (signature), this method is very vulnerable for an educational institution because the level of discipline cannot be controlled and can be misused by irresponsible people, other losses that may arise in the manual attendance system, data recapitulation still takes a lot of time and energy, therefore it is felt necessary to use a computer as a tool for processing attendance data using an application designed in such a way that suits the needs of the school concerned.

Abstract

Students face challenges in choosing a laptop that suits their needs and budget due to the many features and specifications available in the market. To meet the needs of students, especially at Pelita Bangsa University, this research will analyze and develop a decision support system to select the right laptop. The preference ranking technique with similarity to the ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is used to evaluate and rank laptops based on important criteria such as price, performance, storage capacity, and portability. The results showed that the LENOVO THINKPAD E14 laptop brand became the top recommendation from the 15 laptop brands selected. It is expected that this system can assist students in making decisions about purchasing laptops that are more suitable for their academic needs and in accordance with their preferences.

Abstract

The registration process for marriage and reconciliation is still carried out by submitting printed documents as requirements to the Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama, KUA). The required documents for marriage registration include: Certificate of Marriage Eligibility, Spouse Consent Letter and Parental Consent Letter, Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), National ID (KTP), Latest Educational Diploma, Marriage Recommendation Letter (if coming from outside the local subdistrict), Birth Certificate, TT Immunization Certificate for women, Court Dispensation Letter (if the applicant is under 19 years old), Passport-sized photographs. These documents are submitted directly to the KUA subdistrict office through the Village Religious Counselor (Pembantu Penghulu), after which the officer records the registration in the marriage registration book. For reconciliation procedures, the applicant must appear with their former spouse and bring the necessary documents, which include: National ID (KTP), Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), Reconciliation Letter from the Village Head or Urban Ward Head, Original Divorce Certificate. The purpose of this study is to improve services at the KUA of Lubuk Batu Jaya Subdistrict by enhancing integrity, transparency, and cost certainty for the community. The methodology used in this study is the waterfall model, which is suitable for addressing issues related to marriage and reconciliation applications to make them faster and easier. Once the system is implemented, the result is an integrated system that simplifies the process. The application is tested using the black-box testing method, which examines the software from the perspective of functional specifications.
