Abstract

Inventory as a system in a company related to the stock of goods is required to provide all information about the availability of raw materials, semi-finished goods or finished goods. Inventory of goods is an activity that will always change and as the main element that will continue to rotate. If the Inventory is too large, it can cause high cost burdens so that it needs to be minimized while still meeting consumer demand. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a system is needed to be able to manage and monitor the availability of goods in order to meet consumer demand effectively and efficiently. The design of the Inventory system at Izara Batik using the Prototype method aims to manage and monitor the availability of existing goods with actual consumer needs more effectively and efficiently. The Prototype method has the first stage, namely communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of Prototype, deployment delivery and feedback. The system that has been built is then tested using alpha testing, namely blackbox testing. The test results show that all functions operate properly and according to their functions. Therefore, this Inventory system is able to overcome problems at Izara Batik, making the transaction process in the warehouse easier and more efficient and the data on goods owned can be managed better.

Abstract

In the digital era, school promotion faces challenges in attracting prospective students. Conventional media such as brochures are less effective for generations who are accustomed to digital technology. This research aims to apply Marker Based Augmented Reality (AR) technology as a promotional media innovation at SMK Sulthan Muazzam Syah. The method used is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) with six stages, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. Implementation is done using MyWebAR, with system testing through black box testing, distance, light, and compatibility testing. The results show that the system functions optimally, with a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 85, in the Acceptable category, Grade B, and Excellent rating. Integration with Instagram expands the reach of promotion. The application of Marker Based AR increases the effectiveness of information delivery, attracts the attention of prospective students, and provides a better interactive experience than conventional methods. This technology also serves as an innovative solution for other schools in strengthening promotional appeal in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the way individuals manage their personal finances. Migrant students often face challenges in recording income and expenses, controlling budgets, and maintaining consistent saving habits. This study aims to design a mobile-based financial management application using the Design Thinking approach, which consists of five main stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Observations and interviews were conducted with four migrant students to understand their financial management habits and challenges. The results of the user needs analysis were translated into an intuitive UI/UX design with key features such as transaction recording, budget reminders, and financial reports. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) indicated that the application has a high level of ease of use and can enhance individual financial management effectiveness. Thus, this study is expected to contribute to the development of digital solutions that assist individuals in achieving financial stability

Abstract

This study aims to map research trends in the field of e-business technology for the logistics and forwarding sector. The study used a systematic mapping and systematic literature review approach. There were 3 research questions that are used as references in this study, namely: (1) What is the trend of research types on e-business technology for the logistics and forwarding sector?, (2) What is the trend of topics on e-business technology for the logistics and forwarding sector?, and (3) How is the mapping of e-business technology research for the logistics and forwarding sector based on research types and topics? The search focused on literature published in 2020-2024. The keywords are "E-business (technology OR implementation) for logistics and forwarding". The searches were carried out by reviewing the literature available in journal sources (ScienceDirect and SpringerLink). The trend of research types is dominated by research with evaluation and solution types. While the trend of research topics is dominated by artificial intelligence topics. Mapping of articles based on research types and topics has been carried out and can be used as a reference in determining further research, by filling in the gaps in topics and types of research that have not been filled.

Abstract

Untuk memastikan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas produk, evaluasi kinerja supplier sangat berperan penting dalam bidang perindustrian. PT Percetakan masih menggunakan penilaian subjektif dalam menilai kinerja supplier. Variabel dalam data ini yaitu Supplier, Jumlah Pesanan, Harga Satuan dan Rentang Pengiriman yang dapat dianalisis untuk meningkatkan penilaian kinerja supplier. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk mengklasterisasikan supplier berdasarkan kinerja. Algoritma K-Means dipilih karena dapat mengolah data dalam jumlah besar dan efisien, hasil yang didapat lebih objektif dibanding pendekatan subjektif. Hasil Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dan solusi yang praktis bagi PT Percetakan untuk menentukan mitra kerja sama melalui penerapan algoritma K-Means. Hasil klasterisasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara supplier dalam setiap klaster. Supplier dengan performa terbaik (Klaster 1) cenderung memiliki jumlah pesanan yang tinggi, harga satuan lebih kompetitif, dan waktu pengiriman lebih cepat. Sementara itu, supplier dengan performa rendah (Klaster 3) memiliki harga lebih tinggi dan rentang pengiriman yang lama, yang dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Digital banks generally lose money in their first 2-3 years, because most of the company's funds are invested in technology. The number of digital banks in Indonesia is expected to continue to grow every year. The increasing number makes competition between banking companies increasingly fierce in terms of attracting users to achieve high incomes. The large amount of digital banking provides various options for the Indonesians to choose the application services according to personal preferences. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence a user in making the intention to adopt a digital banking application. This quantitative research was conducted using the Partial Least Square SEM analysis method using the SmartPLS tool. As many as 400 data samples were used, obtained through purposive sampling techniques spread across Jabodetabek. The results of the study showed that system quality, social influence, and facilitating conditions were the factors that influenced users in their intention to adopt digital banking applications. This shows that digital banking companies need to improve these three aspects in order to acquire new users to gain profits and be able to compete amidst the increasing emergence of digital banking applications in Indonesia.

Abstract

Ummi Cookies Shop sells various types of dry cakes (cookies). The shop sells its products by receiving orders from each customer via WhatsApp, the information of which is limited to the community. For new customers who have difficulty obtaining information about the products they want to order. Ummi Cookies shop hopes to be able to promote and sell the cake products offered easily and reach a wider consumer base online with e-commerce media. To realize his hopes, the researcher wants to create a system model for designing a website that is easy for system designers to understand and and meet the needs of users, namely shop owners and shop customers. Website design model Ummi Cookies Shop using UML (Unified Modelling Language). The UML diagrams that will be used are use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams.The results of the website design created can be used as a reference by system developers in implementing a website that can help the business activities of Ummi Cookies Shop.

Abstract

The ease of digital data exchange, especially images, has increased the risk of plagiarism in academic environments, particularly in student laboratory reports. To address this issue, this study implements a text watermarking technique directly on digital images using the insertText() function in MATLAB. This method falls under the category of visible watermarking, where identity information—such as the student’s name—is embedded in the image to be visually recognizable. The process involves several stages, including reading the image, defining the watermark text, configuring the position and visual appearance, and saving the final result. Experimental results show that the watermark can be effectively embedded without disrupting the main content of the image and remains readable even after basic manipulations such as rotation, resizing, or format conversion. This method is considered simple, efficient, and suitable for academic purposes, promoting academic integrity and preventing plagiarism among students.

Abstract

The grouping of court data in Indonesia provides a significant understanding of the pattern of workload distribution in judicial institutions. To identify court characteristics, the grouping method in data mining is used by applying the Hierarchical Clustering algorithm. The dataset used was obtained from Kaggle and includes information on the number of judgments and court locations in various provinces. The data is processed through the cleanup stage to address missing values, data type conversion, and normalization so that numerical attributes are at a uniform scale and ready for analysis. The results of the grouping divided the courts into two main categories, namely the group with a very low number of judgments and the group with a medium to high number of judgments. This segmentation provides a clearer picture of the distribution of workloads between regions and can be used by stakeholders to support strategic planning, resource distribution, and the development of more effective and equitable judicial policies. This approach is expected to be able to improve the efficiency and equity of the judicial system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mobile learning design is a learning system that utilizes information technology integrated with academic administration, allowing students to access learning materials flexibly. This research aims to develop a Mobile Learning Management System (MLMS) system to help students of the Informatics Management Study Program, especially in the Algorithms and Data Structures course in managing administration, materials, and teaching activities online. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of 4 stages, namely the requirements planning phase, user design phase, construction phase and cutover phase. This research produced a mobile learning application product validated using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) instrument with an average score of 81.12% which is included in the very feasible category. This application provides administrative solutions so that learning media can be implemented in an integrated manner and can be used anytime and anywhere online.
