Abstract

Background:Most patients before sectio caesarea surgery using spinal anesthesia have different waiting times, which affects preoperative anxiety. Overreaction due to this anxiety is feared to affect the success of the surgery. The long waiting time of preoperative sectio caesarea patients (?30 minutes) has moderate anxiety. While inappropriate pre anesthesia waiting time (>30 minutes) has severe anxiety. Therefore, the longer the waiting time experienced by patients can affect the level ofanxiety in patients. Purpose:This study aims to determine the relationship between waiting time and anxiety of preoperative sectio caesarea with spinal anesthesia Methods:This study used quantitative correlation analytics with a cross sectional approach.Data collection was carried out before the respondent entered the operating room by giving the Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS) questionnaire. The sample in this study was 66 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used isu nivariate and bivariate analysisusing the spearman rank test. Result:The results of the correlation statistical test using Spearman rank showed that the coefficient method was 0.5 and p value 0.000. From this study it is known that out of 51 people in the category of waiting time ?30 minutes, there are 26 people (39.4%) with moderate anxiety, in the >30 minute category, there are 8 people (12.1%) with severe anxiety. Conclusion:There is a relationship between waiting time and anxiety in preoperative sectio caesarea patients with spinal anesthesia at RSUD Dr.Soedirman Kebumen.

Abstract

Background: Most people before performing surgery using general anesthetic actionhave emergency surgery. Excessive anxiety reactions are concerned to affect the success of surgery, which can raise blood pressure which improves heart performance while pumping blood throughout the body. Purpose: This investigation aims to find out the relationship between anxiety levels and blood pressure in pre-operative patients under general anesthesia Methods: This study uses a descriptive design of correlation with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection and blood pressure measurement were performed before the respondents entered the operating room by giving them the Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale questionnaire (APAIS). Samples in thisstudy were taken from 54 respondents using consecutive sampling techniques. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using spearman rank tests. Result: The results of correlation statistical test using Spearman rank show that the significance value for systolic blood pressure is 0.007 < 0.05 and for diastolic blood pressure is 0.005 < 0.05. Most of the people who answered experienced systolic blood pressure in stage 1 hypertension, namely 26 people, and diastolic blood pressure in prehypertension, namely 24 people. Conclusion: There is a correlation between the level of anxiety and blood pressure in pre-operative patients under general anesthesia at RSUD Cilacap.

ABSTRAK Backgorund: The majority of healthcare professionals who offer services in hospitalsare nurses. However, nurses frequently neglect interprofessional partnerships and teamwork in favor of concentrating solely on their individual jobs. This may lead to conflict inside a healthcare organization, which may have an impact on the efficiencywith which nurses provide nursing care. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review is to identify factors that have the potential to cause conflict, the parties involved in conflict management, conflict management strategies or solutions in the nursing workplace, and variables that influence the success of conflict resolution. Methods: A literature review was used as a method in this research. The scientific databases used are Google Scholar, Sage Journals, PubMed, Elsevier, Wiley, BookedCentral, andPortal Garuda. The search results yielded 92 articles. After selection, there were 11 international journal articles and 14 national journal articles. The selection process uses an abstract checklist and a PRISMA checklist. Result: The results of the review show that the factors that cause conflict in health services include work stress, low work satisfaction and motivation, miscoordination a lack of empathy in interdisciplinary collaboration and toxic leadership. The parties involved in conflict resolution are the head of the room, nurse manager, nurses and doctors. Conflict resolution can be carried out with compromising, integrating, cooperative, assertive and obliging strategies which are supported by interdisciplinary communication, management skills, emotional intelligence and the involvement of clinical educators. Conclusion:The aspects that most often cause conflict are work stress and problems with work coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration. Abstract

Background: Vaccination is an option used to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Vaccination is a very reliable primary prevention measure against disease. As for the implementation of vaccination activities, it will cause a reaction known as a Post-Immunization Adverse Event (AEFI). Methods: Quantitative method with descriptive analytic design. Sampling using a total sampling technique with a total of 235 student respondents. The research instrument was the AEFI incidence questionnaire. This studywas conducted from February 01 to 28, 2022 with univariate data analysis. Result: The type of vaccine that caused the most AEFI was the Sinovacvaccine. The type of AEFI experienced by most respondents was pain in theinjection area, totaling 100 respondents (92.6%), and the types of AEFI that were not experienced by respondents were fainting and axillary gland enlargement. Implications: The COVID-19 vaccine raises KIPI, the most common ofwhich is pain in the injection area. Pain is one of the local reactions of KIPIthat falls into the mild category and can be immediately resolved with a coldcompress on the painful area. Keywords: COVID-19; AEFI; Vaccines
