Abstract This study aims to reveal how the understanding of adult age according to applicable law in Indonesia is for students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program (PPKn) semester 1 (one) for the 2021-2022 academic year. The students in the subject of this research are aspiring teachers. Citizenship Education has the goal of making good citizens. The research method used is a case study approach to determine the extent of knowledge and understanding of legal adulthood in these students. Observations and interviews with semester 1 (one) students are to ensure the results of case study research. The implications of this legal age of adult knowledge will have an impact on understanding their rights and obligations as citizens. Students as legal subjects should know and understand the age of adulthood according to applicable law in Indonesia. This knowledge is very useful for students to protect their rights and interests in the life of the nation and state.

Model pembelajaran konvensional yang biasa digunakan di sekolah dinilai kurang efektif di era revolusi industri 4.0. Smart solution untuk mempersiapkan daya saing bangsa adalah melalui pendidikan yang inovatif. Metode pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, sehingga untuk menarik minat belajar, diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif melalui media pembelajaran. Penulisan gagasan tertulis ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran project citizen berbasis moodle dalam pengembangan pendidikan di era industri 4.0. mengingat literasi teknologi sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan daya saing bangsa di era revolusi industri 4.0. di bidang pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka. Hasil yang didapat adalah model pembelajaran project citizen berbasis moodle dapat memberikan dampak pada bidang pendidikan di era industri 4.0. Efektifitas dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model project citizen berbasis moodle lebih tinggi dari pada pembelajaran yang menggunakan metode belajar konvensional. Kata kunci: Project Citizen, Moodle, Industri 4.0.

Salah satu fungsi partai politik adalah Pendidikan Politik bagi kader dan masyarakat. Akan tetapi selama ini Partai Politik seringkali “mengarbit” kadernya untuk berlaga di kancah pemilihan umum baik tingkat lokal maupun nasional yang mengakibatkan kurangnya literasi akan politik. Penelitian ini hendak menjawab tentang program pendidikan politik bagi kader partai politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Lokus penelitian ini yaitu kader partai politik dan anggota DPRD Kab. Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan triangulasi data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa Pendidikan Politik di Partai Politik kurikulumnya dibuat langsung oleh Dewan Pimpinan Pusat dari Partai Politik dan ada beberapa tingkatan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan politiknya.

To make Civic Education learning more functional, it is best to change the paradigm of Civic Education, which was originally a teaching program and transfer of civic knowledge to a means of legal Education. Civic education learning is felt to be less than optimal because the concept of Civic education learning is just a delivery of information from teachers to students, and students only memorize material instead of interpreting and understanding the content of the material, so it's time for the paradigm to be changed to maximize the function of Civic Education. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study design, namely activities to collect information relevant to the topic or problem that is the object of the research. Implementing Legal Education in Civic Education is one of the efforts to create law-abiding citizens so that they can carry out their rights and obligations as citizens. This condition is very relevant to what is the goal of Civic Education. So Legal Education in Civic Education is an effort to achieve the goals of Civic Education. Legal Education is not limited to Legal Education which prepares professionals to build a national system. For this reason, Education, especially Civic Education, must be developed within the framework of legal awareness, both in formal and non-formal Education..

ABSTRACT Pets are animals whose lives partially or completely depend on humans for certain purposes. Humans as animal owners who keep animals are obliged to fulfill the welfare of the animals they care for. The obligations of pet owners are contained in statutory regulations. The purpose of this study is to find out how the state through applicable legal provisions provides animal rights protection for pets. Knowledge of legal protection for pets must be known and implemented by all Indonesian citizens. This research uses literature study method. The results of the research show that the law in Indonesia stipulates that all matters related to animal welfare efforts are a joint obligation between the central government, regional governments, and the community. However, legal protection for animals that are not kept by humans and live on the streets or in an open environment is not specifically regulated in the legal provisions that apply in Indonesia. Legal protection that is subject to severe sanctions is more aimed at wild animals protected by the state because their habitat is almost extinct.

This study aims to uncover the potential of empowering digital natives through digital literacy to strengthen utopian civic engagement for a better future. The research methodology employed in this study is grounded theory, with data collected through in-depth interviews with 15 digital natives respondents in Bandung, Indonesia. The collected data was then analyzed using NVivo version 12 Plus for Macbook software. The study's findings indicate that digital literacy promotes positive social media use and enhances digital natives' civic engagement. Digital natives with high digital literacy tend to have greater social and political awareness, enabling them to identify and address complex social issues through active participation in online discussions and actions. Furthermore, digital literacy helps shape their civic identity and a sense of belonging to online communities. The conclusion of this research provides a deeper understanding of the potential for empowering digital natives through digital literacy for utopian civic engagement.

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pemahaman domisili menurut hukum di kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn). Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada calon guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang sedang menempuh pendidikan tinggi. Menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengungkap sejauh mana pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa terkait konsep domisili menurut hukum. Hasil studi kasus ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman domisili menurut hukum di kalangan mahasiswa semester 1. Implikasi dari pemahaman domisili ini sangat penting, khususnya dalam konteks hak dan kewajiban sebagai warga negara. Mahasiswa sebagai subjek hukum harus mampu mengintegrasikan pengetahuan ini ke dalam pemahaman hak dan kewajibannya, tidak hanya dalam konteks pendidikan, tetapi juga dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan bagi perbaikan kurikulum PPKn untuk lebih efektif mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep hukum dalam pembelajaran, memastikan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman yang kokoh dan mendalam terkait domisili sesuai dengan tuntutan masyarakat dan negara. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pembaruan kurikulum PPKn dan memberikan informasi berharga bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai konsep domisili menurut hukum di Indonesia. This study aims to identify the relationship between social media use and civic engagement among digital natives in Indonesia using the Grounded Theory method. The study involved 15 digital natives aged 18-24 who actively use social media, selected through a purposive sampling technique. The analysis in this study used NVivo version 12 Plus for MacBook. The study results show that social media use plays a vital role in the civic engagement of digital natives in Indonesia. The participants stated that social media use could help increase their awareness and knowledge about social and political issues in Indonesia and enable them to participate in related activities. In addition, the study also shows that social media use can facilitate interaction and discussion among individuals with different views, which ultimately can deepen their understanding and experience of social and political issues in Indonesia. However, this study also identifies some challenges and obstacles in using social media for civic engagement. One is the authenticity and credibility of information disseminated on social media, which can influence individuals' views and opinions on an issue. Based on these findings, this study recommends improving digital literacy and information verification skills for digital natives in Indonesia.

This study aims to reveal where the causes of money politics arise in national and local elections. This study uses journal data that has been published and selected from 2015 to 2019. The results of this study provide an overview of the practice of buying and selling votes, which has become an uncontrollable part of the implementation of elections, both locally and nationally in Indonesia. National elections and local elections, have been mixed with the behavior of money politics. The more widespread and considered a natural thing, of course, this understanding is very, very wrong. The implication of the very importance of this study is that money politics in elections needs immediate attention and the best countermeasures, because it will guarantee the stability and quality of Indonesian democracy in the future. The methodology used includes: 1) defining a research question; 2) determination of literature sources; 3) determination of keywords for literature search; 4) Selection of literature; and 5) extract data. Based on the methodology, the results obtained contain 10 papers. There are 10 studies that raise the topic of money politics in elections, both local and national, and share knowledge which explains that the contents of the two components become and influence each other. Further studies may be carried out by examining the extent to which money politics may be used as a political expense in campaigns, but is controlled and does not violate the rule of law.

Strategi yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk pembelajaran dalam pendidikan inklusif. Tentunya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Salah satu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh lembaga inklusif adalah kehadiran guru pendamping. Keterampilan guru sangat diperlukan dalam mengelola kelas dalam pendidikan inklusif, seorang guru dituntut memiliki kompetensi dan kemampuan dalam mengelola pembelajaran serta menguasai aspek perkembangan anak. Dengan hadirnya guru pendamping di sekolah, anak berkebutuhan khusus merasa terbantu dalam setiap aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Guru dalam Pendidikan Inklusif di salah satu Sekolah Dasar di Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan analisis data kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengenai peran guru di salah satu sekolah dasar di Surakarta belum berjalan dengan baik karena sekolah dasar tersebut belum mempunyai guru pendamping sehingga guru kelas harus sekaligus berperan sebagai guru pendamping.
