Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to find out whether the principal's leadership style plays an important role in improving the performance of teachers who are none other than members or staff themselves, in practice, the teacher in carrying out tasks is still not optimal, one of the causes is the leadership style of a principals who are considered less effective so that teachers are also reluctant to carry out their duties wholeheartedly, therefore, the principal seems to understand and adjust his leadership style with staff and members so as to create a sense of comfort and goals desired by the school will be achieved more effectively and efficiently. The results of this paper also state that the principal's leadership style is very important in increasing or decreasing teacher performance, if good, then the teacher will be even more eager to do work and tend to be proud of his work, if bad, then the teacher will not be serious really or not wholeheartedly in carrying out their duties at school, and that also becomes an obstacle for the principal to realize the school he wants. If the leadership style of the school principal is good, then the changes felt by all groups in the school will be positive as well so that an environment can be created to encourage the achievement of the goals set by the school.Keywords: Leadership style, Principal, Teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: Leadership is the most fundamental aspect of building a strong organization. Islamic history has noted that for the leadership role of a man named Muhammad, Islam was able to demonstrate its success in various aspects. Muhammad not only carried out the mandate as a Prophet, but also a head of state who was able to organize the order of the past Islamic civilization as well as possible. According to Jalaluddin Rachmat there are two concepts in Islam: conceptual Islam and the second is actual Islam. Conceptual Islam is Islam found in the Qur'an as a revelation whose truth can be elaborated in an absolute manner with the present situation. Whereas actual Islam is an intelligent or brilliant concept or idea of ​​Islam to present an Islamic figure that is cool, peaceful, harmonious, and full of peace. Showing Islam as such is an inseparable part of a reliable managerial figure in which the pattern of upholding justice as the basis of Islam which is all-embracing a term once conceived by Kuntowijoyo where the arrangement (managerial) system of social life, politics in the managerial sense must directed at the transformative order. Abstrak: Kepemimpinan adalah aspek yang paling fundamental dalam membangun organisasi yang kokoh. Sejarah Islam telah mencatat bahwa atas peran kepemimpinan seorang bernama Muhammad, Islam mampu mampu menunjukkan keberhasilannya dalam berbagai aspek. Muhammad tidak hanya mengemban amanah sebagai seorang Nabi, melainkan juga seorang kepala negara yang mampu menata tatanan peradaban Islam masa lampau dengan sebaik-baiknya. Menurut Jalaluddin Rakhmat ada dua konsep dalam berIslam: berIslam konseptual dan yang kedua berIslam aktual. Islam konseptual adalah Islam yang terdapat dalam Al- Qurán sebagai wahyu yang kebenarannya secara absolut dapat dielaborasi dengan situasi kekinian. Sedangkan Islam aktual merupakan sebuah konsep atau gagasan Islam yang cerdas dan cemerlang untuk menampilkan sosok Islam yang sejuk, damai, harmonis, dan penuh kedamaian. Menampilkan Islam yang demikian merupakan bagian yang tidak terlepaskan dari sosok manajerial yang handal dimana pola penegakkan sebuah keadilan sebagai dasar dari berIslam yang bersifat all-embracing sebuah istilah yang pernah di gagas oleh Kuntowijoyo dimana penataan (manajerial) sistem kehidupan social, politik dalam arti manajerial harus diarahkan pada tatanan yang transformatif. Abstract:The authoritarian leadership style is the style of a leader who focuses on all the decisions and policies of himself as a whole. An authoritarian leader in the decision he takes his own decisions tan pa have to ask or look at how members of his subordinates. Research in this journal using library research or refer to the study of literature. The research objectives in this study include: to find out the meaning of leadership and authoritarian leadership style, to find out the needs of adolescent, to find out the effects of authoritarian leadership style on adolescents, to find out the positive and negative sides of leadership style authoritarian for adolescents, and can know the short-term and long-term effects of applying authoritarian parenting for adolescents. The effect of authoritarian leadership style for the psychic and the future of the children is enormous. Parents usually find it difficult to give their children the opportunity to express their feelings. Therefore arises and the formation of an aggressive nature in a child. Therefore it is important for parents and teachers to know to parent for their respective children. Keyword: authoritarianleadership, adolescence Abstrak: Gaya kepemimpinan otoriter merupakan gaya seoarang pemimpin yang memfokuskan semua ketetapan dan kebijakan dari dirinya sendiri secara keseluruhan. Pemimpin yang otoriter dalam pengambilan keputusan ia mengambil keputusan sendiri tandap harus bertanya atau melihat bagaimana para anggota bawahannya. ​ Penelitian dalam jurnal ini menggunakan library research atau disebut dengan studi kepustakaan. Tujuan penelitian pada penelitian ini antara lain: untuk mengetahui pengertian dari kepemimpinan dan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, untuk mengetahui kebutuhan-kebutuhan pada anak masa remaja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh-pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otoriter pada anak usia remaja, untuk mengetahui sisi positif dan negatif dari gaya kepemimpinan otoriter bagi anak usia remaja, serta dapat mengetahui pengaruh jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dari penerapan pola asuh otoriter bagi anak usia remaja. Pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari gaya kepemiminan otoriter ini bagi psikis dan masa depan anak sangatlah besar. Orang tua biasanya sulit memberikan kesempatan pada anak-anaknya untuk mengekpresikan perasaaan mereka. Maka dari itu timbulah dan terbentuknya sifat agresiv pada diri seorang anak. Oleh karena itu pentingnya bagi para orang tua da n guru untuk mengetahui pola asuh untuk anak mereka masing masing. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan otoriter, usia remaja

Abstract

Abstract The development of computerized systems through networks is increasing. The internet is a public network. Its existence is indispensable both as a medium of information and free communication. One of the uses of the internet is the distance learning system through electronic learning or better known as E-Learning. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research with a field research approach (Field Research). Arabic language lectures at Nurul Jadid Paiton University are conducted using E-learning media in Arabic and non-language study programs. The results showed that the E-learning application can help facilitate lecturers and students in carrying out the learning process more deeply. This is because both students and lecturers can collect assignments, distribute assignments, assess assignments at home or anywhere without being bound by time limits or class hours. Abstract

Abstract: Imam Shafi'i is one of the Imam of the fiqh schools of the four schools of fiqh. Imam Syâfi'î is a teacher of Imam Ahmad and he is also a student of Imam Mâlik and has also studied with a student of Imam Abû Hanîfah namely Imam Muhammad Ibn al-Hasan al-Syaibanî. Therefore, Imam Syâfi'î fiqh was formed from across intellectuals with a combination and meeting of knowledge of fiqh ahl al-hadîts (Imam Mâlik) and fiqh ahl al-ra'y (Imam Abû Hanîfah). This paper aims to examine Imam Syâfi'î as a mujtahid and Imam of the Fiqh School in historical, juridical and sociological studies. Imam Syâfi'î succeeded in formulating the legal thought of ahl al-hadîts, the version of Imam Mâlik with the thought of the law of ahl al-ra'y, the version of Imam Abû Hanîfah. The epistemology of the ushul fiqh of Imam Shafi'î in istinbath al-Ahkam, namely al-Quran, as-Sunnah, ijma ', qaul shahabi, and qiyas. The uniqueness of Imam Syâfi'î fiqh with the existence of qaul qadim and qaul jadid is also influenced by the social setting in which the fatwa was formulated. Abstract

The problem of this study aims to determine how the role of PAI teachers in addressing the impact of the development of communication technology in fifth grade students at SDN Telukjambe I in the 2019/2020 school year. This study aims: (a) To find out the positive and negative impacts of communication technology development for fifth grade students at SDN Telukjambe I, (b) To find out the objective conditions of PAI teachers at SDN Telukjambe I, and (c) To find out the role of PAI teachers in addressing the impact of the development of communication technology on fifth grade students at SDN Telukjambe I. This type of research is qualitative research. The sources and in this study were divided into two, namely primary data sources namely principals, PAI teacher class V, and homeroom teachers (class Va and Vb) at SDN Telukjambe I, and secondary data sources, namely data in the form of documents there are such as books, theses, archives and school documents that are related to the subject matter being investigated. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of PAI teachers in responding to the impact of the development of communication technology in fifth grade students at SDN Telukjambe I has succeeded in carrying out several responsibilities and their role towards students in terms of protecting students from the negative effects of communication technology. Before these effects affect students, the role of PAI teachers in providing precautions through several beneficial activities provided to students is urgently needed
